I'm not going to prove to you I had Covid. How would I even do that? I never said I was anti-vaccines. I said I don't want to take them myself. Earlier I literally said that if you want to take it, take it. I'm not going to judge you or condemn you. How were you guilt tripping me? This: You know, telling someone that their personal health choices aren't justified, is never justified. I said I'm not going to roll over like a spineless wimp, referring to all of people who just blindly followed the Government without ever thinking, or the people that crumbled under pressure when they were persecuted for questioning. I'm not like that. I'm not going to just roll over. Alex Jones is nuts but that doesn't mean there isn't truth or perspective to learn from him. Just like me, you will learn a whole lot more than the hundreds of people that agree with you 100% on everything. I'm learning a lot here personally, so thank you. I'm not sure what you mean here, I feel like you are making my point. Because you most definitely do have a choice, and the fact that these people don't should scare you. You seriously don't want a choice? You want the government and criminal big pharma to choose what happens with your health? Are you crazy? Well that's the "idea" but in practice it doesn't make sense. Why? Because going to war to defend your country, comforts, and freedoms is considered the highest good, even if you lose your life. And it is why I wouldn't hesitate a second to pick up a rifle if we had foreign invaders. But that is a MUCH different thing than a criminal organization and the Government colluding to push and force vaccines, masks, and lockdowns that take away your freedom. See the difference? One is a sacrifice FOR freedom, the other is a sacrifice OF freedom. Big difference. Also, WW1 and WW2 dramatically helped the economy at home. Covid lockdowns absolutely destroyed the American economy and middle class. -

No such choice is justified? Are you out of your mind? This is the same insanity I hear propagated by corporate machines like CNN and bad actors like Fauci. This is the worst guilt trip of all. "You will kill others if you don't take it." This is psychotic manipulation. There is no proof, and never has been proof, that not taking the vaccine kills more people than if you got the vaccine. This is a narrative to control through fear and guilt. And guess what - you are always justified in choices regarding your own health. The idea that you can't decide for yourself how to treat your own cancer, or the idea that you can't choose for yourself the best route to treat a disease you have, in the way you see fit, is literal insanity. I've held the same position since the beginning, and I'm not going to roll over like a spineless wimp and let Big-Pharma, the Government, and other people like you persecute and guilt trip me for my choices regarding my health. And no - I'm not just spouting some right-wing conspiracy. If there is anything I know my God it is that my judgments and reasons for not taking the vaccine are based on facts and direct experience. Not some BS conspiracy theory from Reddit. ...and just so you know, I did have Covid, because I tested for it at home. And it feels fucking amazing knowing I never took the vaccine and was able to kick that shit in less than a few days while maintaining a healthy lifestyle of good sleep, vitamins, whole foods, sun, and working out. Who knew that in 2023 you would be rebellious by relying on a healthy lifestyle to combat sickness. LOL! -

And yet ignoring that argument is just as bad if not worse, because it is True, and we all know it. We all know that the same creators of the covid vaccines are the same ones responsible for the largest criminal lawsuits in American history. That's not a conspiracy theory. Its a fact. And of course, it's easier for you to just say "eh, so what? all of America's history is criminal" and downplay it as insubstantial than to actually face the discomfort of re-structuring your worldview and admitting to yourself that you are indeed supporting a multi-billion dollar criminal organization. Remember that episode where Leo explained the impact and effect of these seemingly inconsequential actions? Like how a receptionist working at Lockheed Martin would rather ignore the civilian deaths caused by drone strikes using Lockheed's bombs, than admit those deaths were an indirect result of their work at Lockheed? Because the switching of jobs, loss of friends, and overall emotional labor to align with the truth would just be too much to accept, so they live a lie full-well knowing that they are doing so? Well, that's exactly how I see everyone naïvely defending these massive vaccine companies like Pfizer and J&J, justifying how you have to take it to "stay safe." Well, sure. That's fine if you want to think that. I'm not going to judge you or what you want to do with your health. But the truth is, you don't have to take it. The truth is, you now know that if you take a vaccine shot from one of these companies, you are the receptionist at Lockheed. And at the end of the day, we all still know who's profiting from you taking these shots: the same criminals responsible for the lawsuits I referenced above. It's not like a mystery or riddle to solve. It's literally right in front of our face. But if you still want to get the vaccine knowing that, live your life how you want. That's your Karma not mine. -

Competent greedy makes it worse. Because they know what they are doing, yet still do it. And yeah, sure, we can agree vaccines are effective. That's not really the problem. The problem was them rushing it, claiming its effectiveness when they had absolutely 0 real proof to demonstrate it, pushing it as propaganda to fill their pockets, and then persecuting, gaslighting, and guilt-tripping anyone who didn't blindly follow along. -

It's easy to call something a conspiracy if it threatens your ego and worldview. None of what I just wrote is conspiracy. All the reason, logic, and info is there. -

I really wish you guys the best. I do. I'm not trying to argue. But I mean, Jesus Christ. Pfizer had to pay the largest criminal fine ever imposed in the USA, for any matter, ever. $1.195 billion in settlements for criminal activity is no small thing to overlook. Especially where those guys are legally protected, and never have to face jail time. All they have to do is just pay out more money, which of course has just become a part of their business model by now. I mean you don't have to agree, but at least think about it: Do you really want to support a proven criminal organization, in any way? You're really going to trust them when they say they created a vaccine you have to take? Be safe. -
VictorB02 replied to Sucuk Ekmek's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
It's not just any company. That's the point. You gotta stop comparing these greedy CEO's to mom-and-pop stores and the local bicycle shop. They aren't that. They are PROVEN criminals with drug companies that receive billions of dollars and have their arms elbow deep in our government and elected officials. There is a massive difference, and if you can't see that - well then, I guess you're blind. -
VictorB02 replied to Sucuk Ekmek's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
The problem is you and everyone else that got brainwashed by propaganda think big pharma has no ulterior motives or agenda, and that they are a loving corporation who has nothing but your best interest in mind! Do I need to remind you about this? Seriously. Two of the top 3 largest settlements come from the 2 biggest producers of covid vaccines, and you are really gonna sit here and play "oh, they are just making some money, so what?" SO WHAT?!? These are the greediest, most corrupt people, who have been PROVEN to criminally use their business to fill their own pockets. It's not bold at all when you do your research and know that vaccines are usually tested for decades before they ever let someone inject it into their body: But I'm the crazy one for saying I don't want to inject myself with that crap... yeah no. I'm good. Yeah I'm sure the Natural Grocers brand profited way more from me buying Zinc every 4 months during Covid than the PROVEN criminals at Pfizer did having millions of their vaccines mandated. Makes sense. - Honestly, I don't want to argue with y'all. It just blows my mind that such a developed community here on the forum can be so blinded by corportate and government propaganda. I mean I really don't care if you guys take the vaccine. It's fine. If you want to be their guinea pig, then be a guinea pig. It's your body. What is insane to me is all the gaslighting and guilt tripping I got for wanting to defend MY BODY with good sleep, working out, taking vitamins, and leading a healthy lifestyle, instead of taking a vaccine. I mean you even said it - "Joe Rogan's Cocktail." It's like the perspective of wanting to fight covid naturally without taking a rushed vaccine is somehow considered "right wing propaganda" or a "conspiracy theory." It's insanity. But whatever, I digress. You guys are old enough to make your own decisions. Just don't come crying to me when you realize you've been hoodwinked by - again - proven criminals. -
VictorB02 replied to Sucuk Ekmek's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Recursoinominado Yeah I'm not sure about that. All I know is that when a big pharma company is advertising to me on YouTube for three years with their propaganda to take their rushed vaccine, somebody is profiting somewhere. And I guarantee it's much more than the mom-and-pop stores in small towns profited from people buying Vitamin C and Elderberry to defend against covid. -
VictorB02 replied to Sucuk Ekmek's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Yeah that’s exactly my point. When the government is giving you billions of dollars to make vaccines, that’s called profit. Profit can also be power, control, etc. it doesn’t have to be money. -

"Here comes 14 weeks of locking you inside and 17 new booster shots to keep you safe! But don't worry, we really care about your wellbeing and totally aren't profiting off any of this! You can trust us!" - The CDC & Anthony Fauci -
Just because you are taking the exact same "strain" and "dose" of a substance doesn't mean it will go exactly the same way as it did before. Often the same exact dose, from the same batch, in the same setting - can have incredibly varying effects. It really depends on where you are at. I wish I would've known this sooner as it would've stopped me from upping my doses to unnecessary heights.

@Shodburrito Oh yeah man I completely get that. Honestly, I was talking more so about semen retention as a whole and not specifically nofap, but if you were to ask me about it I would be hard pressed to say that masturbation isn't a problem for 90% of guys, because it is. They are just so damn addicted to it. But i still think my original point stands if you have a girlfriend or partner, because your physiology will literally let you know: its time. I forget a lot of guys don't have a girl / partner and don't have the luxury of basically being able to f*ck whenever you want. So given that in mind, I would agree with you for the most part. If you don't have a partner and are addicted to fapping, your best bet would probably be to abstain or at least try to cut it back drastically. But on the other hand, If you're like me and have a partner that turns you on, and you're not hooked on porn, I totally think that busting when it feels like the day to bust is generally a healthy idea. I think it really just depends on your situation. -
VictorB02 replied to SQAAD's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Up to a week without busting I notice an increase in testoterone, drive, and ambition - but after that it's just too damn distracting. All you can think about is f*cking because your biology is screaming at you to release. Yes, it can be a good way to develop discipline and self-restraint for some people, but I think you just got to listen to your own physiology and body: if you're horny and want to nut, just nut. I think the problem is when your body isn't truly feeling it, but because you have some weird mental pattern and addiction to self-soothing through ejaculation, you do it even though you're not actually horny. And that's when it starts to drain you. But for the average joe, with average testosterone, it's really not going to affect you to release when your body is telling you too. Its natural. A lot of the time I feel incredibly lucid and conscious after a great sesh with my girl. So demonizing it is definitely not the wise move, especially because it's such a natural part of life on Earth. I mean just look at Elk when they are in the rut. Those dudes are so horny they are busting nuts all fall and winter into like 30-40 different cows. Now I know we are different beings than ELK, but I think my point here still stands. When you're feeling it - just let it loose man. No need to fight yourself. The whole idea of forcing yourself to be some specific way is completely antithetical to true spiritual maturity in my experience. You never see a master battling his own urges, constantly at war with himself. He is completely at peace. Why? Not because he fought against his own drives so much they finally subsided, but because he realized the whole endeavor of forcing and punishing yourself to be some specific way is never sustainable in the long run. Maybe for a little, but never in the long run. You can't practice semen retention the rest of your life. We all know that's a road to misery. Surrender to life my friend. BUST THOSE NUTS! -
Good God.

It's all just words until you Awaken and clearly see what those words are pointing to, and clearly see how, one mind could interpret THAT Consciousness as "solipsism", and another persons mind could interpret THAT Consciousness as "non-duality." IMO, It's just a different interpretation of the same thing: Consciousness, which of course, isn't a word, or a philosophy, or a non-dual philosophy. Thats why trying to figure these things out is often a hamster wheel of confusion. You just can't get there, by using words. You gotta use Consciousness. There is no other way. -
VictorB02 replied to VictorB02's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That's awesome, I like that. I've always loved the analogy of "having some backbone". Thats how it experiential feels for sure -
True spirituality requires an incredible amount of inner authority and courage. And the reason why is: who else can decide for you that what you’ve Awoken to is real? Who else can decide for you that the Reality you’ve encountered through your spirituality is real? Obviously, nobody else can do that for you, because if they were, then it wouldn’t be real, right? It wouldn’t be you actually having an awakening. It wouldn’t be you actually realizing God. So there’s a fundamental key insight here, which is that any awakening, any mystical experience, any realization you have, can only ever be verified by you and you alone. You can never get approval from anyone for your awakenings. You can never show anyone your Awakenings precisely because awakening is outside of any limitation / concept / boundary your ego-mind imagines / shares / talks about to try to "capture" it. Including this post. It’s infinite. Awakening is infinite. And it’s precisely for this reason that you need inner authority, because you will be gaslit. You will be told you’re crazy. And maybe the saddest of all: you yourself will start to doubt the reality of what you saw, and you will be led astray from your intuitive impulse and where your heart is pulling you.

Hell yeah. I feel like this is one of those things that can really blindside you because it's not really discussed anywhere, but is a very real phenomena. It almost feels like half of Awakening is simply being able to accept that what is True for you individually, deep within, is literally what Truth is. I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around that, and the details are still a bit murky for me, but there is definitely something there. -
Yeah I completely agree. You can feel literally feel the Love radiating from that Blog post. No guilt or shame. No "boohoo, poor me" Just Love.

"My Apology 01" This is why I follow you, @Leo Gura Your integrity, your humility, and your willingness to just say "Fuck. I missed the mark." is so damn inspiring. It really is the human aspect of your work, attitude, and perspective that are the most moving for me. Thats where it really hits. The ability to love yourself on this level, and then demonstrate to others how to do it as well, is equally as profound as your deepest insights, in my opinion. There is just something about that Love. - Thank you for being You. Thank you for continuing to walk "The Path." Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us. We love you man.

Start there. I see those in high-demand on Upwork. Just start. Act. Move. Start taking courses and learning how to actually do it. Thats what will land your jobs. 1. Act - Learn Take courses on how to code / build websites Hire mentors on how to code / build websites Practice practice practice 2. Experience - Put your new skills to the test Code stuff! Build your own websites just to practice Code your own projects just to practice Work for free to build skills 3. Demonstrate - Get hired Demonstrate your skills to potential employers looking for freelancers Apply to well paying jobs with your portfolio and proof of work. *Don't sell yourself short and go for super low paying jobs, you'll only be taken advantage of. If it's on Upwork, go for medium to high paying jobs, but bid LOWER, so you stand out. In the beginning is the hardest because you don't have any past clients, but it is definitely possible. You can do it. - Thats the pathway. It's not going to get any more clear than that with freelancing specifically. You just gotta start learning and coding and doing! All your success will come from being able to SHOW that you can ACTUALLY DO what you say you can do. Thats how you make the money. Everything else is noise.
-
I've landed some serious, high-level, high-paying jobs in the past year on Upwork. It's changed my life. You just got to avoid the ridiculously low-paying jobs, because it's usually people who are looking to take advantage of naive freelancers who post those. Someone who is serious about their project will almost always pay more, and they will be happy to do so because they aren't trying to take advantage of you.
-
@Iblitan Yes. Very possible. I've built a pretty solid freelancing business in less than a year on Upwork. You just gotta have the skills that are in demand, and a killer portfolio also helps a ton. Have you coded anything yet? If I were you, I would build up some serious coding skills so you can demonstrate to employers what you actually got. You know, set yourself apart, get some good little projects under your belt (maybe for free), and then add those to your portfolio and keep taking steps forward until you land a high-paying, sustainable job. There is basically an endless amount of opportunities with freelancing anything tech-related. You just gotta set yourself apart and show the people hiring that you are the best bet for the skill they are hiring for. "So Good They Can't Ignore You" by Cal Newport was a book Leo recommended in the LP course. Not sure if I'm supposed to share that, but that's the key idea here. Hope that helps.
