  1. You guys got to understand all of this is energy. It’s all energy and vibes. If you are an attractive guy then girls are going to let you know they are into you, and the vibe of that is much much different than the vibe of a girl being nice because it’s her job. It’s the same reason guys in the gym will try to compete with you if you’re attractive. They feel threatened. I’ve observed this dynamic thousands of times. Even guys who are fucking ripped shredded bigger than me. If they feel the vibe that you don’t give a fuck and you are confident, they immediately try to compete and “out lift” you. Its all the same shit.
  2. Months of going to this little coffee hut and talking / flirting with all the girls there.
  3. I wasn’t excited asking her like a dweeb I was cool and charismatic. You weren’t there. Quit acting like you were. The reason I shared it here is because it’s the first number I’ve asked for since being in 3 back to back to back relationships for 8+ years. It’s a win for me either way. its not like I’m desperate for pussy. I’ve probably had sex more than 1000 times with my past three girlfriends. And they weren’t ugly at all. They were hot as fuck. But yeah, keep assuming I don’t know what I’m doing! All of this is just so hilarious because it’s such a cliche. I know it sounds ridiculous. That’s why I’m not surprised you guys think I’m deluded 😂
  4. lol. Good thing I don’t need your approval. a lot of times girls admit they have a boyfriend so then don’t have to feel guilt about pursuing what makes them wet.
  5. Yeah it’s a cliche for sure. Like the video Leo shared: “fuck you!” That’s how I felt 😂 But yeah, I’ve heard that about Bali. But thats really not why I’m going. I’m going to explore and deepen my consciousness and understanding. If a girl goes out of her way and shows me the “eyes”, or if an opportunity presents itself hell yeah! But other than that - I’m happy alone
  6. No shit. i know the difference between a barista being nice because it’s her job and a barista who wants me to fuck her. like I said, I’m not stupid.
  7. Your gullible for thinking I can’t tell when a girl wants me. I’m not stupid. thats the perk of winning the genetic lottery. Most people are nice to you, and when a girl finds you attractive, she makes that clear. she goes out of her way to let you know she is available, and that’s what this barista did. its just funny because it’s such a cliche.
  8. This girl was really into me though. I could tell or else I wouldn’t have asked. It was the first phone number I asked for in 5+ years since being in a relationship. I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t see the “interest eyes.” if I don’t see those eyes in a girl I’m talking to, I’m not that interested in her. I’m way too intuitive and way too many girls show me insane interest for me to be chasing a girl that doesn’t have those eyes.
  9. I was though. and it was a bitch.
  10. I realize that now, lol!
  11. No heartbreak here, just a man with options
  12. What's interesting about this coffee shop is that its one of those tiny drive-thrus where all 3-4 girls that work there are stuck in a very small space (they were all between 20 and 30 years old, one is mid 30s) and are all super cute, so you could really tell when the competition dynamics would kick in because they could all hear conversations everyone was having. Like one would be talking with me and lightly flirting asking about my day, then the more dominant girl would butt in on the conversation and start talking about herself and how she had a more relevant story or whatever. Then the initial girl I was talking to that got butted out would completely ignore me the next time I came through to get a coffee. So cool to observe their little competition. It was like watching a flock of baby chicks in a hen house. "peep! peep! peep! peep!" And I am the fox
  13. ahahaha! I'm dying of laughter! Obviously, my situation was not unique
  14. LOL! I was dying watching that because I just lived it Although this barista was actually into me, I would know
  15. I agree. @Miguel1 @Butters If you got to eat, you got to eat. And it's possible to start a business offering a rock-solid service or product that delivers on results without being scammy or cheap. If you aren't doing your own thing, you will be an employee for someone else's. And chances are they will be FAR LESS conscious than if you started a business yourself and did it in the proper faith. So to me, there are two options: sell someone else's product and work for them or sell your own product and work for yourself. Even if you work at a high school as a teacher because you are "high conscious", you are still selling their shitty ass modern schooling product which poisons peoples minds. Even if you take a "traditional job," chances are you are contributing to a ecosystem and organization that is 100x more fucked and devilish than you realize. But of course - you can start your own business and get lost in the sauce of success as well, like Owen. So they both have traps. We are in an existential bind! But honestly which is better objectively? To me, starting your own. Because you can do it in a conscious way from the get-go (especially if you are aware of Leo's content and spirituality), and deliver on results for people who want them - then you can exit or stop when you've had enough. The former option of working for someone else, you don't have that option. You don't really have any options working for someone else but to do what they say and stay within the lines so you don't lose your job. To me it's a no-brainer, but regardless: you have to pick your poison. Welcome to being a human in 2024! (Unless you want to ditch the whole thing and go meditate in the Himalayans that is )
  16. I agree. It's just good to know its not impossible. For sure. I think that's the one gift we were given living in these western developed societies. So many options. If I was born in another country or even another time like 60 years ago who knows what I would do (probably be a hippie and take LSD at grateful dead concerts then take a journey to meet a mystical sage named Maharaji in India) True. But like I said, I don't care about being "rich". I care about having the free time and space to create my life how I want, and I just don't see that as possible when you are working a "Traditional" job. Not the path for me.
  17. Seems like a very seductive trap. I'm glad I got it out of my system when I was 16, going to shitty ass trap house parties and stealing beers from our neighbors house when he was out of town. Lol! Hahaha! Back in our day the trickshots weren't these bullshit ping pongs. We were throwing a basketball into the hoop backwards from the top of the house while being blindfolded. We were so cool even Dude Perfect subscribed! That was our crowning achievement. We basked in the glory of our neighborhood fame. 😏
  18. Makes sense. To me it's the essence of his energy and drive that fits like a glove, but the desire to spend money on stupid shit and parties doesn't. That whole party frat boy LA social matrix politicking lifestyle makes me sick, even just thinking about it
  19. Yes I agree. But formal education is evolving as well. Some YouTube lectures are formal education, you just have to find them and treat them seriously as if you were in a classroom. I also took so many college level courses online when I was first starting a few years ago. And some of the best experience I got was when I worked within a marketing agency as a team lead. So absolutely - without that experience I wouldn't have the skills I have now to do my own thing. Skills really are everything. But it also helps to have intelligence, confidence, grit, and an insane work ethic as well. I'm not saying I'm unique in that "break out the matrix" bullshit anit-conformist conformist way. I can and will out-work any of these fools that are looking for shortcuts. So, I agree with you. That whole thing is a lazy ass circular scam of sheep trying to make their money via internet marketing by "selling" internet marketing tips and courses to other people so they can learn how to do the same exact thing. I saw that cycle early on. None of it was actually providing a rock-solid service to a business that gets them tangible results, and so that's the route I took within internet marketing. I also have a unique angle because I'm not doing SEO or website stuff. I'm doing content marketing and I've been making content and videos ever since I was a little kid. Like literally, movie review YouTube channels, gaming channels, "trick shot" channels, small film channels, and my most successful as a kid: my firework channel, lol. I have so many channels its insane actually. Like I obsessed over it as a kid. And many gained some good traction. So, I have a weird knack for content. I love good quality content. Especially niche content. That's why I was attracted to Leo's content / this forum, and Owen's style of content and advice. I agree in theory but in practice I can't do shit for "society" until I stabilize my own survival. I really only care about money as a tool for freedom. My whole life has been about freedom, honestly. That's why I love Consciousness work. It's like the whole archetype of my mind is oriented towards maximum freedom, and that's how I see entrepreneurship. (But of course that has its costs!) To be honest, I could care less about Owen's 2-million-dollar jackets and watches. So stupid. I've worn the same clothes since high school, lol! I only care about money as a tool for freedom and creativity. And gadgets. I fucking love gadgets - new camera equipment, better MacBook pro, etc. But rich rich stuff disgusts me honestly. Like overly polished mansions and shitty ass sports cars sold for millions. Makes me sick. I would rather have a nice truck and a house in the middle of the woods so I can contemplate, do mushrooms, and read Meister Eckhart in peace. For sure. I understand your angle and see your perspective. No hard feelings at all, really. I get it. My whole point was that I am that weird unique niche, and always have - so it's nice to find someone like Owen who thinks similarly and doesn't give a fuck (you can't deny his authenticity, lol!). But even Owen's perspective has its limits and bias, just like the rest of us!
  20. Looks like even CNN analyst crew understands Biden isn’t the move. Going to be interesting what happens.
  21. That’s why you develop the actual skills and discipline to learn how to run a business in a highly functioning way so you can make something REAL happen that gives clients the results THEY WANT. You can learn everything you need to online, without being scammy and unqualified. Leos business playlist is a great place to start. So is Alex Hormozis content. Owen Cook. Dan Koe. And all these other high-level business owners. Then you have online courses and classes to learn technical skills. ITS RIGHT THERE IF YOU WANT IT!
  22. Yup. Key insight for a youngster like me.
  23. Nothing is wrong with it. I do content marketing and make more than I could working full time at minimum wage. It’s not easy, but it’s fucking awesome to be making money through the internet. And doing it in a conscious way is EVEN MORE satisfying. That’s why I’m flying to Indonesia on a one way ticket next week. Don’t let people put doubt in your mind. If you want to do it, do it.
