  1. Thoughts and opinions on this? Has it been shared in the group before? I have no enlightenment experiences so i cant really judge but it sounds like he only scraped the tip of the iceberg of enlightenment
  2. "Thank god i haven't read anything it would have cluttered my mind" Very suprised how Sadghuru didnt study Bhagavad Gita/Upanishads however what he says is so true. I feel like we are reading all of these self-help/enlightenment books to reach the goal of no-thought, and its so weird since we spend so much time thinking about how to achieve this, like a paradox i guess. Interesting watch
  3. @TylerJ some troll said he died of a heart attack from psychedelics in the comment section but no, i think hes very alive haha
  4. @thehero but i need that chakra video :'((((
  5. @onacloudynight @giglio I completely agree. I have only begun, 1 week in, doing lessons 1-4, and just from that i have had sooo many question and confusions about where to focus/what to do with this body part/what to do with that body part, etc. The author, if hes going to make a sixth edition, should take note and try to explain everything as if explaining to a child. I will continue this practice for at least 6 months to see its effects since it wouldnt be fair to give up so quickly but i might look into that book later on in the year.
  6. back and forth arguments is just running inside a circle, no
  7. yes..i used to do super hardcore crossfit 90 minutes 3-4 times a week for 2 years....yes i got insanely ripped, but i got slight insomnia and my muscles started giving out last year, trouble concentrating, etc. So I stopped immediately.
  8. my goal in life one day is to understand your thoughts Now i am too energy deprived haha Thanks!! A lesson alotta people on here should understand (including/especially me) letting go is the hardest thing one can do, but once done, it feel like the weight of whole globe is off of you
  9. @ElenaO goodluck, im excited to read about your endeavors <3 i am intrigued about keto i heard its one of the healthiest diets available
  10. I heard that the kundalini book on leos book list has some good chakra info. Sadly most chakra books on the market are usually the washed down new age stuff that offer cutesy tips like "wear red to heal your root chakra!" Which might help a liiiiittttle bit but doesnt go to the root issue of why our chakras are closed. The kriya book on leos list doesnt tell you about them but the excerises do open/activate them. The only good source i can find on them is teal swans chakra videos. There is discussed the reason why they are closed and what emotional issues need to be uncovered in order to heal them, along with the more fun tips as mentioned above. She doesnt have them all covered yet. https://youtu.be/uAFO8xsA7Hk
  11. I wish you lots of good luck, Arabic is very beautiful and difficult to learn.
  12. we actually talked about this in class a few weeks ago, they are still doing experiments, but not in humans. The results with the mice are very promising

  14. Are people who are really sensitive feeling-wise (like they get offended easily/badly) count as HSP's?

  16. i didnt know he has a video, ill watch it thanks Goodluck on your stand up journey Slade
  17. i meant to see your guy's perspective but ok
  18. yikes...so me having all-nighters a few times a year leads to insulin resistance :O...probably should stop doing that
  19. Today is my first time doing Kriya and it was really good i felt quite motivated afterwards But the Bhrumadhya has me a bit confused, he says to focus on the back of your head, then look between your brows, are we supposed to look in between our brows from the perspective of behind our head? Kinda confusing but i felt a weird tingling sensation, sort of like energy, but not in between my brows, a little bit deeper in the brain. I hope im doing it right
  20. in that case, Everything in the world is a placebo, which is "true" to an extent
