Its pretty clear that he belives the masses are brainwashed in this regard. After listening a lot to him recently i would have been really suprised if he took the vaccine. 
He constantly make claims that he hasent got sick in ten years because of vitamins and herbs and what  not. I have friends in spiritual circles who post videos daily about covid being a hoax, vaccine fear mongering etc. Its strange to see someone like Owen going in that direction, makes me wonder if what those people say got traction. 
I guess conspiracy theories is kind of my shadow. I dont want them to be right in any regard.

Having strong fundamentals of life alone can take years.
I'm going to make summaries of those videos and try to figure out how to apply those videos to my life.

@Spence94 Since inner/outer is a duality, you should already suspect that this is a rather arbitrary distinction which must ultimately collapse.
Inner affects the outer.
Outer affects the inner.
Because inner = outer. In truth everything is one! So work on both, work on THE ONE.
If you're surrounded by an unhealthy, toxic environment, change it ASAP. That will free you up to do serious inner work. And if you're stuck in an environment with no idea of how to break free, change your inner game, which will allow you to escape that environment.
You can burn the candle from both ends.
