@aurum the business is there but in limbo - a remnant of better times. In addition, I get free Internet hosting from a company I write tech news for. All of my plans are Internet based and simply require my time and effort. That's been the issue to date, the issue I want to overcome.

All done! Goals for tomorrow: 1. 5 x contact houre 2. 2 x Reports for privates

@Nahm it might sound like I'm just making things up, but over the last years I've severed every connection I have had. I was too embarrassed to face people so I didn't. Whatever I do now I have to do alone. It can be done though I am sure. Once I start new connections will be made.

Just to point out, in April or May a contract with a big university will end. We just found out at the beginning of the year. That will reduce my inadequate income by about 50% and so I really do feel I am running out of time.

Tomorrow's goals Tomorrow I have a full contact day and in the evening I have to do the reports 8 should have done today, so my goals are simply: 1. 6 contact hours 2. 7 reports in the evening

I did everything except '5' but that's a lot of work I missed. So, I have got to estimate how much work I can do more accurately. I've done well today but one thing I have realised today: I've been happy all day because I am occupied on regular work, NOT project work that could impact the future. When I have to turn to my own project work that's when the nerves and reticence kicks in.

Day 1 15 Jan 2019 My aims for today are to: 1. Go for a long walk with my dog 2. Do 20 minutes meditation 3. Get up to date on my tech news writing job 4. Do news for today 5. Mark writing tests this evening I will do 1 thing that will benefit my future plans: 1. Contact a translator and get costs on translation of academic English articles. Let's see if I can do everything! KF

@aurum I do have a job but the hours are irregular and it doesn't give us enough money. It's the only job I can get so it really have got to be self employed. It's not just income, living here in Thailand I have to think of maintaining a visa to allow me to stay. That's one reason why I hang on to this job. Self employment would touch all bases if I can get a business up and running.

I had a friend with agrophobia. She could not go out. Every day she said today is the day but in the end she stayed inside. That's how I feel, but I will try harder.
