  1. This topic is really sticking in my head lol It seems the users on this site are part of some subtle religion where they derive their self worth from what color they are on spiral dynamics. Is that kind of what youre saying?
  2. @Llight If you could condense the gist of your main point into one sentence, what would it be? Im not impatient I just want to clearly see what it is
  3. I would like to hear Leo's answer for this, for meditation @Leo Gura Also an update from OP on this system if he has purchased it @Noah
  4. 60 minutes of concentration? Sounds impossible....
  5. Imagine if everyone had this feeling. Could mean that a catastrophic event will wipe out the human race in the near future
  6. I don't put faith in spiritual leaders and I would advise others not to do so either
  7. It may naturally bring to the surface more feminine qualities that were already there in you, but I can't see how the practice itself is feminine
  8. Absolutely not Where did this idea come from?
  9. Man...weed and caffeine are just two things I never want to touch again
  10. Life is Beautiful, very touching
  11. Anyone building a nice daily, long term stack? Don't want to waste energy calculating different items to take every day like a junkie. I just want to pop some stuff in the morning and then go. Rinse and repeat for decades Currently have Theanine, Curcumin and creatine in my stack Thinking about trying ginkgo biloba and bacopa monnieri Tried Gotu kola. It only made colours more saturated for the first few days then stopped working
  12. Meditation is almost like the whole experience thing with employment. You need experience to get a job, but you need a job to get experience. Does this mean you give up when you don't get results? No, you just keep at it every day no matter what. Consistency is key Having a meditation practice is preferred to not having one, I can't see how anyone can honestly say otherwise. Sounds like laziness to me
  13. There are no better words to describe meditation than this. Meditation is some serious shit if you do it well. It's a skill like anything else, and I feel like a lot of people give up instead of trying to learn how to do it properly
  14. I will definitely try a demo or something. Thanks for the suggestion
  15. Wow these are very expensive... Did you see true results?
  16. Actually I'm not talking about affirmations, rather what is known as "subliminals" on YouTube. If you haven't heard of them, basically you're meant to create a routine of listening to them and supposedly you should see results. I've seen some really far-out ones. The one I was interested in was for synesthesia. Obviously, this is a bit woo-woo for many people. I was wondering whether anyone got any concrete results from using these types of videos
  17. Yes, that's my whole purpose for meditating
  18. @Callum Milner I’m sorry but your post in relation to your display picture is just cracking me up so much ?
  19. @Rilles soooo you just linked a video that attempts to discret the substance of ANY spiritual experience? what are you even trying to say?
  20. @Jack River it came from god, not from me. please dont claim to know better than what i understand to be the difference between my own thought and divine inspiration. thats pretty insulting
