  1. There is no "thing" to which every kind of experience appears. There is no experience. For there to be experience there have to be an experiencer experiencing something. The experiencer is the illusion that makes this appear real and personal. There is just nothing happening. This can not be understood or known, I don't know this. There is no one here. There is assumed people on the other side of these messages, this is the story, that a real you are sitting here writing to a real person over there. There is just the immediacy of this, and the beautiful frustration of trying to put it into words. It's total freedom.
  2. This is not a philosophy.
  3. There is nothing to get. What you call Consciousness is an idea, if what you are referring to as consciousness is all there is, then what is this?: All there is. There is nothing that ultimately collapses into Absolute Love, this is Absolute Love always, appearing as this. There is no one here. The doer/owner is the dream.
  4. You're still talking to a person, as if this message is personal. You're saying a concept is what is, and "infinite mind" replies: no a concept is not what is. This is it. You're just using big words like consciousness to hide.
  5. There is no one writing this. There is no owner of these words. These words come out of nothing. This is it. There is nothing to get. The individual takes ownership of what is happening, it things that what is happening is it's own doing. This is happening, with the idea of a real doer behind it or not. The individual can only look within it's own prison. That prison can be filled with non dual concepts about higher consciousness states and an awakening at the end of the road that will relieve it of itself. The individual isn't here right now. You are not real. You are not here, there is just what is!
  6. "This" is the word that comes closest to what is. You can't get it. There is no "it." The "it" is what "you" are looking for. "it" is THIS and "it" isn't an "it" because "it" is THIS! This is the glimpse! You're talking about stories and concepts.
  7. There is no one, so there is no one to be totally alone.
  8. There is no duality (form) AND the formless. That is a dream. This is formlessness appearing. The absolute relative. You're implying that this is real and that therefore there must be a reason for it, that there is something other than this. THIS IS IT. There is no God that can't accept itself or is struggling with its own infinity, that is a story appearing in THIS. Hello, right here!! You don't know what this iiiiis.
  9. ? I'm always only pointing to what is!
  10. Ego thinks awakening or enlightenment is detachment, while it is the exact opposite. The ego's only defense mechanism regarding unwanted feelings is to detach. It has many ideas of how to be "spiritual" and what that entails: you must be quiet and peaceful, be untouched by the world
  11. People can fear death and still not live longer than a Free Climber who faces death regularly. The fear of death is not required for survival to happen. Is the reason you eat breakfast in the morning because you fear that you'll die if you don't? The body is made for survival and will do everything that it can to get out of harms way. The body says eat vegetable, but mind says eat chocolate. If a bus is about to run you over, the body will likely move out of the way instinctively, while you are the one who ask "well should I?" Ever heard the cliche quote "I don't wanna survive, I wanna live!" you can find it in Wall-e and 12 years a slave both very good movies btw. Life and death are two sides of the same coin, this is already death. Push away death and you'll push away life.
  12. There is no such thing as a permanent awakening state you can achieve. This here is what is looked for. Awakening points to the loss of a dream that was never real. The dream is a layer on top of what is happening that makes this seem known and lacking. When the need to know falls away there is just what is, perfect and whole. The illusory knower wants to know what will happen to "it" when awakening "happens." Awakening doesn't happen, it is a falling away of the illusory knower that seeks to awaken. Nobody realizes this, this is already, the need to realize/get something falls away and then it is revealed that what you were always looking for was and is what you have always been. You never left home.
  13. I've been breathing through my stomach for 10 minutes now, and I must say it is different. More quiet headspace, less tension in the body and a bit more grounded. It is hard though, because I vape constantly, so my lungs aren't in the best shape.
  14. Letters and words are just symbols devoid of meaning. The person lives within them, enlightenment is waking up from the world within words.
  15. @ivankiss The "ego" is it's own reality. When it falls away, it is seen it never was. The ego blames things because it feels seperate and not whole, it can even blame a concept called "ego" as if it knows what that is. "If only the ego wasn't here I would be happy", LOL. This is not a concept, I'm talking about this this. This is it.
  16. You said shallow breathing is the root cause of all suffering. And the answer is no it is not. Shallow breathing can be a side effect of suffering, it can create suffering, but it is not the root cause. The root cause of suffering is the person seperate of the uncomfortability and pain. Without the person there is just uncomfortability and pain arising for no one. Conscious breathing is helpful if you do it for a limited time period to create better breathing habits OR when your body signals that you're not getting enough oxygen. Babys do not consciously breath, breathing happens effortlessly and naturally. You are talking of a state of being, but that is all the person knows. If you just got out of the way, things would be a lot simpler. A dog doesn't research and look for outside answers to be a dog, it doesn't consciously breath or move its legs to run better, a dog is a dog, naturally and effortlessly a good boy. Jk. This has no requirements for you to do anything, suffering is the illusory requirement for something to happen or be done for "you" to "reach" wholeness. There is no present moment, or there is only the present moment. In it, everything appears.
  17. If their stories about how their shallow breathing is ruining "their life" is let go of, then yes a contraction can leave your body which makes breathing easier and more deep. But having chronic sinus problems and a deviated septum is still going to have a huge influence on how you breath. I'm speaking from experience. Suffering is the story we tell about pain and uncomfortability. Pain and uncomfortability still arises with or without the stories.
  18. Well, sucks for people with chronic sinus problems and deviated septums. ?
  19. Yes. Please, tell me what he is!
