@mandyjw Go watch the Ralston's video with Leo again. Just look at the face of that man. He's having so much shits breaking Leo that it's unbelievable. You know what's fishy about him? He's fucking addicted to sadism, that's what hahahaha. He's literally getting people to seek him so that he can fuck with their heads until they forget who they are ahahahaha. And he's doing that out of compassion . HAHAHAHAHA -

Do you not deserve such a gift? -

I think that the chief problem with spirituality is its formal nature after some point. You really have to master the process in which you attained the said clarity and integrate it to your everyday consciousness. Leo is dependent on 5-MeO for now, but he will have to divert away from it at some point. If his videos don't bring you any clarity and you can see through their fragmentation, I think that it's best to drop them. Why won't you write down your own insights in a journal instead? It is helpful, however absurd it may sound to a person that does not believe in language. This way you could see through your own fragmentation (contradiction) and maybe attain final clarity? There is a Zen saying that by no amount of polishing a brick, you will turn it into a mirror. Right? -

@mandyjw Imagine what infinite knowledge would look like, incarnated in a human being. You would not even flinch, but continue your existence effortlessly. Thoughtlessly. Silently. People that claim that they would go off to conquer the world are the fragmented ones, looking for something to mend themselves. This is the bridge between shadow work and consciousness work. -

When you will realize that time is a delusion. You can only fail to be compassionate in retrospect, in relation to an image of ideal behavior. In this context, compassion is your true nature. Your face before your mother conceived you and you conceived your mother. Reality flows. When time is born, the currents are not aligned and work against each other. This is resistance, time. You never had control to begin with, but you were so fragmented that you couldn't perceive it. This is what shoulds and shouldn'ts are. This is why you need self-images. To hold yourself together. The mind was trying to protect you, but in its ignorance (finitude) it confused fire hose with a flame thrower. -

That's your suffering. Your suffering is Leo's suffering. You are Leo and you are Ralston and you don't exist. There is no me and there are no others. It's all a delusion. Compassion is the excuse you're defending when Ralston's words fly over your head. You believe that you should be compassionate. That's time and self-image. Yeah, I know. I'm here for you. -

Let me answer both questions at once. What's off in Ralston's explanation is the fact that it flies over Leo's head. He says it explicitly: The only thing that is absolute is non-existence. Eradication of ungrounded beliefs. You see how possibility, being wrong, is time-dependent and was explicitly refuted by Ralston? The only way to see that suffering is not a problem is to see that there was no suffering to begin with. It's a belief that hinges upon something. It hinges upon time, past, future. Fear of hurting others. Pride of healing oneself from hurt. Self-transcendence. This is all self-image. Time is a very deep delusion. Thanks to time, something can be itself and not be itself. It's ridiculous. Look at your hand and start moving it. It's different and the same at the same time. It is itself, and looks nothing like itself when you move it. -

Oh yeah, I can imagine how much that conversation would rip my soul apart. I wonder how many horcruxes Leo's Voldemort has. This got dark really quickly. We could use the prayer swat team. -

Listen to that part that tells you that desires are wrong. Desire is suffering. All of desire is all of suffering. It does not mean to prohibit yourself from wanting things. From having things. That is still desire to be desireless. If wanting puts you in the future, then it is desire, self-image and time. Fear and confusion arise. Desire, suffering, time, mind, fear, etc. These are all one and the same delusion. These are how you communicate to yourself that you are wrong. It is impossible to not be yourself. When you suffer, you learn to navigate. This is our honesty and dignity. True honesty and dignity are not image-driven. It is more akin to intuition. Thoughtless knowing. Thinking in silence. -

Just watch this one. I mean, wow. It just hurts. No wonder Leo doesn't brag about this stuff. -

Are you talking about metaphysical stuff?? I was thinking more in lines of a sandwich. Feeling of something missing is at the same time doing that which is required to obtain it. Metaphysics are a delusion. A delusion one has to work through. The whole of existence is instinctual, impulsive. It is not thought-driven in the slightest. There are still images and words flashing, but I know them for what they are. I don't fight them. I don't resist. I just flow. People are wonderful. Even their suffering when I notice it. I couldn't imagine doing something wrong to them. 'Cause' their suffering. It is all driven by self-image. All suffering is self-inflicted. Suffering is not pain though. Suffering is time. When it comes to appreciating things more than other people - we all appreciate it to the same degree. Some of us are simply too far out there, lost in their suffering, to admit it. -

This is it. In the past I'd make fun of that, calling myself an idiot or don quichotte or something. No time, no reward. I have no reason to live. I just do. Yeah and I take care of that when it comes. I tried to make myself to not want, but it's a delusion. The mind is gone. So so are long-term wants. It's always been that way though. That's why I couldn't figure myself out. -

Never had that one quite figured out. I even have a journal titled like that, you know? It seems like I'm going through life blindly and it only makes sense when I look back. Everything clicked recently and I'm just here, now. This is it. -

@ajasatya That's quite a story man. Was it pre-arranged to let her anger out, or did it happen, ahem, spontaneously? -

I bet you do. And that's the reason you still exist. It's not about liking or not liking though. I like how your posts grow with time to be more and more integrated. Without a trace of being edited. -

Of course. The mind never lets go until it does. I bet you had to use lots of fancy psychedelics to get there. Now you have all the experience in the world to tell other people they're wrong. -

Paradoxes are transcended by letting go of the mind. Neither of their ends are real. This is still mind chatter. It's better than linearity, but it's still chatter. This is not being. -
tsuki replied to tecladocasio's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There is no paradox. This is mind stuff. Paradox is the sound of a mind that is crumbling. There is only being. Tao. -

@mandyjw Now I have popcorn AND a drawing. Beautiful! This is what non-duality means. There is no duality between duality and non-duality. You are clinging to one end of a paradox. -

@mandyjw There you go again. You cling to paradox. You treat one end for the sake of another. Paradoxical mind is still a mind. Paradox is very close to the end of the path. How about fractals? Forrests of mirrors? Rings any bells?
