@Leo Gura This'll be my last one Leo. I realized I’ve probably crossed the line here and will be leaving. I’m still going to watch your videos, buy your products (they’ve been very helpful), and keep my meditation routine going. Just to clarify, I’m not a Neo-Nazi. History can be written and interpreted in various ways, and unless we were there when it happened, can we really know for certain? This is why I remain open to whatever the evidence may be. As you can see from my previous quote, I’m not praising Hitler; I simply wanted to demonstrate that he may not be the purely evil, two-dimensional character he is often depicted as. This was the only depiction I was given while attending school and university. Further, I’m not a nationalist. I am, however, proud of my heritage and the contributions of those that came before me. If I understand correctly Leo, you and your family immigrated to the United States from Europe when you were younger. In contrast, many of my ancestors have resided here prior to even the Revolution. Several of my forefathers fought wars here. I own the helmet of my grandfather from when he fought in WWII. My father also served in the military for this country and volunteered to fight in Vietnam. When you have this kind of heritage and learn about it at an early age, you really come to appreciate and honor those that came before you. It took a lot of struggle so I’d be here enjoying my life in a powerful, developed country. I wanted to post in this thread because I’m in Stage Blue and wanted to show you all how many of us think. You’re probably right Leo; consciousness work is not right for me. I’m going to keep at it still, and maybe things will change. If not, that’s okay too; I’ve had fun and had some interesting experiences I wouldn’t have had otherwise. I’ve learned a great deal and have a lot of respect for you and everyone on here. I hope ultimately you all find what you are looking for. Farewell everybody.

@OBEler Don't worry; you're not the only one here that knows about Hitler's other side. He's truly one of the most misunderstood figures in history. I promised Leo I'd be good from now on, so I'm not going to put a link for the documentary that talks about it on here (You might know it already). Instead, I'll just leave a quote for others here to consider: "Pride in one's own race—and that does not imply contempt for other races—is also a normal and healthy sentiment. I have never regarded the Chinese or the Japanese as being inferior to ourselves. They belong to ancient civilisations, and I admit freely that their past history is superior to our own. They have the right to be proud of their past, just as we have the right to be proud of the civilisation to which we belong." -Adolf Hitler Genoud, François, ed. (1961). The Testament of Adolf Hitler: the Hitler-Bormann documents, February-April 1945. London: Cassell

Some of us just want to know what the truth is. Also, if you know what the answer to metaphysics is, you have the foundation to answer all sorts of other questions. For example, if it turns out all of reality is consciousness, including ourselves, then we are in fact one with everything. What reason should we have to treat other people, animals, plants, ecosystems, and the planet as a whole so poorly? -

@Cudin That was a good one! Thanks for sharing. I think Bernardo's going to have another book coming out soon too; I hope he mentions this bit from the article. "In 2015, doctors in Germany reported the extraordinary case of a woman who suffered from what has traditionally been called “multiple personality disorder” and today is known as “dissociative identity disorder” (DID). The woman exhibited a variety of dissociated personalities (“alters”), some of which claimed to be blind. Using EEGs, the doctors were able to ascertain that the brain activity normally associated with sight wasn’t present while a blind alter was in control of the woman’s body, even though her eyes were open. Remarkably, when a sighted alter assumed control, the usual brain activity returned." -

@MarkusSweden Hold on, I thought you said were a Stage Greener on one of my posts earlier. Am I just slow and not getting the joke? I wouldn't be surprised; I'm from the South, so you'll have to forgive me .

@John Iverson I’m a Stage Bluer John. What would you like to know?
-
Stage Green, at least from my vantage point, comes off as feminine and weak. When you read about it, there seems to be an exorbitant amount of attention placed on emotions, pacifism, and indecision. I understand this is a necessary step to get to Stage Yellow, but I imagine for many men it must feel a little strange. Where is the strength and vitality in this mindset? To stage Green or formerly Stage Green men, are you/were you happy with yourself and your sense of masculinity at this stage? I'm at Stage Blue for the most part, so it'd be nice to hear y'alls perspective on this topic.

@Arkandeus Whenever I get like that, I head straight to the gym and get an incredible workout in. Anger is an amazing fuel if you channel it the right way. Us men need an outlet for releasing anger and aggression; it's part of our nature. Just find something safe to do, and go all out (punching bag, batting cage, chopping wood with an axe, shooting range, etc.) -
I felt relief more than anything from my first one, but the second one was exactly like hers: (starts at 4:50) How was your first experience? What it dramatic like this one or more subtle?

I love it when that happens, and apparently, babies can be moved in the same way too: -
@Light Lover Go for it. As long as you stay natural, building muscle is one of the best things you can do for your body. The more muscle you gain, the more calories your body will burn at rest. You become less injury-prone, and your strength increases too obviously. If you're looking for visibility though, it's mostly about training the neck, upper back, shoulders, traps, glutes, and forearms. This video might be helpful for you if visibility is your chief goal.

I’m starting to see why Leo doesn’t allow political discussions on his forum; it never ends or gets anywhere. I learned my lesson Leo: no more politics. -

Sweden is a fantastic country, but its liberal immigration policies (derived from its higher consciousness values) are sadly bringing about its ruin. http://foreignpolicy.com/2016/02/10/the-death-of-the-most-generous-nation-on-earth-sweden-syria-refugee-europe/ It's tragic to witness really. Are they setting a great example for the rest of the world to follow? Trump has to play politics; it's part of the job. If he feels he has praise or demonstrate some form of respect to leaders of lower consciousness countries, it's probably necessary. It's also not the first time it's ever happened (previous president for example).
