You can always change. Past was in the now just like right now. You can change right now. As far as memories goes, contemplate that the memories belong to nobody but are just bundle of perceptions with meanings put together. Hope this helps

Ive kept talking about Jed Mckenna but the most underrated teacher definitely is UG Krishnamurti, he helped me alot
