I totally agree! I am 60 now and have not felt this good, healthy, strong and slim mind you!, in years. I've been eating 1 meal a day at around 6pm (IF=intermittent fasting) and went for 23 days on liquids alone 1 year ago and never looked back. That's it for me! My ultimate goal is to listen to my body and allow it to organically, gently, intuitively go full Breatharian before I turn 70! Thanks for your post.
