  1. One important thing is that your shoulder and neck muscles can stay relaxed. Another is to have the right stimulus which helps a lot to eliminate every movement with some practice. It could make a huge difference to align your whole body properly.
  2. I really don't get it why people suggest to complete beginners to start with dosages that cause a full "trip". Low dosages which cause no shifting in your sense pereceptions pretty much allow you to get to know the substance. Usually takes away a part of possible anxiety when starting with those substances. Leo multiple times in different ways suggests this also. A dosage of 1/4 of a 100µg stamp of LSD for example can be already very benefitial. You can get amazing insights and lots of motivation for your meditation practice for example. Sorry to say that, but a jump right into a full blown trip with a substance you never took before approach, I would call a very immature method.
  3. Since mid februar I am experimenting with psychedelics now. My experience as a beginner is that mushrooms are way more difficult to handle because every piece of mushroom can be more potent than another one which makes it more difficult to dose. Low dose of LSD (25 µg in my case) can already be very benefitial experience but also challanging if you have not a lot of confidence in doing so. Like Leo in his video about AL-LAD describes i found that this substance is quiet perfect for beginners. Because of the improved body sensation it always eases you in the experience. On a low dose i thought i didn't had any particular benefit of it despite from learning to deal with being under effect of a psychedelic substance. But that is perfect to start with. The tendency to be worried about the situation was by far the smallest from those three different substances in my experience.
  4. I went multiple times to different Zen Centers and my opinion is that you should not put Zen into a basket named "religion". The Buddha was a completly normal human in the way Zen is thought. I wondered also as I heared Leo saying it might be a stage blue Psyche thing in the Spiral Dynamics System but it could be. In Zen you have mostly a lot of rituals to switch off your thoughts and getting into sustained tranquility. I got good results with it when I surrendered to the practice but I would never loose my critical mind in the background. So I see it just as a very productive form of practice which can be shooting you up from a stage blue type training right into stage turquoise. My experience of Zen Masters I get to know here in germany are that they were highly envolved psyches. At least stage yellow types.
  5. I can totally agree that intermittent fasting is mindblowingly good for actualizing or do spiritual work. If once established you have a way more steady and in total higher energy level over the day. Also if you get into ketosis your focus get better which helps really for meditation. Not without reason it is practiced in some monastaries. It has also significant health benefits you can recongnize forself after a short amount of time. But i could not conceal that it took me a lot of willpower for 3 months to establish it, because i was so addicted to food. The funny thing which seem counterintuitive to almost everyone is, that i can enjoy my diet now way more than the regular eating i did before. I am sure if I did the transition with knowledge I have now, i only had to struggle for maybe 3-4 weeks instead of 3 months. By far the best source for this I personaly found from a at first really crazy sounding guy named Dr. Nun S. Amun Ra. There is a very good interview from Markus Rothkranz with him available on youtube were he outlines his reasearch and diet.
