We need to start getting more specific when talking about psychedelics. They are all different and produce unique insights, delusions, lessons, viewpoints, traps etc... Individuals will also have a diverse range of experiences themselves. What one person gets out of mushrooms will not be the same as what another person does.

@asifarahim Probably not enough. Healing traumas can take a life time. But, be encouraged, because it's more about the process instead of just reaching a "healed" place.

Creating a connection with nature.

I used to think that it was always up for the man to hit me up, make plans etc while I sat back and acted all cute. Hahaha that was so wrong. Doing that I was actually being in my masculine!! I do think however, that initially the man should be the one to ask you out and set up dates. But after the first couple dates, rules of who texts first should go out the window. The more I'm cultivating my feminine the more I'm in touch with how I want to reach out, express my feelings, send him little hearts or tell him what a nice time I had etc. Doing this allows my feminine to grow. I can't believe I wasted so much time thinking it was all up to the guy. Explore this a little bit, be in touch with your feelings and your femininity. You might find yourself reaching out in really sweet and sexy ways

@catcat69123 a few months is a very short time. This is work you will be doing the rest of your life if you stick with it. It's normal to get glimpses and then fall back into old habits. Thats homeostasis for ya. Small steps help.

Great resource for sustainable living ideas. He takes it the extreme and has done some interesting experiments such as wearing all the trash he created and forraging/growing 100% of his food for a year. Although we don't all need to live as minimally as he does, it is inspiring and gives ideas for how we can always strive to consume more mindfully.

@impulse9 nope, you don't have to play along. This is one site on the internet. I didn't mean to upset you and I see how my criticisms came across that way. You're making a bunch of assumptions about people on this forum. Idk what you're trying to get out of arguing vaccines here but that's your choice and I think you should know that it doesn't help the case.

@impulse9 I'm not asking you compromise your integrity. Making those comments in a space that has made itself clear on the stance of vaccines comes across as foolish. Pictures of quotes, insults and swearing do not come across as intelligent. You are allowed disagreement but that doesn't mean you will be changing minds with it.

I had the idea to post some entries from my physical journal I write in.

"Alright self, we have some depression news: you have been lying to yourself for your whole life. You have been telling yourself that you're so cool, that you are so smart and have so many talents, that you are better and more unique than everyone else. And guess what, that is a total farce. I feel like I'm starting all over again. The Sarah that existed just a few months ago, she is gone. I don't really identify with that Sarah anymore. I don't know who I am anymore. Of course, there are aspects that I identify with but overall I'm having a bit of an existential crisis. It's almost like I'm no longer the same person. It's that drastic. I guess maybe I need to mourn that? I'm worried that I'm not doing enough. But I'm having to totally reinvent myself. I still have the same hopes, dreams, desires, but I'm different, I'm definitely different. And I'm frustrated with myself for not being there yet, the person I want to be. My mind keeps fluttering to all these different things I want to do and I get so disappointed when I don't do them. But I'm really learning the importance of being gentle with myself during this process. I'm remembering that I'm really like a baby in this process, and that I truly just need kindness, patience and love while I find my footing."

The feminine and masculine thing is real. I just think you're taking stories on here out of context and overthinking it. If it causes you pain, forget it. Its not supposed to do that. If anything, society programs women to be masculine so cultivating polarity in relationships is going against that programming. Check out Madelyn Moon at maddymoon.com.
