I need to feel like my man is physically bigger than me in multiple ways I didn’t have standards on this before because I was stuck in scarcity and neediness mindsets

If you think it would really benefit you then go for a diagnosis. My advice is not to get hung up on it though, I think it’s nice to know as it can help you explain things but don’t let it get you down if you can help it.

It's both real and imagined! I don't know about that second part. We are going to inherently be selfish so I wouldn't worry about it. We need a certain amount of rules and principles to exist.

I get plenty of vitamin D now but I am from a cloudy area and I somewhere heard it's pointless to take a supplement so I never did but it may have helped me! In the end, I'm much happier now that I have consistent sun exposure

Life's a trip in so many ways.Saying that life is an illusion shouldn't be used as an escape from dealing with feelings or to naively think there are no rules. Things are still Real and must be lived and experienced regardless of them being an illusion

Hair is beautiful. I've been especially interested in the special qualities of long hair. There are many stories and instances where it is associated with strength, devotion, intuition, patience. The first time I shaved my head I did because I wanted to break some of my attachment to it and it actually did a little.

Being gay is not easier. Yes some aspects are but overall the challenges even out.

You can cultivate your femininity. Yes it will always be there, but it does get hidden and pushed down in today’s way of life. It’s interesting to see how men respond to that as well. When you are in touch with your heart and how you feel, you’re basically unfuckwithable.

I think pick up is freaking awesome. I’ve even learned a lot about myself through it. I feel flattered when a man asks for my number. Any interaction with a man is another opportunity to deepen my relationship with my feminine essence.

Oh my goodness this thread! More of us women need to get out there and experience men!! There are so many different types of men, relationships and interactions that exist and can only be experienced in real life. Become aware of your own games! The less aware you are of these games the more likely it is you’re playing them. You can consciously use the fact that men like sex to your and their advantage. Become the sensual, feeling, emotional being you are!

Look for a therapist who specializes in “contemplative psychology”. When in the hunt for a new therapist it’s helpful to call several and ask them about their specialities. Many offer a free session to see if it’s a good fit.
