Yes. True astrology. Not so much daily horoscope type material.

Music can be an expression of the soul. But if you dont feel called to play it may be a waste of time for you.

Some things you can do to boost creativity are, spend time in nature, rest, do something different, look at other people being creative, brainstorm, explore new areas

Yea this got me thinking as well! I have an unmet need in the area of spiritual connection. I think part of it stems from the difficulties I have connecting with myself. Sometimes it comes out in desperation, worry, addiction. I hope that someday I can get it met so I'm trying to learn and grow so I can connect with someone like that.

I wanted to report to you the amazing benefits I've been experiencing with the mushroom supplement Lion's Mane. I suffer from depression, desensitization and paranoia from drug use and this amazing fungi has improved my mental abilities significantly. I can tell the difference within an hour of taking the supplement. It feels like it "wakes" my brain up. Highly recommended if you are looking to improve your brain. Make sure to buy a high quality supplement. I like the brand "Host Defense" and I bought their "Mental Clarity" mushroom blend that has gingko, reishi and some herbs in it. <3

Nice realizations. I think its really important to take care of your looks. I used to think I was above that and now I see the foolishness there.

Living a life of gratitude can take practice. Keep being grateful, even for the tough times because they exist for a reason, too. Gratitude can help you understand why things are happening, it can help you feel happier and more in flow with life, it can help you appreciate things and help you notice more of the good things that do happen in your life.

You have to rise above your liking for suffering if you want to change it!

At some point on your path, if you have stuck with it... you will look back and see how far you have come. Maybe you're everything you imagined and more. And life then becomes about how to raise your capacity to hold your own light

When you start asking questions more and better ones may arise too

@Ethan1 awesome! So did you freeze the mushrooms after harvest or?

It can help and it can be used as an excuse to not be your full self. There's a danger of getting stuck on it too.

Something else to try for relaxation if you are high stress or have body anxiety is a magnesium supplement. I have used Natural Vitality Calm powder https://www.naturalvitality.com/natural-calm

The more you follow your dreams, the less friendships like this you will have. Things that aren't an energetic match will fall away as you have your focus on higher things. You'll make new friends or maybe these friends will grow with you.

Devote your life to it.

Talking to a good therapist can really help in ways that "talking to god" can't.

So often when I don't want to do something, that means I should go. But it can take time to figure that out and that's ok. You don't have to leave like, now. You can sit on it a bit and try to become more sure of your decisions.

I've used Berkey and it came recommended to me by a couple sources I trust. https://www.berkeyfilters.com/

@SaltyMeatballs 2 weeks now. I will take 1 or 2 every day until I run out and then tbd. I like to switch up supplements so I don't get used to one thing only. I also have a couple other mood supplements that I rotate with. (St. John's Wort, another mushroom blend for stress and sometimes GABA).

In this particular one it's 300mg Lion's Mane and then half that or less for the other stuff.

Be careful with coconut oil. It creates a barrier on the skin (does not absorb) and over time your skin will not produce its own moisturizing oils. This eventually creates drier and more irritated skin. I've found a very light amount of pure mineral oil (baby oil) to be nice. Sometimes I will do a small amount of Vaseline. An olive oil made specifically for skin is good. Castor oil blends can be nice too. Coconut oil is ok if not used all the time and if it gets washed off at the end of the day as it does build up easily. I always switch up my facial moisturizers so my skin doesn't get used to something, creating irritation down the line. Always keep in mind that less is more when it comes to skin and hair care. When we disrupt the body's natural ability to cleanse itself things get out of whack. That's why a lot of women have worse hair and skin than guys...they're constantly stripping the hair and skin of its natural oils. These oils are what keep the skin and scalp healthy. Get a basic, minimal ingredient face wash and use one of the above-mentioned oils sparingly.
