What do you mean by not living for 37 years? You have been enlightened for that long? -

Correct. I known for the very first time that I heard Osho spoke those words that I will never forget them. Timeless truths, indeed! -

@yawning_ Now you might say I'm too negative when reading my post above. But positive thinking isn't really the answer, here's why.. People are living their lives based on assumptions which are producing a world full of violence, hunger, crime, disease, injustice, hurt, and other undesirable conditions. These are assumptions such as ‘focus on the positive’, ‘everything is going to be OK’, ‘it could be worse’, ‘the government, the education system, the health care industry, and the church have our best interest at heart’, etc. If we continue to play dumb, as if we didn't know something is seriously wrong; or continue to hold the same assumptions we have always held, then we will continue to get the results I've mentioned, both globally and in our personal lives. Once we rid ourselves of all undesirable conditions, then we can go back to saying ‘everything is going to be ok’. I know for sure that I am not the only person unhappy with the way life is. Human suffering is global, and is the norm, not the exception. Everybody seems to just be used to it; and they have surrendered to the claim that this is the way things are; and there is nothing that can be done; and there is nothing wrong with that picture. So, my message is that there is something very wrong with the game of life; and many of us play the game without even realizing that we don't enjoy it all that much. We are told to practice positive thinking and to ignore the unpleasant aspects of our lives. These instructions are repeated incessantly in our society because the farmers of humanity, the tyrants who own us, have a vested interest in having us be docile and go along with their lead, without regard for our well-being as individuals. To them we are like cattle. Our value to them is one of utility. We are worth as much as the use they can obtain from us. They do not care about us, personally. Many things in the world are wrong and should be changed, but they want us to go along only with the changes they want to make, which serve to further their own agenda. They do not care about whether the quality of or lives is enjoyable to us or not. All living beings experience much suffering, either physically, or emotionally, or both. There are no exceptions. Life should not be this way. I don't believe that people should suffer. We make suffering and having a miserable life acceptable because we say so; because we tell ourselves that we ought to accept those experiences. But that is not an absolute truth. I don't believe there is a good reason for suffering to be present in somebody’s life, other than because he or she wants to suffer. If somebody really wants to suffer, that's fine; people should have the experiences they want without imposing their choices on others. -

Thanks for your response @yawning_ My position is rather dark now after I studied Enki! But it implied more suffering to be naiv and think good of the world. I'm at a better place now. Follow me. The evil of life.. I see the world, what is happening now, what has happened all throughout history; and I see the suffering humanity goes through, and all I see breaks my heart. I cannot help but to pass judgment on this reality: It is evil; I don't like it, and I say it is not good because of all the suffering that exists in this reality. Life forces people to eat, abuse, exploit, murder, and do other evils against less powerful living beings so we can continue living, or we can be more comfortable, or we can feel pleasure or avoid unpleasantness. In turn, people too are used by those who are more powerful than them, as slaves, livestock, lab subjects, food, and as anything else the abusers want, without regard for people’s feelings or their well-being, most times, also without their knowledge. Our abusers are themselves abused by yet more powerful life forms, and so on. This is an example of Hermetic wisdom, which states: “as above, so below”. If it happens here, it also happens above us and below us, in accordance to the fractal like nature of Life. The evil we do to other living beings is wrong, but few people realize this because everybody is forced to do it since they are very young, and once we are old enough to make our own judgments, we see this is done by most of everybody else. People generally do not question the immorality of eating other life forms, or using products derived from them, or enslaving them, or killing them when they are inconvenient, a nuisance, or dangerous to us. As a condition of staying alive, happy, and healthy, we are forced to hurt or destroy other life and each other. All of the pain and sorrow we feel throughout our lives is an indication of the wrongness of the very nature of our lives. This evil is used to break the human spirit. First, our consciousness is arbitrarily brought to the world by decree of the big Tyrant, with the help of the lesser tyrants, who are the parents. Next, if babies cry for days or weeks at a time in protest, parents are advised to leave them alone in a room to let them get tired of crying, and to make them surrender to their new reality. Then, the process of breaking the human spirit continues by using techniques that parallel the barbaric spirit-breaking techniques used on elephants that are forced to work in circuses or in the tourism industry in Asia. (Here I had to take a minute paus from typing because I crying so hard, number of tears dripping down on my computer..) Ok, lets continue.. The process includes keeping people in various types of confinements. Examples are: the physical body, life circumstances, the injustice system jails or prisons, and this planet itself; applying to them mental restraints, such as instilling fear in them or withholding key knowledge; giving them random physical and psychological trauma, such as when being attacked by disease, or receiving or witnessing injuries; feeding them misinformation.. ..for example: the white lies children are told, the half truths taught at schools, the skewed science we are given, the news, etc; using psychological warfare tactics on them, such as religion; giving them promises, hopes and dreams that will never come true; .. ..humiliating them, for example by making them experience the degradation of having to ingest food and having to carry around feces in their bodies and being subject to other physiological needs, functions, and dysfunctions; administering to them punishments and rewards; and using other methods which aim at making a person give up his or her sovereignty. To subdue us, Life makes us endure against our wills: pain, heartache, fear, and a long list of other negative experiences and emotions. Watching the news every night reveals the wide range of atrocities that happen to people. We are made to be afraid constantly, because our well-being is not secure. -

Hi Azrael! Have a nice stay. Hope you get out of SF alive. It's a shithole beyond imagination these days. Yesterdays SF, beautiful! Todays SF, ugly as hell! -
My God, I love Polly, this clip is great, I know for sure I'm a fox. That makes me a naive misfit? Or should I be happy to be one of the honest, righteous and friendly examples of human beings? (Although being runover by the wolves) What are you, are you also a fox? Namaste

Reality has too many heads! A quote that I heard as a boy stayed with me because I immediately recognise the paradoxical truth in it. It goes like this.. "Two sorts of truth: profound truths recognized by the fact that the opposite is also a profound truth, in contrast to trivialities where opposites are obviously absurd." And here we are talking precisely about profound truths, and all of them have a flip side to them that's kind of equally profoundly true. That has pushed me into cynicism. I become ironic and develop cunningness although I don't like to be like that. Everytime anyone makes a statement on what suppose to be a profound truth I view it as a silly statement because of the blindness to the flip side. Caveat though, I love those claims, or at least I use to love them, and they are not wrong, they actually point to profound truth in an accurate way. It's just that as soon as you know that the opposite to that profound truth is another profound truth you realise how pointless it is to say anything at all about the profound or the absolute. The more closer you get to one profound truth, the farer away you come from the opposite profound truth. That's why geniuses are labeled as crazy or naive, because they are so far from one particular truth that "normies" understand intuitively, yet those geniuses are geniuses precisely because they are also closer to another profound truth(the opposite one) that so called normies are farer away from. Language can't deliver any more truth to your being, it can only rearrange it, which means that if you gain some truth in one end you simultaneously lose some truth in the other end. Like a mindfuck, and this thread is no exception, nothing to gain or understand here. You can't say anything, I mean literary, there is really nothing to say in regards to the profound. Language is a tool for the relative plane of reality to use for trivial matters.

I really love that last quote! Tnx Can it be that we have the same understanding, just different perspectives? I don't mean that there is anything outside waiting, I don't see how that really contradict my OP? (Even though it may do so from a rational/logical perspective) Imagine if there was a higher levels, in the end you want to break free of next level also, to experience yet another higher level, and on and on it goes. Finally you want to enter that "no-level" realm that doesn't actually exist, but somehow you can enter it, I guess you call it death and I call it ultimate freedom. -

True! So what are we doing here?? -
MarkusSweden replied to MarkusSweden's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
How ironic! I created a thread that highlight how the opposite of profound truth(s) are also profoundly true. Then my only hero in the spiritually field, Rupert Spira, just now, a few minutes ago uploaded a video claiming there is no opposite. "There is no opposite to consciousness" Hence, there is an opposite to the claim that there are opposites Haha, this might be what @Leo Gura call a full circle, lol -
MarkusSweden replied to MarkusSweden's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Thanks! The Kyballion is great! All manifested things have two sides, two aspects, or two poles.[7] Everything "is" and "isn't" at the same time, all truths are but half truths and every truth is half false, there are two sides to everything, opposites are identical in nature yet different in degree, extremes meet, and all paradoxes may be reconciled. -

Wow, this is one of your greatest post. That's why I feel so out of control when I try so hard to control. I never understood that paradox. You explain it in a very simple and clear way, even though this is very deep stuff. Thanks again @Faceless -
I often read lyrics from enlightened people not to gain new knowledge and concepts(because I've heard it all several times by now), I read it because the blissful feeling of reading something that comes from the divine source. There are so much truths and purity between the words when you read or listening to an enlightened master. They fill the silent gaps between the words with absolute truth and infinite awareness it feels. Whatever they say or write are like beautiful pieces of art. What I had a hard time to wrap my mind around was the fact that the same enlightened people were complete morons, politically wise. In this regard they have no understanding what so ever, which I find weird since they have such a perfect understanding otherwise. I have now contemplated this discrepancy enlightened people have with understanding for five full days as we speak, with much help of meditations and small portions of shrooms. My conclusion so far is that enlightened people suffer from the so called "Trump Derangement Syndrome" because they lack relative understanding of reality. They superimpose absolute understanding on to the relative dualistic world and therefore they end up with 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' Caveat though, this is not true for all enlightened people, there are always exceptions. I, myself was once fully resting in infinite consciousness, I was enlightened to the point that I could master the laws of physics, they didn't apply to me. I doubt anyone was more enlightened then me at that time. However, there was a price to pay to become enlightened, which was why I finally leaved that state of being(although it was a state of infinite peace, intuition and happiness, make no doubts about that just because I choose to leave it). Anyway, in order to become God all my understanding had to come from absolute understanding, I had to get rid of ALL relative understanding, hence I had no thoughts but pure intuition, non dual awareness. Oneness was all there was. The ending of all relative understanding was the price to pay that I mentioned above in order to become enlightened. Even though it's not fair to say that anything of value is lost, it's more like you lose the toxic capacity to think the illusory contents of thoughts aka gaining of relative understanding. But without that toxic illusionary capacity you won't be able to interpret the relative world accurate at all. But that's nothing to cry over, no need to understand the world when you have perfect absolute understanding which is a level up from the worldly level. You can't bring knowledge from the level of understanding that you leave in order to bring it into the new level of understanding(Same if you step down, which I did, all absolute understanding had to go to get a good grip and understanding of the relative, dual and local part of world called earth. If you still have the slightest notion of duality, if you still have the slightest relative understanding of reality, it's impossible not to project and superimpose that relative understanding upon God aka divine non duality, and therefore you will not know God fully, you will still be naive in your understanding of God. And vice versa, this goes both ways. Hence, when you know God fully, or rather when you ARE God, you have no understanding for the relative realm. You end up as a libertarian moron from the relative perspective.(But you are perfect pure infinite understanding aka God from the absolute perspective, with nothing but truth, love and beauty in your heart) This is why enlightened people suffer from "Trump Derangement Syndrome". They are simply not aware of the complexity and evil nature of the deep states around the world, in western world particular. All that happens within the deep states happens within the relative realm of things, just as all other politics is a feature of duality aka relative reality, same is true for all the media with their subtle lies, unconscious lies, meta-lies, but enlightened people are above the cunningness of it all, and paradoxically being above it is the same as being beneath it, understanding wise. Enlightened people simply don't get what is happening in politics together with its legs of media, culture and military. Enlightened people can't help but superimpose absolute understanding when looking into politics, no surprise they looks like fools and morons when expressing political statements. Do you also think there is a correlation between enlightenment and Trump Derangement Syndrome? Important distinction though, according to the video below Scott Adams claims that 'Trump Derangement syndrome is a mental disorder, rightly so, but this is only true for people who are not enlightened I believe. Enlightened people with Trump Derangement Syndrome are not having mental disorders, rather they have the TDS because they are too mentally pure and healthy one might argue. Where as the frist group of people, those with TDS without being enlightened definitely suffer from mental health issues. Elaborate

Haha! My grandparents were farmers and had many animals, sheeps, pigs, rabbits, cats and cows. It was lovely to be there in the summertime growing up, I remember one cat that was truly enlightened, her name was "Smulan". We had some synchronicity going on between us, the same enlightened soul in both of us it felt like. We spend much time together. But there were other cats that sure wasn't enlightened as well. I guess it's very individual. Some are enlightened, but most of them are not, just as most humans aren't enlightened, but thanks god there are a few exceptions, lol -
MarkusSweden replied to Rilles's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Rilles It's worth it if you enjoy mental masturbation. It can only provide value as an enjoying thing in the present moment for those who love mental(empty) masturbation. Other then that, it's worthless, it can't give you a happier life in some distant future, nor it will give you any knowledge. Me? I would never bother with such crap since I don't find mental masturbation enjoying at all. Go out in nature instead, have fun with your girlfriend, do something with your body, use it every way you can, dance, play, do some sports that you like, make great music, but through away all those philosophy books. Just my two cents -

Yes, I can see it. It's the need for psychological security and comfort which is always lacking in the present moment because of identification with the movement of time aka self, right? Thanks @Faceless -
MarkusSweden replied to MarkusSweden's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is very good, I use to ask this question myself growing up. This is because the movement of thought and the movement of time aka self, right? But I'm not sure I understand fully, can you elaborate a little bit further? -

MarkusSweden replied to phoenix666's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@phoenix666 You can't be wise and in love at the same time. Love is indeed great, but don't fool yourself to think that you're not naive when resting in love, because you are. "Love is blind", was a quote I often heard as a child, that a very accurate description. -
So sad, this morning I couldn't help but start crying when I heard about how hundreds and hundreds of catholic priest were sexually abusing children !!!!! Religions are not absolutely true, but priests in catholic christianity suppose to have some spiritual intuition, some moral high ground, yet they don't hesitate to do these horrible horrible crimes! Leo once told us that even Buddhist monks commit horrifying crimes against young adepts of buddhism these days, some of those monks even rape children that enter buddhism to gain truth only to meet these terrible crimes against them. How can the spiritual elite of the world do such evil deeds to their fellow human beings? If the spiritual elite can do it, then there is really no hope for humanity. How can you have any hopes for humanity when even those people that suppose to stand on the highest of moral grounds can commit crimes like raping children. If they can do it, then pretty much everyone in every path of life can do it. Guys, what is happening to the world? To say it scares me is an understatement, I feel lite vomiting from all the bad emotions I receive from the world's transforming into decadence!
