  1. @MM1988 The Buddha wasn't fat, thats a confusion that has happened due to history, the "fat" one is actually Budai. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budai
  2. Wow, I love the 2017-2018 Leo, the more videos he makes the more mindblown I become, and he's more straight to the point nowadays, he rarely builds up the tension, he just goes full blast! I think since he had his awakenings he doesn't wanna beat around the bush anymore.
  3. I dont know, I cant help but chuckle when I do self inquiry, Its so funny to watch the mind trying to find something thats not there, its like boxing with thin air. Anyone else?
  4. Im not too familiar with Kriya but I found a guy called Ryan, he seems relaxed and very detached. Youtube.com/kriyayogaonline

  6. 1. I have two meditation alarms at 10 and at 6 that say "Hey Lets Go Meditate! There are 100 Benefits!" 2.I also write down every day I've meditated and how long I meditated on that particular day, itt really helps with motivation because it makes you feel like.. "I'm almost 3 months in, I cant quit now..." Good luck?
  7. What happened before life? Exactly.

  13. haha I pretty much live and breathe emotions so thats not a problem... but yes being mindful and going deeper into reality is something I want to work at and finding my authentic "self"
  14. What are some habits that would be good for a musician singer/songwriter specifically? So far I have few but I'd like to see what I'm missing. *Composing daily! *Playing your instrument daily! *Researching and listening mindfully to all types of music including music from other continents *Mindfulness/Meditation *Reading daily including fiction to learn how to craft stories and how to write poetically *Writing lyrics daily! Very important to keep your creativity at its peak *Practicing singing *Learning music theory everyday and applying what you learn So thats my list, I probably missed something, anyone got an idea?
  15. @Nahm Thanks, ill check it out! I usually watch videos by Eric Arcenaux, hes a great teacher!
  16. @Nahm Still working on that, I hope to find a singing teacher actually, Its hard to learn it by yourself. @BjarkeT Ive heard alot about that! I'll implement it for sure!
  17. @Dan Arnautu Thanks man! All solid advice! Could you elaborate on how to practice creativity? It sounds like something I could really use!
  18. I agree with Charlotte, just notice that all weekdays are just concepts floating in the collective mental soup, dont get locked down by cultural ideas and youre free to just do whatever you please any"time"!
  19. @Ether Freestyling has its place sure but I prefer writing, its much more meticulous imo. @Vipassana I use Pages to organize what I write, I have OneNote too but I haven't really learned how to use it properly yet.
  20. "Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that were all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream and we're the imagination of ourselves" - Bill Hicks The longer I live the more I realized how brilliantly that sums it all up. What an amazing man he was.
  21. The funny thing about laziness is that there is no cure for it except... doing the work! How do get my ass off the couch? By standing the f*** up! The ego loves to stall your time by creating a big problem out of laziness when its really not.
  22. @Dodo haha I must be going dyslectic
