  1. @John Iverson Yes it’s a dark side, it’s the called Holy Shit, the spiritual purge. no but seriously , Yoga is not child’s play, did you see Leos video on the blog about how to practice it? I’m more into Meditation and Self-Inquiring, its a more relaxing way to kill yourself.
  2. Dark side of meditation part 2: Shitting yourself... sorry... i had too...
  3. YES! Been waiting forever for an episode like this. Make it really long just to drive the point home and mess with peoples perception of time.
  4. No, not sometimes, do it on an empty stomach everytime, you can imagine having food in your belly and then locking it right? Youre gonna have some problems obviously. Hope that works.
  5. Consciousness is the only solution, be mindful of the bodily desire that is bubbling up everytime you think you need a cigarette. Notice that it is just a transitory feeling that passes and comes back like a wave, ride the wave and move on with your day. Don’t go unconscious. You dont need a system, the ego thinks it needs a system, then it can blame that system when it fails and create a whole story instead of just simply being mindful.
  6. @abrakamowse and then eventually he carves himself into nothing.
  7. Maybe you are going through some sort of purge? How long have you been doing yoga?
  8. I think psychedelic ”brain interference”...would be great for a developing brain, imagine how open-minded students would be after dosing on shrooms a few times, they would ace every math-test.
  9. Dont forget Santa, pulling the reins of his deers... making them do his bidding.
  10. Just go study it, maybe watch some Stefan Molyneux, keep an open mind though because he can be pretty dogmatic, just try to understand why morality is good for keeping society together etc. Dont stop there though, keep growing.
  11. Your ego is the real slavemaster, once you’re free from that then archons won’t matter.
  12. Its getting colder in Sweden and I just found about this meditation you can practice to warm up your body by summoning an inner fire in your stomach, i tried it and it works a little bit but i guess it takes more practice, has anyone tried this? Basically you breath in, hold, squeeze your stomach and visualize a fire. Oh and don’t forget to breath out...
  13. Placebo is a cop-out, what if you found out that all your orgasms have all been placebos? Would you stop jerking off? probably not, reality is enterily based on illusions, if i can hallucinate that im not freezing my ass off ill take that.
  14. Yeah thats why Im interested in if anyone here tried it, seems like a very practical technique, apparently monks have used it to swim in icey lakes which is unbelievable.
  15. I know a person very close to me who has everything he needs in life, a big apartment in the center of the city, a nice car, he is super-good at socializing and gets any girl he wants, he has tons of friends, but i’ve noticed his restlessness, he cant be alone for one night, he is always out eating in a restaurant, he drinks alcohol a couple of times a week and here is the kicker, everytime i hang out with him at a party he has a bag of booger-sugar with him and stays up all night, this is not some frat-boy type of phase which will pass, the guy is almost 40, at first i thought it was just a one time thing but i can see where this is leading, i could never tell him to stop because i’m too afraid it would create a barrier between us and i need that connection to make sure he is okay. If he only got a tiny bit of spirituality into his life and started going towards Stage Green i know he could solve most of his loneliness issues. Materialism will NEVER make you happy. God help all you lost souls out there.
  16. As a breathing exercise, tummo (Tumo or Chandali yoga) is a part of tantric meditation cycles for yogic heat, developed around the concept of the female deity.[1][3][4] It is found in the Six Yogas of Naropa, Lamdre, Kalachakraand Anuyoga teachings of Tibetan Vajrayana. The purpose of tummo is to gain control over body processes during the completion stage of 'highest yoga tantra' (Anuttarayoga Tantra) or Anuyoga.
  17. @Barry J As long as it works you can call it whatever you want, I don’t have the option to jog around when i’m working outside so this is helpful for me.
  18. Every single emotion you’ve ever felt has been in the body. Contemplate that and you can become free from the slavery of the mind.
  19. @DrMobius Well of course, but he wrote it, he wouldn’t really put this in the book if he didn’t stand by it.
