Make it your Life Purpose to help the poor animals! Passion + planning + purpose Just passion itself wont get you far but combined with the above-mentioned you may have a purpose.

Think about, Its IMPOSSIBLE to experience without having a subject, even if you were as big as the universe you would still need something to experience from, in this particular limit you experience your limit from a body.

@invinciblelight We usually say ”I am experiencing”. Without focusing on anything in particular, try to find where this experience is taking place. Is it a point? Or is it everywhere? Its supposed to be a bit Koan-like, get yourself to quiet down and look.

seems alot of people on the forum especially have totally misunderstood enlightenment and are freaking out when they awaken, a video on how to deal with this is needed.

No, there are infinite midpoints in between all those distinctions, hot , less hot, lukewarm, cool, colder, cold, frigid, freezing etc etc.

Feel your emotions deeply, find out where they are located, “when Im ashamed and anxious I will feel it in my heart area and stomach area” Let your emotions be as they are, dont judge them, dont judge anything. Just. Be. Also notice how your ego created a problem out of thin air, you didnt say that he/she said that you were ugly, you said she didnt say anything about YOU and you created a little story in your head that her/his comment is supposed to MEAN anything more than it did. Contemplate that.

@Setty Wow that sounds very interesting... I didnt know you could go that deep with it. I agree with the frustration part, it doesnt really give you much insight, its just a mind-bending experience, guess it can be used for fun once in a while.

@isabel Yeah I had a few of those ”what if it was laced” thoughts last night but I used my meditation skills to see through it as just good ol weed paranoia. From what I’ve read online I cant really say ”just weed” anymore, so many people have had intensely sometimes bad ”trips” on it.
