I DIEEEEED???????

When I heard the learn’d astronomer, When the proofs, the figures, were ranged in columns before me, When I was shown the charts and diagrams, to add, divide, and measure them, When I sitting heard the astronomer where he lectured with much applause in the lecture-room, How soon unaccountable I became tired and sick, Till rising and gliding out I wander’d off by myself, In the mystical moist night-air, and from time to time, Look’d up in perfect silence at the stars.

Im not. Ive noticed myself snapping into mindfulness a few times a day though spontaneously, and Im always aware of negative thoughts which is wonderful. I hope to grow this mindfulness so it stays with me all day. Anyone here mindful 24/7? Do you have any tips on how to be?

For the ego to jump in and fear to take over, I was close to a realization, fear ran up my chest like a river of tiny ants. I’ll keep soldiering on.

@SoonHei Yeah, I was doing a guided meditation, slipped away from it a bit into a very focused self-inquiry and then Bam! had to open my eyes. Not the first that it has happened, but I see it as progress, theres something hiding that my ego doesnt want me to see.

You crawl up my chest like a million tiny ants. It takes the blink of an eye for you to jump in and bend up my eyelids with your lever. What do you know that I dont? What are you hiding? What are you afraid of? Next time the brickwall will crack.

How is the universe not intelligent? It created you didnt it? Matter of fact, it is creating you right now and you dont have to move a muscle.

You are the universe, its impossible to be in the universe and not be the universe, its like a piece of a cake saying “im not the cake im the piece, how stupid of you to say im the cake youre deluded”

Anyone can raise their consciousness, Enlightenment is not the same. Although they are related.

What tv-shows excite you? Why? What happens when you start to get bored? Do you feel like youre missing something in life?

Sit down on a chair for as long as you can, dont set a timer, just sit there, see what the first thing that comes to your mind when you get bored is, go for that.

Go find a chair, put a tomato on it, then go and sit on the floor, talk to the tomato as you read it.

@Evelyn It IS all in your head, your head is all there is, atleast for you. Reality is subjective.
