  1. @Outer yeah we all post for attention, you get it now, if someone freaks out and cant handle it you dont have to give any advice, i mean its just enlightenment its not a big deal
  2. Way to dismiss someone off the bat. Have you had an enlightenment realization? Perhaps yours was pleasant, some arent, Kundalini awakenings can be super-difficult. Were all different human-beings and the way we interpret insights that turn our reality upside down can be very different.
  3. @Charlotte Crazy! Hope you can achieve that Samadhi-state without the “side-effect” next time!

  5. Oh my god! That happened from just a glimpse?! Did it happen while sober? Maybe it was a sort of purge perhaps.
  6. Thank you for the elaborated response Nahm! Yes there is resistance, ego is afraid of a sort of solipsistic loneliness, although I realize that it has always been that way so theres nothing to be afraid of, I’m just noticing reality in a way I havent before, its a little freaky, gonna be a long road of bumps I guess. Oh! Thanks! Much love to you my friend! ?

  10. Is regular old finding yourself getting you down? Try these techniques: •Notice that YOU are experiencing all of your senses, who is “inside” or “behind” all of your senses? •Locate yourself “inside” hearing, tasting, smelling, etc can you find anyone there? •What implies identity? Feeling, autonomy? More of a contemplation.
  11. @Artaemis Can there really be a perfect insight? Doesnt that mean youve stopped looking? I love the openness that comes with self-inquiry, I hope I never feel “Okay Im done! Finally”
  12. @Artaemis You just want to be like Joseph! admit it!
  13. Sometimes it can be nice, but you need an object to make sure your mind doesnt wander off, I usually stare at an empty glass or cup. Being aware of hearing throughout the day is also a powerful way to become mindful and not go into story-mode.
  14. @Joseph Maynor I caught in that paradox right now, I cant explain it, thats why I always write open questions.
  15. I agree. Egoless wasnt following the guidelines, he was allowed to proselytize a long while before he got banned.
  16. Close your eyes. Behind your eyelids is the most useful book youll ever need. Read it everyday, watch the insights pour in.
