Science is great and all but Im looking at whats happening in my direct experience. I never said thought was a subject, I was pondering how it is possible that one sensation happens in one place where another can respond to it, Im guessing awareness connects all of these sensations.

How is it possible that thought knows that I have a feeling in my body? Might seem obvious but really think about it! What connects thoughts and body??

There are many types of news, to completelty give up news because you think its drama is not seeing the bigger picture. Negativity is created in your own mind.

@Nadosa Not quite true, you can kill the body and be rid of painful emotions, but you cant kill the reality that you are.

Who is the ”you” that is conscious? Can you locate the conscious ”you”? Have you ever noticed that you are experienced in the same consciousness as other people? Awareness sees you and sees others in the same field, so why would you exist and not others. Dont assume consciousness is something YOU have, thats a trap.

Who dies? is there anything to die except the illusion? Can you define what death is? Have you ever experienced it?

For sure! My big take-away from this is that self-education after youve graduated is critical! I learned so little from school compared to whats out there.
