@Mezanti The problem is not necessarily that you care what others think, its that you care MORE what others think than what you think. You lose yourself when you meet other people, its very common.

its obviously personal for you how you do it but... shadow work = pick something like... shyness for example you say: i shouldnt be this way, why not? because ive learned that it is bad, is it bad? is it okay to be bad? am i this way? yes, can i allow myself to be this way? what or you stops me from allowing etc. This gives you control of yourself and not getting swayed by others, you start to own the bad parts of yourself. you can check out my Shadow Journal for an in-depth three month journey I did if you want. pm me if you want more info or clarification

Meditate. Inquire. Contemplate. Do Psychs. Learn Epistemology. Go on Retreats. Basically do everything you can to align with your goal. Be careful not to create a false identity though.

Hey! How do I stop reading negative/dislike into peoples facial expression? Whenever I see someone I almost always read their faces to see if they are negative towards me in any way or dont like me. Its very hard to be objective and to trust people when my mind is always tricking me? Anyone?

You cant be alive without it being at the expense of something else. For the body to grow something has to decay. For you to eat something, be it a plant or an animal, has to die. You can go as complex as you want with this and eventually you realize that nomatter what you do you will affect someone, even if you kill yourself that will hurt someone, you could cause a deadly competition between the worms that feast on your body.

We have whats called Child Allowance in Sweden. It works great. Paid through taxes and noone really thinks about it. Its about a 100$. Up it a little bit, include every citizien and you have something like UBI.
