You are a soul. A soul is just another word for a frequency of energy known as Unconditional Love, that enters this world through your heart, travelling up through your throat where your subconscious minds beliefs in separation alter this original flow of love into different frequencies of vibration such as Fear, which is then experienced by you in your Head. Enlightenment within and throughout is about connecting back with the Heart, with this original frequency of Love. In other words you withdraw your awareness back to the core of who you are. These meditations are the only methods that can take you to a full experience of who you truly are and dissolve the imaginary sense of self: https://channelhigherself.com/blog/types-of-higher-self-meditation-practices/. This is all that is relevant. The teaching of karma is another concept, that although does have reality, will automatically purify as you connect more with your Heart and your state of consciousness And also know that you will naturally become compassionate because that is a quality of your soul. Your soul is also all-powerful, omniscient, all-knowing, Unconditionally Loving, Kind, Generous and is one with all of existence. And of course all the other techniques from Reiki, to pranayama, to Kriya Yoga are just as valid, and are helpful stepping stones to authentic meditation. I hope this answers your question, and makes the path simple and clean. -

You have a higher mind that works based on instant knowing (in your Heart) and a lower mind that uses thoughts, both of which can lead to action. You can live your whole life without thoughts, and instead be surrendered to the infinite intelligence and wisdom of the heart. There are many masters who have and had reached this state such as Eckhart Tolle, Matt Kahn, Lincoln Gergar, Ramana Maharshi, the Buddha, Jesus. From experience in this higher mind it feels like you are in this flow state, and you just know what to do without rationalising it, or with any thoughts at all. You are guided, and because you don't have thoughts you can't possibly ask the question, "What should I do? Where is the chocolate?". It's impossible to understand this with thoughts! -

@Barry J Indeed any aversion to Love or Heart, or me saying to you that you are a kind and beautiful human being is pointing to something inside you that is out of alignment. So whenever you get triggered by anything, look within yourself and find what belief is causing that trigger. It's all apart of the journey of self-discovery and is another effective technique to discover who you are behind all of the veils. Contemplate also, "Who is the one being triggered? Am I attaching to my thoughts thinking that they are me? Who is aware of my thoughts? What is reading this sentence? If I can read this sentence without thoughts and still understand it, then what am I?". -

If you can't find any good examples. Why not strive to make one? Such is the same with the public schooling system. Instead of changing the old, create the new. Focusing your energies on what you want versus what you don't want is much more positive, meaningful, and world-changing. Namaste. -

@Barry J I totally honour that. There are certain techniques that work better for us at our level of consciousness than others, and you will seek out new techniques, stop others, and/or develop ones to more advanced levels as you grow and evolve. Find what works, discard what dosen't. And what works will always be rooted in Love Namaste. -

@Flow With Life I understand what you are saying The imaginary self cannot be eternal, it is the no self, or absence of a "imaginary self" that is the Truth. It was a matter of terminology. I was coming from the perspective that the eternal self and no self were the same, so just replace the times I referred to eternal self with no self, and what I said will be coherent with the Buddha's teaching. We are referring to the same thing after all, the consciousness which is realised in perception of the stillness and silence. Namaste. @Barry J All genuine spiritual teachers refer to the same thing: the Consciousness, and the Unconditional Love. There are many different paths to realise this, one is the Buddhas. With Love. -
Solace replied to kev014's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Barry J Of course. Start with something simple like, "Hello, it is a pleasure to meet you", just use whatever intuitively comes to mind. You can say to it even, "how I was hurt in the past by the people around you who I cherished and trusted, and that all I wanted from them was their Love and Acceptance of me, not knowing that you (my Heart) were actually the source of Love within me, and I'm sorry for not understanding that, I'm here for you now as the best friend you always wanted, now and forever. This is where I started too on my journey. I would ask for forgiveness for all the times I thought something external would give me Love, when an infinite wellspring of Love was already within me. And the Heart will respond to you. It's alive just like you, which may be a surprise. The purpose of these conversations is to bridge the gap between you and your heart. This is because your Heart is who you truly are, you just forgot. Jesus always taught this, how the kingdom of heaven is within; and this is what he meant. @Artaemis Thank you. Blessings of love, my heart to yours. -

@Barry J Simply bring your awareness down to your Heart area in meditation, and keep returning this place whenever you get pulled into a thought. Focus on the Love that arises there, and if you can't feel it, still keep your attention there, and trust it will happen. Even if God appears keep focusing on the Love I also use like using simple intuitive affirmations throughout the day, they are also very effective for opening the Heart. In this practice, bring your awareness down into your Heart (it might help to feel the space of consciousness around and within you too to get grounded), and allow yourself to speak words of Love to your Heart, like a mini love-letter to your soul. Statements such as, "I am beautiful, and all of reality is beautiful", "I am Love, All is Love", "Everything is peaceful, I feel this peace all around me", "I am bliss, happiness, oneness and love right here and right now". Don't think about what the next word is, just speak while feeling your Heart. -

@Flow With Life There is three core aspects of us. There is the consciousness, which is ever-present, does not change, is formless presence. It is the container in which all of life is within. And then there is the creative energy of Love which is the first form of manifest reality, from which all other forms are created. Finally there is also an infinite intelligence which "drives/guides" all of creation. This is also known as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Yes, the Buddha is right in saying this is foolish. For there is no such thing as death, because you are always exist as the creative energy, as well as the consciousness whether on this planet or not. When we realise ourselves as unchanging stillness we don't stop creating here on Earth. This is because we are the creative energy as well as the consciousness, therefore there is no contradiction. The Buddha is not saying that the consciousness is a mental fabrication from what I understand, he is just saying that although we are the formless Consciousness that is the container for all the forms, we are also the creative energy of life, the first form in manifestation. It is the yin and yang, the divine feminine and divine masculine, the alpha and the omega, the energy and the awareness. Buddha's point is that it's important to realise both to fully understand our true nature And you can find both by focusing on one. That is why focusing on the Hearts Love, or focusing on yourself as this space of awareness both lead you to self-realisation. Hope this helps explain things more to you. Namaste. -

Yes! You already had the understanding. Love is the greatest purifier of your subconscious mind in existence, and when you release and heal these beliefs in separation you've been carrying around for decades through Love, it must pass through your awareness. With the energy you've given to these beliefs along with emotional attachment, there is many moments of sadness, but these are what makes life beautiful and meaningful. This is because each tear is making more room in your heart for Unconditional Love to shine through. You can think of your Heart as this source of Light covered over by your ego which is made up of beliefs in separation. By cultivating this Light, it shines so bright that it dissolves whatever was wrapped around it; leaving only the purity, wholeness and perfection of your eternal self as the Light of God. Hope that helps. -

The silence after the question is the answer. That's who you are, and is also why, focusing on the silence is more effective than asking a question and waiting for God to reply. -

That is wonderful. The warm feeling in your solar plexus is your body telling you that it is healing, and rebalancing. It's just like when people get headaches when the third eye is awakening, or a dry voice when the throat chakra is opening. My advice is to keep focusing on your practice, and not the warm feelings etc. When it arises just return to your practice, even if you see God -

The opposite to resistance is surrender. Surrender is not stopping the flow of anything, but allowing your thoughts, allowing your feelings, to be just as they are. Surrender to me does require effort to be experienced, for our mind is so used to being lost in thoughts, that we first need to get our awareness out of those stories. Then we must focus our awareness on something ever-present about ourselves, who we truly are. You can choose the breathe, the Love in your Heart, or the awareness to focus on. In your focus surrender will effortlessly happen. Namaste. -
Solace replied to John Iverson's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I have observed lots of changes when you surrender to you Heart. It makes you feel safe around people who may judge you now and then. People start to magically disappear from your life, because you realign differently due to the difference in vibration, and you don't need them anymore to learn certain lessons as a soul. This surrender is more powerful, life-changing, loving, and scary (sometimes) than most people here would first think. Always remember everyone in your life right now is here to help you. This is because your Higher Self does not let anyone in your life who dosen't teach you a lesson, or inspire you to take a certain action. The exception to this is abusive relationships, and if it's acute, then use your higher wisdom and leave I hope this info helps you. Always change the inner, and the outer will naturally change as when your spiritual practice changes your state of consciousness you will take new actions naturally, and life will align in a completely new way. -
In all of our spiritual body's (etheric, astral emotional etc.) there are foreign entities known as parasites that feed on our life force energy to survive. Although they have no emotions per se, they are highly intelligent beings and drive much of what we call our egoistic behaviors more than we can imagine. This is because they are even found in our brain, especially around the pineal gland of some individuals. So what is the cure to remove such beings from our bodies? You may not like it due to your social conditioning, and the reaction of the aforementioned parasites in your body, but it is urine. Just to give you an idea of how strong these parasites are, I'll share an example form my own life. On the second morning of drinking only urine, I felt a overwhelming impulse to go in my cupboard and have chocolate. I hadn't eaten chocolate in half a year nearly and was on a raw vegan omad diet, so this surprised me profoundly. And since then, the impulse to eat chocolate has grown larger. Now imagine if most of what you do all day is driven by these foreign impulses? Your words, your actions, your goals, your world view are influenced on some level by parasites. It's nothing to be afraid of, for there is an elixir your own body produces called urine. Urine pulls all positively charged molecules and ions such as fluoride, out of the body, as well as any inorganic materials as well as all parasites (this is because of it's distilled nature). There are many reasons urine is healthy to drink. For one, toxins are removed from the body primary in the lungs, next is through the skin, and then the liver, and finally blood is filtered through the kidneys to produce urine. An experience I've had of this on a continual basis is that my skin has a urine-like scent (this turns into coconut/lemon smell after a few weeks), and my feces are liquid, which shows the signs of heavy detox. So my recommendation is to do some research into urine therapy, and consider trying it, as there are also many other benefits including anti aging, and anti cancer that I haven't mentioned. The main aspect of urine's healing effect is the 95% highly distilled water (which gives it it's negative charge) it contains, so to get started into cleaning your body in a gentler way, try drinking 4 litres of distiled water, and ease into a glass of urine in the morning from there. I hope this knowledge and increased awareness of these entities helps you on your journey! I'm very glad to have shared this with you all, and I'll leave you with the original video I watched from @pluto which started this process for me.

@Serotoninluv @Nahm @cetus56 @Leo Gura I would appreciate if this topic is closed. I posted it based on a lack of information, that was from a single source, and also with a highly misleading question that Urine Therapy could somehow lead to a Spiritual Development. I apologies for this post. It was a time in my life where I was lost, and alone; just wanting someone to understand me. I have changed so much, and have a great desire to know who I am, and express love at every corner. This, therefore, is no longer a reflection of my personal views; along with people arguing it's best for this to close. I hope this can all inspire us to pursue balance in our lives, and to be well studied before embarking in new endeavours -

I have this experience too Early in the morning, and it should help a lot. Sometimes your nervous system is relaxing so much, that you body thinks it's time for sleep. In that case it is a matter of letting your body adjust with practice. Exercising before meditation is another great method for wakefulness and alertness. -

@Tistepiste We always have been, we just imagined we were a thought, and not the awareness that IS. For me personally, my single focus in every second is upon the absolute beauty of my Hearts Love that I tell you guys about. And in that experience there is no suffering, there is no room. Yet my focus is not perfect, and certain thoughts pull me back into ego about 10-20 times daily; I feel the suffering, and then immediately return to my Heart, stopping the thought mid sentence usually! So I'm not free. But I'm enjoying this process of healing, and know that it's only a matter of time now for my imaginary self to dissolve into who I truly am. Namaste. -

They will only know themselves as a thought and emotions. Thoughts change, emotions change; they suffer, they are happy. There is a difference between happiness and bliss too. They only reach a shallow level of happiness. But life can still be fulfilling to a certain degree, especially if you are doing things you are passionate about. But you can’t make even a small comparison when you haven’t experienced your true nature. Strive for that, and see for yourself. And hang out with these happy people you talk of too, see their lives behind closed doors. Everyone in high school thought I was happy, and had everything I ever wanted. Intelligent, a great leader, with almost the whole school loving me. Yet I was deeply suffering on the inside, and not even my family knew about it until a few years later. That’s how good we are at wearing masks ? It’s better to live naked. -
An endless number of thoughts defend the ego from the Heart. A thousand reasons to go into the Heart can not replace the faith acquired by a taste of Love, nor be remembered when fear comes to save the imaginary self. For complete surrender is required, leaving no thought to be of importance, to let thy will be God’s. No logical or rational thought can convince one to surrender himself, to die. Only the strongest faith in God, and our own true nature can be stronger than our primordial instinct to live. Although the simplest of things, it is the also the greatest. Of which thousands out of hundreds of billions had the faith. We can do it. In the immediate future it looks challenging, but our perspective is limited. It actually is very beautiful, and peaceful about an hour after we make the switch. That first hour is the greatest challenge that we miss, the egos strongest resistance. Such a small amount of time, even a week is small, even a month, for the promise of Unconditional Love, wouldn’t you say? Your Heart knows who you are. Tell me what else knows who you are? Your brain? Your parents? Your thoughts? So why reside anywhere else? Why use all of these external teachings when the internal Light is within you. We all must connect with the light, no matter your path, to be fully enlightened. For how can we be enlightened when we don’t know ourselves as Love, which we can only know by diving into the Heart. So I say go directly to the source of who oh are instead of playing around with all of these techniques, and methods. Meditate on the Heart as I do, no more needs to be added to that experience. If you dare. If you are looking for a feeling of Unconditonal Love. If you trust my words, and those of my tea chefs (yes, they make fine English Breakfast Tea), then let’s walk the path to the light right here and right now. No partial surrender, complete surrender. This is something which you can’t be loosy Goosy about, it must be final. To say, from this moment forward I will stay in my heart, no more and no less. Trust in the Heart, trust in the Tea chefs. This is will be too straight forward, and direct, and easy and simple for you but within a very short amount of time, there will be no doubts left in the magic of this process, if you get past the first hour! How much longer? How many more lifetimes? How much more suffering until Love is the only option left for you? I leave that to you. I know my answer, and it’s final, it’s done, it’s settled.

@Omadorinlooper Whether Urine is good in your experience or not is something other people will not understand. But tell me has Urine brought onto you a feeling of Unconditional Love for life? Do you know yourself as an all powerful, unlimited, beautiful being that you are? That’s the reason I stopped, for I wanted to find infinite Love, and this practice brought me the opposite, I felt separate and alone. If you feel healthy then I’m so happy for you, and I know the energetic benefits first hand from 5 months of recycling, yet consider focusing your attention more on Love than defending your own attachment to Urine. For what we focus on we become. What we reap we sow. Namaste ? I hope you can find home as well brother. -
Yes, the only way to heal fears is to go through them. Yet you do not need to do this physically, although this will help realign your belief which is saying, “When I’m around people I get afraid.” Your Heart is who you truly are. And it only knows you as an all powerful unlimited God. So when you keep some attention in your Heart throughout the day, you beleifs will naturally change to that which your awareness focuses on. This is why it has been said that the Divine Love in the Heart is more effective than any therapists, and healing modalities for reprogramming your entire subconscious mind until all you know yourself as is “Love” and not a imaginary “Me”. You can’t have Love, and feel fear at the same time. Namasté.

You have gained lots of awareness of your body, it’s quite the experience losing yourself to its beauty, and grace. There is lots of things I do too like body scans before bed, feeling food digest, the weight of my feet on the Earth, even simple Asanas. But through out all of this I always stay aware of the Love in my Heart, because I know that this brings the energy of your Soul/God/Bliss into everything you do. That is the most important aspect of all of this, where are living life from? You can be aware of your body, but as long as you are lost in a imaginary story in your head, you will suffer. So keep it simple, stay in the heart, and feel what you have been searching for, and if you can’t feel the Unconditonal Love trust it will come From that place you can be aware of you body on a much deeper level. The Heart has made me sensitive to my chakras, and slight movements in the muscles. It relaxes all of the subconscious tension we hold naturally, and effortlessly; and even increases the vibratory frequency of our cells. So for for the deepest body awareness, to feel a sense of oneness with the body, and then every form that arises make sure to have Heart awareness. But once you find the infinite Bliss that resides in there would you then desire to be aware of your body, or to bask more in that Bliss with your awareness? Namaste ?And great topic! -

Too much Mind, too little Heart. The deepest levels of concentration are gentle, soft, and relaxed; where you do not control anything, but just observe one simple thing.
