  1. If you want to get lost in concepts and intellectualism, with a dash of entertainment that appeals to the monkey within, then go for it man. I believe there are many better teachers, such as ascended masters, the higher self consciousness, higher dimensional beings or enlightened psychologists who really have the potential of waking you up. Ken Wilber for example is both enlightened and a psychologist. Peterson isn't enlightened. Choose who you follow carefully, you en-train with them
  2. I'm at the same stage myself, on the verge of experiencing the complete infinite void of nothingness. To get there it's all about surrendering to the present moment. To accept that everything that arises whether it is a thought, feeling or a person is only here to be loved, and to that I say, "I love you". I love the one in me who is thinking about how neglected I am, I love you fear, I love you anger; it is endless. When nothing is obviously there to recieve love I always return my attention to my spiritual heart (slightly to the right of your physical heart) and keep saying "I love you" to it because it feels good. You can replace "I love you" with whatever kind words you want, the possibilities are infinite. I thought I would share this, as it has lead to massive progress, I feel like the light of the universe is shining through my heart. I live life like this because I know that my response to whatever arises is the most important thing to spiritually evolve, and I choose love because it is the highest vibration in existence. And I always love my spiritual heart because it is the first place the universe enters a human body, so when I love my heart, I'm loving the entire freakin universe What a beautiful time you are at in your life. I'm always there for you if you need some more help.
  3. Love is oneness, once you experience oneness you realize that you are that oneness, and always have been; which is enlightenment
  4. If you can ask her to stand naked in front of a mirror for two minutes each day, it helped me accept my body, including all if the "flaws" I didn't like. To stop eating junk food, don't resist it when the desire arises. See it as a talent! "Oh here I go, I'm moving towards the fridge about to divulge my face! Wow, look at how strong I am at opening the fridge door, and without anyone in the house noticing too. I'd better shut the blinds so nobody sees me put this food in this hole that I can't even see. Here I go, unwrapping the chocolate bar so skillfully. In the hole it goes. Gosh! I need to enter into the chocolate Olympics. I need more! This one 250g bar hasn't suppressed my emotions enough. Let's eat my emotions some more. Great idea. This is the most loving thing I can put in my body." The ego can't get high on a addiction when it becomes a talent. Naturally it will stop, it's a piece of cake
  5. Why do I feel so good on 1000 calories of fruit (1500 at the most)? What's going on there @pluto? I felt like I was on the wrong planet when you said 5000 calories I do cultivate love every second of the day through continuous blessings, the urine probably has cleaned my intestines thoroughly plus that is also high in chi, you tell me. I've always believed that I could be a breatherian if I desired it, and maybe this belief has created this reality overtime
  6. @Faceless Indeed we can only point to it through words in hopes that people will contemplate and observe their experience. You're doing such a great service.
  7. You can experience reality without thoughts as a higher form of living. Time is necessary for duality be compared to duality so that it is possible for ourselves to be conscious of our existence in contrast to deep sleep, although it doesn't have to be linear. It's interesting how time can go fast or slow depending on what you are doing
  8. And the whole of thought is located in the heart
  9. Both, and neither! Experience it for yo self through heart-centered awareness or just being the empty space around and inside you.
  10. Poor Jordan Peterson, let's send him love and positivity instead of our judgement, for our judgement ultimately pushes a part of our unloved shadow away. Use observations, and blessings in it's place.
  11. Just to consider one meal a day is amazing! There is no rush, you've got your whole life to transition if you want to, or not at all. Another idea for a lunch is a light tasty salad, just throw in whatever is in season with salt, and olive oil. I'd recommend staying generally away from wheat, dairy, meat, and anything with more than 5 ingredients on the back; and you'll get much of the benefits I listed without omad May you be blessed with incredible health and well being.
  12. @moon777light No you're sweeter for saying that. Every time you reply to me you know the perfect words to say so thank you Moonlight I'm scared of surrendering to love to living to my highest potential, but I'm not just doing it for me.
  13. He is anti post modernism, and has very contradicting illogical arguments; I'd look elsewhere man. He is good for entertainment purposes, as he gets very emotionally triggered when people disagree with him. I really want the best for the guy, but he is deeply lost in concepts, I hope he can see through it one day.
  14. Jordan Peterson - clinical psychologist (Just kidding, I actually like Brad Blanton, author of Radical honesty).
  15. @Faceless Thank you for being a messenger from God, telling me to embody oneness instead of trying to talk about it. I'm scared of experiencing complete emptiness you know, I'm going in and out of it, deeper and deeper until nothing is left. I'm scared of becoming the formless.
  16. I'll keep blessing 24/7 until that happens, it's a privilege to help in this way Who knows what I'll become
  17. Both extremely insightful along with many laughs to brighten your day, and clarify your spiritual progress in terms of 4 simple factors. Enjoy everyone There is a wonderful piece on addiction near the end. "Soft and tender is the way we surrender" -Matt Kahn
  18. That is perfect what you said. Status is just an illusion, because we are all just beautiful souls decorated in a human body which means no one is more important. Think of it like a play, the royal family are just characters in it right now, without much financial/military power as this is determined by the prime minister I believe. Until everyone wakes up there will be this hierarchy, but as you see with equal rights for women movements, this illusion is crumbling. We first need to raise the vibration of the planet by becoming enlightened on a individual level, because this will inspire more people to raise their vibration around you creating a ripple effect so that the social structure can be sustainable changed, whereby 3rd world countries can receive the education, and nutrition that western countries have in abundance. If the middle east had abundant food, shelter, water and education there would be no wars there. Why would they need to fight if they were well fed and living in comfortable homes? That is the solution the world needs plus an education of love courtesy today of the royal family
  19. Hug a person close to you and let yourself cry my darling. Every tear is honoring just how much you loved him, just how much you cared. I'll share something special to speak out loud:
  20. That is a beautiful reason to write this, in honor of the person you saw suffering. I feel so blessed to have lived another day to have the opportunity to brighten another persons day even through a smile. I am truly lucky that my body kept working so I could do this. What a blessing it is to wake up everyday being able to bless and compliment yourself and others as much as you want. To feel the depths of my pain so deeply that it's actually beautiful. What a gift it is to live, and to be able suffer, knowing that too is a gift of making me more evolved. I am worthy of my suffering
  21. @Charlotte Thank you for the question. I believe their high status gives them a great ability to deliver empowering messages to the world to spark key changes in the most powerful beliefs held by the collective. And what I really respect about them is that they have used their influence to help children in need, promote greater universal love, and give general aid to inspiring movements such as women empowerment. So the answer is yes, which has helped them do good things for the world. But a good moral foundation on their part was also an essential component of which I also admire in them. What do you think Charlotte?
  22. I've done about 10 salt water cleanses a while back. 1.5 liters of distilled water with a tablespoon of Himalayan salt. Quite effective short-term remedy! @Nahm I can't go back to water again
  23. I also eat one meal a day too, except in the evening, of about 800-1000 calories of whatever fruit/soft vegetables are in season. I make sure to have spirulina and flaxseed powder too. I feel like I have too much energy sometimes. Experiment for yourself what food you like by eating whole pieces of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, seeds and see what digests easiest if you want (although I haven't tried this that much, only with fruit). Since you are my age, your body can probably work well, and grounded eating light food too. The benefits are a tenfold increase in learning, concentration, sensitivity to subtle energies. You will live a longer life, build higher quality muscles (meat builds weaker muscles), be able to meditate more effectively and receive more obvious guidance from your higher self, there will be more chi in your body so you will feel like your lighter (I feel like I'm floating sometimes), the pineal gland will de-calcify, and your body will completely de-toxifiy itself by removing all heavy metals, parasites, and inorganic matter. There are many more benefits too that I have personally experienced! Did I mention anti-aging? A year ago I was eating a slightly above average diet of mainly bread with meat, junk food, and some vegetables and fruit here and there. I changed it all at the end of last year to only vegetables, fruit, grains and nuts. I still ate 3 meals a day of about 3000 calories. Then I saw omad, and decided to eat a whole 3000 calorie cooked vegan meal in the evening at the start of this year. This lead to 3 months ago where I ate one raw vegetable meal that was about 1800 calories, and then about 2 months ago I think I changed to just fruits with a dash of leafy green veges like kale, spinach, and watercress and never looked back. The spirulina is really important here because I skipped a day of having it and felt noticeably less energetic. And the difference between raw vegan and fruitarian isn't as big energetic wise as from cooked vegan to raw vegan so I'd recommend you try go to raw vegan at least over this next month as a challenge to slowly change your diet. I'll leave you with this image of a 75 year old raw vegan called Annette Larkins who looks in her late 30's/early 40's. You can do even better than this if you start now. Diet is one of the most underrated spiritual practices Moonlight
  24. I got an insight one day that everything was love, even the anger I faced was an expression of love wanting desperately to be loved by another person even though that is futile. As I started to lose sight of that insight through becoming lost in my thoughts again, and returning to my old thought patterns about life I decided to embody this by saying to myself, "If everything is made of pure love, why don't I respond to everything as pure love and see what happens?". That's why I love whatever arises relentlessly, as the ultimate embodiment of truth in physical form. Highly recommend
  25. When you raise your vibration, you start to remember what it was like to be a child of that age, and even younger. You feel the expanded state you were in, and begin to feel so curious about the world as you used to. It's so amazing, and scary how we forget how we felt at that age so easily as adults.
