@Colin I’m really excited now. Everything about the game is amazing, by its release I hope to be truly enlightened, then I can see all the non-dual aspects easier. If there’s multiplayer then we’ll have a go at it I want to make a few commitments to myself for the second half of this year. The first half was about learning deeply about the core principles of spirituality, and to find the most direct route to enlightenment. I have been through at least 20 spiritual teachers, and have finally found one which I resonate with, Lincoln Gergar. I had fallen into so many traps, and learnt from my mistakes. For example, I started to meditate on my head for a whole month attempting to “rise my kundalini” to the crown chakra unbeknownst of the existence of the spiritual heart. The spiritual heart in my experience has filled me with love. The first time I meditated upon it, I was shocked. It felt like there was another person next to me giving me unconditional attention and love. I didn’t know how powerful it was. It was the answer I was looking for in regards to my addictions to food, and the internet. I needed to find out how to find the love that my addictions tried to supplement for. And now I’ve found it. With at least another 6 months of free time I want to commit this time to lots of meditation, I mean even all day. Because that is what feels good, there is nothing else as fulfilling as meditation. After this year I can meditate less to maintain the same feeling of love, but just like hatha yoga, you need to put in lots of hours at the start. The funny thing is, I want to meditate. I used to see it as torture training last year, yet I didn’t know that my technique led to this happening. Also to be in the sun more, in the grass would be lovely, while seeing some friends here and there. So my goal is to reach true enlightenment in less than 6 months. To get there I am happily going to shed the last layers of avoidance of what IS (addictions). I commit to: Spending less than one hour online each day to give people heart-centred guidance (Its my pleasure to do this). Meditating for as long as possible (to rise my vibration, realize I am one). Eating 8 pieces or less of fruit per day (Godliness is cleanliness). Having time to explore new things that may excite me (walking in the forest, working with crystals such as moldavite, talking to spirits, walking in the city, making new friends into personal development, taking psychedelics to see what they’re about, playing my guitar more, learning about aromatherapy). Bramacharya (celibacy, to allow the kundalini to rise, and to return my self-worth). These are very simple changes. They are not rules, they are just principles to live by. Some days life happens and we’ve gotta be flexible. The second half of the year I would like to call “embodiment” of everything I’ve learnt. Where it is all disciplined, and loving practice. My goal is to become truly enlightened, to be in a state of total bliss. I am capable of it, I have the potential. And it’s not “forced”, it’s all my highest joy to make these commitments. Sobriety in itself is a powerful spiritual practice in the later stages of awakening. Let’s see how the journey unfolds together as one!

They are innocent Sara. People are always doing their best, if they could do better they would But everyday these people are evolving and expanding. From us, they learn about a more spiritual inward focused life; and from their experiences they learn how much they are suffering to inspire them to seek out the help, support and love that the past never gave them. And when they do, we’ll be there with open arms, not judging them for suffering, but giving them the love they always deserved. May you be blessed with love for just existing Sara. I appreciate how honest you are. And I love reading your journal!

@Quanty I like how simple and direct you are. As they say, “If you see God, ignore him”. I trust what I shared above because it has helped me in my awakening journey to focus on the spiritual heart ❤️ Maybe you can feel a subtle energy of life there too? The messenger is also channeling the higher self, which has no ego, and is all knowing beyond any of us here. Yes, even all the scriptures combined are not as great as one awakening experience. I’ll keep doing my best to awaken. Make sure to share your photos sometime too! -

Solitude is beautiful. But also relationships are beautiful, people, society, family, creativity, and community is beautiful. What I really want to hear is why you want to be in solitude? You can always do it for a few months to see if you like, maybe turn it into a long meditation/contemplation retreat and become truly enlightened But remember that technique is so important. Focus on your lungs filling up with air, focus on your chest area. That will connect you with the source of your love and make solitude truly a wonderful experience. The wrong technique will just create hell. I hope you benefit from this Highest. I naturally prefer to be alone too, I’m kinda doing the same thing, but with more interaction with people, cause I like that intimacy. I hope every dream of yours comes true while doing this beautiful thing for yourself out of love. Remember the technique @Highest -

People think if they follow their excitement that they will start judging people, and give up meditation, and be unloving, and hurt people; but it's the opposite. What you're excited about will always be of a high vibration; will always be loving. Naturally, you will want to do meditative activities, and stop judging, because judgement doesn't feel exciting, it just feels heavy etc. There are many paths, but ultimately all will lead back to the spiritual heart (the origin of excitement/everything), because that represents the greatest embodiment of oneness possible -

@Faceless People can't understand concepts, only experience. I wish I could write something to enlighten people, but all I can do is guide them to their heart, to be their higher selves. I still enjoy it though, the riddles, the koans, they fascinate me. They have their place and purpose. Now, I find teaching people the source of their love is much more relevant, and direct from my experience. The classic non-dual contemplation is being superseded by heart-felt embrace of what IS. -
I will sum up everything I've learnt in a one sentences: Meditation on the heart area is the only way to true enlightenment. Naturally, from here we practice, keeping some awareness on the heart during every activity. There it is, spirituality, without the conceptual luggage. Simple, and infallible. Best wishes to everyone on their journeys so far, I love you all as a part of me, and me a part of you This is where my journey gets really exciting! All of the concepts have been washed cleanly off my body, leaving more time to meditate, more time to be in the sun, than study endlessly. One sentence, to change it all. The most direct, graceful and harmonious way to love. Stories will arise about this: "The spiritual path must be more complex?", confusion will probably arise too. Nothing more I can say other than, those stories is what keeps everyone from love... May everyone open their hearts to experience the eternal wellspring of love that they are beyond it all. Knowing that I have all of the information I need to take me to the deepest stages of Enlightenment, I honor that by replacing almost all of the time online, thinking about the future, and gathering more spiritual information I don't need with meditation upon the spiritual heart. My greatest excitement has now shifted from sharing, to being what I share. And that means when I do get up, I shall do what brings more oneness, and love into my life such as walking in nature, lying on the grass in the sun, traveling and reading a novel or a relaxing spiritual book (for fun, not so much for knowledge). I've discovered that electronic devices greatly drain your energy with excessive use. Even greater than it all I was blessed to find that in meditation I desired nothing other than just to meditate, no addictions remained, and that is powerful. Even my need for food disappeared. I don't know what my very specific purpose is, but I found out that that is the point! We aren't meant to know sometimes. As a child the video game I adored was all about diving deeper into our hearts to find the light; and to use that light for good. That was not by chance, that was telling me what my destiny was. I was always confident, defiantly the one in the group to naturally lead; and I wonder if I'll use that to teach one day... With this said, I am taking my journey to deeper levels of surrender by doing what brings more oneness into my life; basically by doing what I enjoy; and exploring more things that bring that oneness. Truly the conceptual journey is over, and the journey of being begins. It has been a pleasure everyone being able to write on here and interact with some of you guys. Love you so much.

@pluto@Quanty "The Spiritual Heart is not the heart chakra (anahatta). In true kundalini teachings, there is no such place as the "heart chakra", it is called the Anahatta. "Heart chakra" is a New Age term based on the location of this chakra - but not the actual characteristics of the chakra. In the chakra body there are no physical organs. The Spiritual Heart is located in the causal body and is the deepest energy center in a human." "There are 3 centers in the causal layer of our being - behind the eyes (physical dimension awareness), in the throat (dreaming awareness) and in the heart area (deepest self / dreamless sleep). In genuine meditation a person takes their attention and descends it into the heart area to awaken the experience of the deepest layer of the self." In response to a viewer: "No, I learned about the Spiritual Heart directly from the Higher Self. It was the first time I ever learned of this energy center, even though I had studied hundreds of spiritual teachings for many years. The Spiritual Heart is a relatively unknown aspect of our selves. After experiencing the Spiritual Heart center in myself, I later learned that a few other spiritual teachers knew and taught of this center. I consider it the most significant aspect of the human being." The result of focused attention "First it may begin as a energetic embrace that is comforting and soothing. Then it will grow, increasing in the feeling of peace. As it grows, it become Love and feeling of oneness with the Source within and also the world around us. Then it becomes a powerful bliss." And especially for your interest @Quanty this quote shows how the spiritual heart is directly linked to kundalini: "There are 3 knots in yoga - called grandhis. One knot is located in the Anahata (heart) chakra. Meditating on the Spiritual Heart (in the causal body) will help to untie all 3 knots in the charka body. Ultimately, the Spiritual Heart energy draws the mind stream back into the Self / Source Consciousness." I also love this cherry picked quote from Lincoln! "The most delicious experience we can have is when we realize the Divine Love within our Spiritual Heart and then choose to live from this state in this world." -Lincoln Gergar This man used to study and practice Zen Buddhism, meditating as the awareness of the no self. He then realized that although he was calm with no thoughts, very few emotions, there was a "lack" (which he said wasn't a lack in the conventional sense, more so a deep knowingness) that there was "more" that being the quality of pure love in the center of our hearts. This stuff is practically unknown to anyone, even advanced yogis, but here it is thanks to Lincoln. I have meditated on the heart, and felt myself merge into oneness just Yesterday. It is thus, so so important for the world to know this, so I at least want you guys to look more into it It's simplest and the most powerful technique, perfect for our society to come into greater alignment with the divine higher selves they already are. Thank you. Here's a meditation I'll do now for fun, and to explore this deeper if you guys want: -
Two days is a good place to start for a beginner. From doing some fasts I don't do anything more intense than a little walk, and use the time I would usually eat for extra meditation (you can go much deeper on a fast. So do heaps.) When you start eating again, go for a salad, or fruit. For lots of detail you can watch this:

Bingo. That is the ultimate surrender. Trying to be unconditionally loving is a fantasy when you don’t authentically feel that way. You don’t need to be loving to awaken. Life’s not about that. Life is about surrendering to what IS, and from that place you naturally become More loving and compassionate and selfless. Reality will always win, so why not let it win? Why not drop the whole loving attitude to avoid the uncomfortable emotions in you, and just be with what IS? That’s all, you don’t need a modality man, all you need is to be the awareness which embraces everything: all of your thoughts and emotions. And sometimes that takes a lifetime, so there is no rush, we aren’t racing to a finish line to see who can be the awareness that accepts what IS. It’s one step at a time. You already are complete, whole and perfect. You already are the unconditional love that you seek. You already have everything you ever dreamed of. To connect with that source of love we can focus on the spiritual heart which is what I personally do. When you focus on the heart gently through out your day, the heart will start loving what arises on your behalf. This practice goes hand in hand with being the awareness that embraces everything that arises because it knows deep down that everything is God. Even your frustration that reality hasn’t changed cause of your love is a manifestation of God. Everything is God. Spirituality is simple. When the mind makes it complex this is what happens. Namaste. This series will answer everything. Make sure to watch it: -
I want to explore the realms of infinity, and be that bridge between the conscious realms and unconscious realms for the people. To make people embody more of the unconscious so that they can know themselves more on a being level, so they know what experiences they want to have in life! I'd love to teach that to people, to be more of their soul by somehow sharing the infinite, or otherworldly to make it more accepted. I always wonder, what is my purpose? What do I want to give to the world? What do I want to share? I even asked the higher self, and he just said, everything in life is purposeful. I was like, nice one, but there must be a certain experience my soul wants? Maybe the experience my soul wants is to not know it's purpose? That would be really funny. Like going through life, just so confused, not knowing what to do at all the whole time, or why I'm here. I know some people are blessed with a more obvious sense of direction, but maybe I am. What I think is that I do know what I want to do, but that it is so far out of societies expectations that maybe this conflict has made me dismiss my intuition. To look deeper into my purpose I've been thinking about what I used to do as a child. My Mum said to me today that from 4-9 years old I used to spend thousands of hours playing this game called, "Kingdom Hearts", the first game in the series. Then it hit me: What you do most between that age is what your soul naturally wants to do, you're like untainted by society so to speak. And so I looked deeper. "What was that game about?" I asked myself. The first thing that popped into my mind was the image of a heart. This is what the whole game was based around, the hidden, unlimited power that is in each of our hearts. Sora, the main character started his journey to find his friends with enthusiasm, but also, with a lack of confidence in knowing who he was, his identity. By the end, his heart became very strong as he found a unlocked the hidden strength within it, finally realizing at the end that what was thought to be darkness in kingdom of hearts, was actually light. He had found that deep down there is a light which always shines, and that he is that light. Here is one of my favourite quotes: So when I was a child, I spent maybe a thousand or two or three hours playing this. After school I always looked forward to it, and it was by far my favourite game. I remember getting up at 5 0 clock so excited to play it, beyond any excitement I have ever felt, it was magical. I loved Sora's courage, his strength, how he never gave up; and the source of these qualities he said came from his heart, the courage, strength and sense of purpose. So maybe, just maybe, if I go into my heart like Sora did, I will find all of the answers I'm looking for, and more! In each world his goal was to seal the keyhole to return the world back to light. Each world represented a dark part of Sora, that he reintegrated into the light of his heart. It also represented the fearless journey into new, and unknown experiences to achieve his greater purpose of finding his friends. But as he went on the journey he found out that there was even a greater purpose than that to his travels which was to return light to the worlds cast in darkness, to return the balance of light and dark. I'm sure there is more to learn, which I will go into more. My Life Purpose is found within that game, no doubt about it. The energy of that game matched the energy of my purpose. Combine this with numerology and it becomes clear that my purpose here is to awaken into my heart, for the wellbeing of an entire planet, and from there an even greater purpose will be revealed. My favourite parts of the game is the battle between Riku and Sora, the ending bosses dialogue with Sora, and the whole end of the game; closing the door to darkness and saying goodbye to Kairi. I remember the most from the game how friends are always in our hearts no matter how far they are apart, people and worlds are connected as one, and the darkness is just the light that is lost. Sora was also just a energetic, compassionate, outgoing, and loyal person; someone who you could count on. He embodied the qualities of the divine near the end of the game especially with the absolute trust he had in his heart, his inner knowing, and the light in all hearts. So go within my heart to find my purpose. I'll do it. To see the light in all forms, easy! And to do it for the ascension of an entire planet just makes it a no brainer. Gonna be a lot of meditation to come, may replay that game sometime The key to is inside it. If all heart are born in kingdom hearts, and if kingdom hearts is light... then the spiritual journey is like finding that light within yourself. He never gives up, even in the seemingly deepest darkness.

@George Fil Your life path number is the master number 33. That means your life will be around actualizing your deep love for people, almost in a motherly way it seems, to really be selfless, giving the gift of your love to other people. For more information search up some videos online. If your birth name is "George Fil" then your destiny number is 3 Seems like your path is to work and interact with people on a deep level, but I am just guessing. There are some professionals on YouTube that would provide a lot of insight. "Your Life Path Number represents the path you should take through life and the talents and skills you have to make your journey a rewarding one. You have the Master Number 33 as your Life Path Number. Master Numbers indicate nearly complete or complete development of the traits associated with the number they would reduce to. This relation is usually expressed by writing the Master Number and the number it reduces to together. Master Number 33 is often written 33/6. Freedom and responsibility come with having a Master Number. You have the freedom to choose whether to allow your Master Number traits to express themselves or not. If you opt to act responsibly and use your lofty powers, you will find your reward is in the choice itself. If you choose to ignore your talents, you may find yourself taking more than one step back. You may incur a Karmic Debt. Having a 33 as your Life Path number indicates that you have extraordinary talents as a caregiver. Your affection for humankind and the other living spirits we share this world with is nearly infinite. Your abilities make it essential for you to care and protect others to fulfill your properly Life Path. The worlds underdogs and all who suffer from injustice and inequality need you. Of course this is not an easy path. Doing anything at a Master Number level requires an inordinate amount of spiritual energy. But for you to not take on the welfare of others would deprive the world a precious gift and leave you floundering, wondering what you were meant to do."

@PsiloPutty Crying makes us more one, like laughter or any intense emotion. This is because when you cry, you are feeling a part of your shadow self that had been overlooked for decades by yourself. Crying is when you embrace this shadow again like it always deserved, because everything is God, and this reintegrated the shadow into the light of your divinity/oneness. You believed this shadow was separate from you, that belief is released upon this embrace of unity.

@pluto I'm glad you looked deeper into it. It shows clearly that you are a spiritual being, or meant to be as your soul purpose I actually did this for spiritual teachers and found lots of 11's too! It's really helpful to know, another useful modality for self-discovery. I did it for Rupert Spira's and it showed that he was meant to lead, and to create love, harmony and peace for everyone. There was no 11's although I never regarded Spira as intuitive as such, but a master at accepting what IS.

@molosku Go and play in your underwear (or as close as possible) in the sun, lie down with your bare skin in the grass and feel how good it feels. Just for fun. It's Winter here and I do it The thing that made me want to go outside more was strangely diet. Eating raw, wholefood. -

Everything is God. That's how you accept what arises I've found, knowing it's just God playing around with different costumes such as fear, jealousy, joy, or any thought, or as any person that comes in front of your eyes. They are God daring you to acknowledge the costumes he wears as God, to develop unconditional love. The people talking to you are just reading off a script, it's amazing! They say the things usually that emotionally trigger you, but when you know that the anger is God playing dress up, you can accept it now. Anything that arises is like a baby that wants to be held, you wouldn't let that baby go, so would you try to let go of fear, or uncomfortable emotions. You'd cradle that newborn baby even if it was crying. Don't throw it in the nearest trash bin I hope that perspective helps you accept what IS on the deeper level that will lead to the unconditional ever-present happiness that was always here, and waiting patiently. -

I didn't read much into it, but I saw steps, practices to do. There is no steps or anything you need to do to evolve when you know yourself as God other than embrace this moment right now, the love in your heart which leads to a love for life, and do what you enjoy, or find what you enjoy if you don't know. Spirituality is so simple, but tell that to your mind! God is not out there, God is in your heart, he dresses up as every emotion, as every thought, as every form you see. He loves playing this game. Once you know that, God starts dressing up as forms that affirm oneness, love. -

@phoenix666 Thank you Phoenix. Those words you say also warm my heart. I can feel your authenticity, and it feels really good, very beautiful the place you speak from. -
Crying is the miraculous release of beliefs in separation, and the embodiment of the oneness, the God within yourself on a deeper level than ever before. It's such a gift to cry, I wish I could do it more Happens all the time when I feel my heart, the high vibes in the heart release those beliefs like tomorrow will not come.
