@Colin Thank you ? My practical life is so dynamic at the moment with my change in vibration. I’m looking to get more out into the world; meeting people through yoga classes, traveling New Zealand in the spring etc. Such a life, is only as fulfilling, as one is connected to source. Thus that will always be my highest priority.

We are unlimited beings of love, peace and oneness. You can’t define your true nature as the divine by any colour, for it is all colours. Such system can only define your lower self/ego when the moment you choose to focus on love, you transcend all of this. Only bliss permeates your experience, and the love of God as yourself. Many blessings growing souls. May you realize yourselves now as the infinitely powerful, all-loving, and all-knowing light for which you are, will be, and always were. My love goes to all of you.

Jesus on Videogames This is a life changing message for me. Stop anything which distracts you from your heart. Withdraw from fear-based activities. Embrace that which is infused with love and oneness. Conquer all addictions (that which is devoid of love), and replace it with love.

@pluto Everyone should have this knowledge, that is the spiritual path in one post my friend I know how to surrender, and I trust that my heart will naturally lead towards my highest joy. Thats the beginning and end of the path. Remaining in a state of pure love, through surrender in each moment I feel. Every other piece of the puzzle fits into place, as reality must reflect back to us that vibration of love including our minds belief system. -
It was never what I did that determined how much love I felt; whether I ate chocolate, or fasted; whether I played video games or went outside; whether I had friends or no friends; whether I was accepted, loved, or cherished by others or isolated, rejected and neglected; whether I was the leader, the one everyone looked up to or the example of what not to be. None of this changed anything. No, the one thinking about what to do, that’s what I saw created my suffering. I was sitting down outside thinking about whether to eat ot skip this meal, and saw that either choice would not effect me at my core. It was the very thought that I had a choice to be made, and that I had to do something that I identified with and it created the suffering. I’ve watched this video over and over from the higher self instructing us to focus on our hearts more than our thoughts. For the higher self knew that the real issue is not our addictions, or bad habits, it’s the root of all of that, the false identity, the ego, or in simple words, thoughts themselves. We can change our habits for example and eat healthily but if the cause of that habit, the ego, is still running, yet another bad habit will be created. Where we are identified with, either our thoughts, or our hearts is thus of the most primal importance in spirituality instead of the things we do such as meditation, eating less. The very fact that we use thoughts to question our habits just shows how sneaky the spiritual ego can be. There must be no room for this ego to arise, no room for thoughts, thus the entirety of our focus must change from our heads to our hearts for us to experience the oneness. Otherwise what happened to me will happen where you think you are progressing but really it’s just the ego with a spiritual mask on telling you what to do to get closer to enlightenment. For this past year and a half I have had a huge spiritual ego, and even by reading books which pointed out this trap, it still developed in me. It taught me how we could use spirituality to get further away from source, and for that I’m grateful. It also showed me a contrast between true love, and true insanity; especially in meditation. It’s all lead me back to the heart, which you may not of heard of in this journal ? So I watched that video called Trusting your Heart is the Secret no one is telling you again, saw the sneakiness of who in thoughts, which lead me to a greater dedication to the heart. All is well, and ends well. Ground yourself in something unchangable, then live. As Jesus said, it takes hard work to become love. We must purify decades and decades of conditioning, the higher self has said that focusing on the heart is simply the fastest way there. As you raise your vibration to that of love, you’re life will naturally changed, and circumstances to that of love; all we need is trust in the heart, where we used to trust in our thoughts. In a recent video with Matt Kahn he said how although he generally didn’t know how where his heart would guide him towards next, it was ironically the most reliable thing in his life. This will all become second nature with practice, with this focus, and I’m here to be that example for the well-being of all in my life. Peace, love, and oneness.

@pluto That was very funny! You got me. I was using it as a means to a spiritual end, until I realized that I didn’t feel more love than when eating or not, which is like the most important thing. I came across Ramana Maharishi too who said, fast the mind of thoughts, but not the physical body of food, which got me out of the belief system. And then when surrendering to the higher self, I too realized that I had to surrender my beloved control over food, because there must be no ego there to control it when you’re the higher self. I really appreciate this, and I’m back to eating whenever my body tells me which is usually once a day. Surrendering down into the heart is way more powerful in my experience. Know thyself, be thyself. In my life I’ve always wanted to go straight to the most advanced levels, and live to my highest potential; such attitude caused much imbalance which thanks to you, and my higher self, is being purified. ? -
The need for physical experiences is a dream. It is a nice dream, one can grow and expand from tasting the variety and abundance of human culture and the Earths natural environment, but from what place do you desire this? For myself I love the oneness I feel in meditation. Reality becomes soft and malleable, and I feel like I’m on a cloud. This peace is what I seek beyond any physical experience for I know that most of not all my desires right now are not rooted in oneness, which is why I meditate with such passion so to speak. I want my mind to be purified of all beleifs it has rooted in separation; so that the oneness of my higher self that I am can shine through my heart in every single moment without an obstacle my mind imposes. I want to be that free, powerful creator; to have but everything to embrace with love, and nothing left that I reject in myself. And I know in my heart, that surrendering down into my heart purifies, heals, and releases all ancestral lineages, all karmic ties, and any deep wounds in my being in the most soft, gentle, and accelerated way that I deserve. How can I live my life without thoughts? Is a common fear that arises when I am thoughtless. Yet it’s not thoughts that guide us, it is feelings. It is the higher self within the heart. It has always been that way, but the mind sometimes ignored this guidance, or thought that such guidance care from itself. The heart is the true master, much stronger in influencing even those with a strong ego than the ego itself. We can fall off track from the heart, and we start to feel something other than love, but never can we dwell too far, because the heart is more powerful than our egos. I trust my heart now to tell me through feelings when to eat, sleep, “do”, or be. If in doubt I meditate. Now my beloveds take this knowledge and put it into your life. Don’t read this for entertainment, don’t come here to serve your addiction for spiritual knowledge which I had too, and do the inner work. Focus on your heart, or your breathe, or the awareness as much as possible. Choose one, and stick with it until you awaken to the infinite within. All are equal in power, and all will lead to everlasting happiness. There is little more for me to write, just focus on either of those 3. I use my chest, the sensation of air filling my lungs, the feeling of it rising and falling, even the pulsing of my heart, and the energy of love in there, all which I focus on 24/7. Even when I dream now, I still gently focus on my heart! The heart is the beginning and the end of the spiritual path. It can take you to the highest dimensions of reality and beyond that. This love is more than infinite, because even the infinite will return to source. It is pure bliss. It IS. This world we live in dosen't matter. What you do dosen't matter. What you know dosen’t matter, or learn. Only your connection to your heart matters. The rest is fun and play, and can only be fun and play when connected to the heart. Therefore it is so simple, there is no confusion, or exception, or a “but wait, there’s more!”; it literally comes down to how connected you are to your heart through focusing on your heart, breathe or awareness; and perhaps expressing love, smiling, complimenting (although this is not necessary at all). There is no judgement, love from the ego if that’s the reality you want to create, or live from the heart. But ultimately, we will all return to our hearts, thst is the natural state. We just have amnesia, and are learning to focus within. In time we shall be awakened and be free from a false idea in sin. sayōnara.

Love is always here. When feeling sad love is always here. When feeling happy, love is always here. When hurt, heartbroken, and neglected; love is always here. At your greatest moment of joy, or at your greatest defeat; love is always here. Whatever you do, wherever you go, however you act, or whatever you say; love is always here. No matter what, or however hard we try, we are infinitely connected to love. You are love, I am love, and everything is love. Everything that arises is love, and so too is that which is beyond arising; it’s all love. Everything begins in love, lives for love, and returns to love. In the deepest part of ourselves we know we are love. This love is beyond doing, beyond any modalities. It can be found only in being. Focusing on the breath, heart, or awareness are the tools one has to calm a wild mind, and just be carried by the river of love, instead of a rock resisting the natural flow. We have freewill to choose love or choose separation; to choose the heart or choose the ego. Which shall you embrace with as the God of your reality? Noones coming to save you, for no one can save God but God. You but you. And so it is.

The Ultimate Question Simplify to, I am God, and let the story drop. Let all of reality, all of time and space, all of the illusions go; and rest within the heart eternally. When we are not feeling love, we are off the mark. To feel love 24/7, heart centred awareness must be maintained. This is why the ultimate question is: How do you distract yourselves from your hearts? Is it food, thoughts, emotions, technology? The internet is only useful until one knows the way of love. I will not accept anything else, but heart centred awareness. I've loved having the opportunity to be of service yet I want it to be so on a personal level. I wish everyone here wellness and love, as always, to remember the oneness that you can't ever be disconnected from. You are already Gods, angels of light, the wholeness, divinity, and perfection of source. It can't be avoided, it is.

And receive only what is for your highest evolution. -
@saraprTime for an energy release. When everyone is out of the house, or somewhere where no-one can here you just have a rage about how hopeless you are. Make it strong and powerful, and blame everything and everyone possible; such as your family, the society you are in etc. Behind hopelessness there is lots of repressed passion, which you can release by being angry. Next I would love for you to establish a proper meditation practice with a proper technique because I wish for you to experience yourself as the pure and infinite love and oneness that you already are. Once you experience that love, every single worry, concern and fear will be released; and the experience of bliss will permeate your reality Sara. The best technique is just to focus on the rising and falling of your chest. This is because the buddhist techniques of focusing on yourself as awareness are too nuanced for most people, and not obvious enough, yet focusing on the chest is just as powerful. I've used it for many months and still fall asleep every time because it relaxes me so (which is a good sign). Do this for at least 20 minutes first thing upon waking up. The technique is very important. Once you've had a rage and start consistent daily meditation; we must realise that every emotional upheaval is temporary and will pass in it's own time. We all have these deep emotional wounds in our hearts that stop us from feeling love, and so when we get closer to love, these wounds start to open and we start to feel what we repressed in the past because it was too painful to feel. Every emotional pain thus, is a confirmation that you are healing and evolving like never before, and means you are ascending. These emotions are like new born babies that have just been born, and are crying in your hands as the mother. Hold this crying baby in your arms until it stops. When you repress it, it's like throwing it on the floor and walking way. To truly hold it all we gotta do is just let it be, knowing it's like a newborn baby; that is all. Trust that this intention will heal it. Many blessings. Lots of love.

Why are We Here?

It all comes down to a trust issue. We come to trust the ego in our minds, rather than the higher self in the heart-centre. Once society trains us to focus on our thoughts, and on our brains; we feel separated. This whole love revolution is just a phrase foreshadowing the return of our consciousness down into our hearts where every question is answered; all fear is transmuted into light; and the experience of love and oneness reigns supreme. We all deserve to feel this love and oneness because that is who we truly are; every cell in the body, every form we see is made out of this love. I enjoyed contemplating this excerpt from a book in relation to this post: All IS WELL = the Absolute Law of Love reveals the truth of our Infinite Source, as that which Welcomes Each Life as Light. -
I love this page because it clearly tells you what the higher self is: https://higherselfteachings.com/about/ "The Higher Self The Higher Self is the super-conscious, higher mind part of ourselves that is the full expression of Divine Love, spiritual wisdom, and creative power. As we work to purify ourselves and remove our egos, we embody more of our eternal self that lives in conscious union with God. Spiritual and religious traditions throughout history have spoken of the Higher Self within each of us. The Christians call it the Holy Spirit. The New Age calls it Christ Consciousness, Over Soul, Monad or Enlightenment. Buddhism labels it Buddha (The Awakened One). Hinduism calls it Atman, the Self or Krishna Consciousness. There are many terms given in various cultures for the same experience. The Higher Self is the direct personal realization and embodiment of the deepest spiritual aspect of ourselves – our Eternal Self that is in conscious union with the Creator God and all of life. Spiritual seekers have consciously sought the Higher Self awakening experience, dedicating lifetimes to spiritual knowledge, personal healing and purification, ecstatic energy promotion and light body activation. Those dedicated enough to the spiritual path and fortunate enough to receive support by Higher Self within and by others, physically and non-physically, were able to reach remarkable spiritual heights. Some of those teachers have changed the course of human history forever. Some of those teachers continue to assist humanity’s growth. When asked “what is enlightenment like?”, many awakened teachers used words like bliss, love, peace, purity, oneness, and God. Some teachers chose to remain silent, conveying that words could never explain this state of Self-realization. To assist the spiritual development of their students, awakened teachers would share verbal and written teachings and deeply tranforming practices like meditation and energy cultivation exercises. Some teachers would even offer direct energy transmissions and empowerments to more quickly purify and advance the students who were ready. The common bond between all Higher Self-awakened teachers was that the teachers would allow the Universal Intelligence and Universal Creative Energy to flow through themselves, unblocked and unchanged by their own personal self. The depths of ego purification in the teachers were great enough to allow the Higher Self to communicate and purify through them, using their human mind-body system as the channel. By surrendering their own self to the Higher Self, the awakened teacher would be of the greatest service to their students. With this understanding in mind and intention at heart, Lincoln Gergar has chosen to surrender himself into the Higher Self to share knowledge, energy, peace and healing to all sincere spiritual seekers who feel drawn to awaken their Higher Self state of consciousness. The Higher Self is within us all. This knowledge, peace and blissful Love is our eternal birthright. With proper guidance any student can be led into their own Spiritual Heart center to awaken their blissful connection to God – the Higher Self. Surrendering in this way returns us to Pure Consciousness, original state of God." We are all seeking to be one with the higher self in this life. And all the is required is to gently focus on the heart (which is the higher self) as much as possible. There are other ways, but this is the one recommended by the higher self because of it's directness.

@pluto Thanks, I'll try that in meditation (if I don't fall asleep first! My body is still adapting to the state). Sounds really fun I also feel that the more filled with the vibration of love a being is, the more this love is synergistically reflected in their water. That's it's potential. -
I trust my body's wisdom more than anything else. From here on, I eat when I'm naturally hungry, not when I am told to. And I will stay within my heart instead of trying to convince people that my esoteric practices are benificial. I honour myself, and will meet anyone who questions my practices with open arms of love, without trying to reason with them any longer For 4 months I've been reasoning with people concerned about my physical, and mental health, and I surrender to the fact that some people can't here what I'm saying. There was a phenomena were the first native tribes didn't see the ships sailing towards them because it was so far out of their belief system, much is the same with urine drinking, and not eating that much. You see, people even with the best intentions are limited to their idea of me, and not the real me. I've told people that I've never felt happier, or as grateful in my life as ever before, yet people don't hear that. They just see what I am physically doing, and no matter how I break it down, it is simply rejected. I have found a much greater wellspring of happiness inside me called the higher self, much greater than any connection or love I feel between a human being. That is what I focus on, for that is what I am. I am a God, I am the light of love. I want to be accepted by people and this often makes me sacrifice my connection with God to appease those closest. It's mostly urine, and not eating that separates me from my most beloved; yet is urine that makes me feel more alive, and gives me that extra time to meditate instead of sleeping; to be with God. I choose God over my beloved family, because in the end, when I choose God, I am choosing my happiness, and with more happiness in my heart that I can release explosively into this world, the more evolved my family will become. I also have had this connection challenge for the last few years where I can't go emotionally deep with people. A few months ago when I went to my friends birthday party, I talked to this girl, and we connected more deeply than I had ever done with any human being. It wasn't sexual, it was just a loving, pure connection. And then as I started to connect more with my heart I started to redevelop this ability, which further shows how disconnected, and dysfunctional, and fearful high school had made me. This makes the importance of love, and using any tools which makes me feel greater love essential for my self development. It feels right, yet the contradictions made by people have really flip me upside down sometimes, making me shift and change things to reduce others suffering. Laying it like this shows me how spiritually codependent I have become, willing to disconnect myself further from God by watching TV, eating, sleeping, holding back compliments (they think I'm insane when I'm kind), and obliging to see mental therapists; and doing things in general I prefer not to do. It has disempowered me, my self-confidence being at a low. So I say that enough is enough. I cannot keep handing my freewill to be controlled by others. I cannot keep diluting my love, radiance, and practices to stop apparent short term suffering. This is my life, and I want me to live it. May I have the courage to honour my own understanding. I will now continue to surrender into my heart, and release all thoughts in my mind. I'm willing to be hurt, heartbroken and torn apart; knowing that it could only be for my highest evolution. But with discernment.

Here is some interesting evidence I've found on blood tests: "Ninety-Nine percent of Americans are mineral deficient according to the US Senate as early as 1936." Source: https://karmatarian.wordpress.com/tag/dr-gabriel-cousens/ Here is how blood test ranges are determined: "A reference range is usually defined as the set of values 95 percent of the normal population falls within (that is, 95% prediction interval).[2] It is determined by collecting data from vast numbers of laboratory tests." Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reference_ranges_for_blood_tests If the world is only getting more deficient in minerals in the blood (which very likely implies vitamins, minor minerals and nutrients; protein and healthy super omega 3's) the implications of this is that a healthy person may have nutrient levels far higher or at the extreme end of the range which scientists use to interpret if your blood is healthy.

@pluto Is it right to say that the biofield frequency of urine will be the same frequency as the human body or higher? Also are biofield frequencies and prana the same? And what is the biofield frequency/electromagnetic frequency of superfoods such as organic spirulina, flaxseed, cacao and raw honey in comparison to fruits? (i.e. "According to Gabriel Cousens, M.D., two of the highest solar-enriched foods are organic spirulina and flax seed in various forms, including flax seed oil.") Imagine the biofield frequency of pure love if that was measurable? Sunlight would have a very high biofield frequency too, and fresh air. Thank you, I'm interested in all this -
There are many important things in life that help use so much when optimised such as diet, exercise, relationships, sleep, life purpose, how we respond to what arises. It is true that a person who eats seasonally, raw, organic and nutritious food will have a calmer and healthier mind, and body. And for one living their life purpose as a creative artist will be happier than one who is a doctor by tradition. Yet, the most important question is: what is guiding us to change these areas of our life? Is it the ego (the part of us conditioned by the world to act and be a certain way) or our higher selves (the unlimited love and intelligence of the universe, that we are)? In fact the ego has 3 different parts of itself that we can see reality from which is the physical body, the emotional body, and the mental body. Most people in the world are influenced greatly by the physical body, which they identify the most with. This means they seek survival, take comfort in food, and focus on staying alive. When we are more identified with the emotional body, we seek states of happiness. We generally focus on not feeling bad, which leaves us prone to addictive tendencies such as eating, drinking, smoking, and thinking to change our emotional state. The mental body desires experiences, usually ones that make it feel powerful, or even at one. Since what we focus on is what we become, it's of the greatest importance to know where which body we are identified with. The last " body" to be identified with is the soul. Our souls desire unity, oneness, and love; and with it's wisdom second only to God in it's breathe, it always knows the most loving action to take. This is why enlightened masters don't tell us to focus so much on diet, exercise, relationships, or business because they understand this universal principle of focus. They instead tell us to constantly focus on ourselves as love which is located within the heart, so that we can reconnect with our souls in this way; even the zen practice of being the awareness, shikantaza, ultimately reunites us with our heart, where the soul is found, because it withdraws our awareness back to the source of it's origin, which is in the heart. Thus focusing on love of any kind, or excitement or any higher vibrational energies you resonate with will naturally put everything in life back into place. The natural intelligence of love will do this. Love is our true nature, and by focusing on it, everything becomes perfect, like it's always been, right in this moment. There is nothing to change, nothing to do, just you as a soul here to express itself for the benefit of every else still in this dream. This is the milestone I'm at in my journey, where it's almost nature to focus on my heart before thinking. Everything is peaceful, calm and blissful. And I am one with it. I am peace, oneness, love and bliss; and so is everything. This is what I use my free will for, to focus on the love in my heart, and what I am learning is how to trust it's intelligence more than relying on what the ego thinks I should do to be fulfilled. It is a rewiring of sorts, and right now, love is triumphing brilliantly; vibrating in every cell of my body when I surrender The mind is a good servant, but a bad master. We are all learning again to make the heart the master. Lots of love.

What are wonderful share I love this kind of information. -
There are people who are eating at McDonalds a few nights a week. People who eat meat filled with man-made chemicals, injected with hormones and antibiotics that are poisonous to the human body; who when they do have vegetables, it Is from a foreign country, grown in fertilisers containing heavy metals without natural sunlight and of which is sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. Even in our tap water is fluoride, chloride and other heavy metals added to dispose of waste products from corporations for agendas I believe are inked to making human beings into zombies, more receptive to the social conditioning programmes found all over the internet, on the TV, and on phones most acutely. Yet when a western doctor who himself eats unhealthy, and still gets sick sees someone drinking urine, which is excess nutrients from the blood, it is rebuked, and met with aversion. For a person who is loving, recycling the urine can amplify that twice fold; as with any vibration you are at. This is why it's a beautiful tool for enlightenment. Urines prana will fill you with energy, and thus a lesser need too get such energy from food. It is an elixir, and if treated as such, only more benefits can come from it. In my experience from recycling all of my urine, there has been no afternoon slump, just pure boundless energy throughout the day. Recently, after some blood tests, it showed that my iron levels where very high. My local Doctor, which I truly love for his deep compassion and care for me (he will even call me after 9 at night to make sure I'm well) has linked this to my kidneys failing based on one measurement. This made me think of what I said above how most peopler eating a highly toxic diet, shouldn't that be more alarming, and have more of an effect on the blood than urine (which is just pure water with 2.5% nutients, enzymes etc)? And another question follows: if the ranges for "healthy" levels of a nutrient measured by western doctors is derived from many people on the standard American diet, wouldn't such a range be less relevant for someone who is much healthier? In the end they are using a model or map to define how my kidney is functioning, based on numbers and digits, and not direct experience. In my direct experience I have never felt better, and I trust that. I don't feel imbalanced like I did while eating junk food a year ago. In fact my body is such that I can concentrate on myself as love, and not feel hunger, and aches or pains. Being that the blood tests are correct, and that the raised iron is really not healthy, I've decided to take out my superfoods, and try enjoying a few pieces of fruit again in the evening. The spirulina is an iron supplement, and when such iron is recycled again and again for months this could cause it to build up faster than the body can eliminate it. But to be sure, I want to remove these superfoods and have another blood test in a few weeks to remove or endorse these possibilities It seems I am too abundant in nutrients for my own good when the world is deficient! What an impact it would have on the world if people meditated, and drank urine. Their love and connection to theirselves would flourish, and this exponentially reduces the need for food. World hunger would be gone overnight, and all of the corporations in the world would start to lose their social importance when people see the greater importance of turning within; we will move back towards working with nature, with less technology, as it always was destined to be. For me, just bring the divine love of God is the most important thing in this world, and if there is a way to naturally amplify that such as with urine, if I feel more connected and one with God because of it, then I do it. It reminds me of how when two people come together, the love that they feel is greater than the sum given by them freely. It's like we are natural amplifiers of love, and the more expansive the thing is we connect with, the more love is synergistically amplified, which is like the experience of the higher self, or the experience of sunlight or urine. Love and Light beloveds. May we all reach greater levels of love and oneness, that we always have been. A very informative read about the energetic and biological nature of urine that will amaze you if unfamiliar with the practice: https://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/salud/esp_salud06b.htm The known first written account of Urine Therapy (5000 years ago): https://www.hps-online.com/hindiasutra.htm

Question: Beloved Jesus, what would you say about fasting (in a sense of totally abstaining from food) as a way to accelerate one's spiritual growth? The idea to pass through the 40 day fasting (while totally abstaining from food) - as you did when you were in the desert, and as other spiritual seekers, ascetics and hermits did - inspires me a lot. So the question is: can it give some benefit or harm? And how one could abstain from food without harming himself? Answer from ascended master Jesus through Kim Michaels: (May 26, 2011) I strongly discourage anyone from trying to go for 40 days while totally abstaining from food. There is simply no way to do this without harming your body, and there is not spiritual benefit from doing so. It is a misunderstanding that I spent 40 days in the desert without eating anything. You can take two basic approaches to any aspect of my life. One is the literal approach, where you think the Bible is the literal word of God, and thus anything mentioned in the scriptures happened exactly as described. Through this approach, you will never understand the true meaning of my teachings and example. The other approach is to realize that even so-called actual events from the scriptures have a deeper meaning—and thus you must always look beyond the literal interpretation. So what is the deeper meaning of me spending 40 days in the wilderness? You might see this in terms of the contrast between two environments. You have human society, an environment in which most everything is controlled by man-made rules and ideas. Then you have the "wilderness," an environment in which things are not controlled by man but are closer to a natural state. So the symbolism is that I withdrew for a time from the world of man-made rules, doctrines, beliefs and ideas. Yet doing this does not necessarily mean going out in nature. You can do this almost anywhere, as long as you can be in a quiet space and turn down outside distractions. You can even do it in the middle of a city, although it is a bit more difficult because of the more intense mass consciousness. Fasting does not necessarily have anything to do with food. I "fasted" by emptying my mind from man-made ideas, thereby creating an empty space that made my mind open to intuitive impressions from a higher source, namely my I Will Be Presence and my spiritual teachers. Do you see my point? What is the purpose for which you want to fast? If it is to gain a more spiritual state of consciousness, then it is not necessary to abstain from food. It is necessary to abstain from certain types of heavier food, such as meat, and to abstain from eating too much food. However, it is not necessary to abstain from all food, and it can indeed be counterproductive to do so. What will it take for you to have a more spiritual experience? Everything in your life revolves around your attention. If your attention is on worldly affairs, it is more difficult to have a spiritual experience. So in order to get a higher experience, you need to take your attention away from worldly affairs, including the physical body. Yet the simple fact is that abstaining from food is not the best way to take your attention away from the body. Most people who fast by totally abstaining from food find this to be such a difficult experience, that they end up putting more and more attention on the body the longer they fast. So the true meaning of fasting is to take your attention away from worldly matters and focus it on spiritual matters. Yet even this must be understood more deeply. For there are many people who think that focusing on spiritual matters means studying a spiritual teaching with the intellect or practicing a spiritual technique. This is not necessarily invalid at a certain level of the path, but when you come to the higher levels, "fasting" truly means to empty your mind of everything and attuning it to your Presence. Fasting means focusing on experiencing pure awareness, so you truly become the open door for the Presence. Meaning you have no preconceived opinions that color the impressions from the Presence. You cannot do this at the lower levels of the path, but at higher levels this is your main goal. What has happened over the centuries is two things. First of all, Christianity was hijacked by literalists, who thought everything should be interpreted literally—according to their definition of a literal interpretation. Secondly, during the Middle Ages, Christianity became hijacked by people who focused on life as suffering. You will see that in most art from that period, I am depicted as hanging on the cross, suffering greatly. So instead of focusing on my positive teaching – that I came to give all people life and that more abundantly – Christianity became focused on the few hours I suffered on the cross. And then came the belief that it was my suffering on the cross that "bought" humankind's salvation by somehow compensating for people's sins. You will easily see that this was influenced by the age-old belief that sacrificing an animal – by bleeding it to death – could pay for one's sins. A belief that was in complete opposition to my true teaching, but which nevertheless came to dominate the view of my mission. As a result, it came to be believed that God – who was seen as good – required that you suffer before you could be free from sin. The insanity of this belief can be seen by considering the following. You have done something that caused suffering to another human being. You acknowledge this, and now you voluntarily put yourself through a process that causes suffering to yourself, thinking this second suffering will somehow compensate for the first suffering. Yet in today's world, you know that everything is energy. What you did to another, created a certain amount of misqualified energy. When you cause yourself to suffer, you create even more misqualified energy. Two wrongs do not make a right, because misqualified energy cannot eliminate misqualified energy. The only way to compensate for one's sins is to produce positive energy, which can indeed transform the misqualified. Yet it can only do so if both sides have truly forgiven, which is why I emphasized forgiving all who have harmed you. So my point is that over the centuries, the focus on suffering caused people to think that since abstaining from food causes you to suffer, this was a way to pay for your sins. And thus, has come the added belief that the more you suffer, the more you pay back sins. And this was then tied in with the idea that I fasted for 40 days, and some people then came to see this as the ultimate form of suffering through fasting. Some have even thought that if they died trying to fast for 40 days, they would surely be rewarded in heaven. They thought, "I will not surely die." Do you see that this is a complete misunderstanding? First of all, trying to abstain from all food for 40 days would kill many people, and suicide is not the way to a higher state of consciousness. Secondly, those who can survive fasting for that long, will end up focusing most of their attention on the pains of the body, which takes your attention away from being the open door for the Presence. So what is gained by this? And thirdly, deliberately causing yourself to suffer will produce misqualified energy that will not help your spiritual growth. Concerning the 40 days, it should be considered that 2,000 years ago, people did not conceive of numbers the same way you do today. In today's world, most schoolchildren understand that you can count to very high numbers. How many of you tried to count to one thousand when you were children? Yet 2,000 years ago, most adults could not count to one thousand, let alone conceive of this number. So back then, people simply could not conceive of the kind of numbers you today use to calculate the national debt. And even today, you will see that people have trouble visualizing how much money a country like the United States actually owes—it is simply too big to relate to anything in "real life." You may have heard that animals cannot count any higher than two. The same goes for some native peoples, who distinguish between one and two, but anything above two is seen as "many." Well, there was a somewhat similar mechanism at play 2,000 years ago. People could count to a dozen, but anything above that was seen as "many." The words used for that has since then been translated to the western "score," but even the word "score" was originally used about an indeterminate amount and it was only in more modern times that a precise number was attached to it. So when the Bible says that I fasted for 40 days, the actual number was not 40. It was simply a "large" number of days I spent in the wilderness. And here is another point. I went into the wilderness – and I did actually go away from human settlements – in order to have a spiritual experience, and I stayed only long enough to have that experience. During that time, I ate whatever food I could find, so as to keep my body just comfortable enough that I did not have to put my attention on the body, but could keep my attention free from outer distractions to focus within. So if you try to imitate this by forcing yourself to fast for 40 days, you will actually put yourself in a frame of mind, that will make it more difficult for you to have a true spiritual experience. Because you will not simply be open to letting the experience happen at its own pace—you will be seeking to force it. And what you seek to force, you will be pushing ahead of you, as the donkey pushing the carrot hanging from a stick in front of its nose. Any time – and I mean ANY time – you seek to force a spiritual experience, you will not have a true experience. Instead, you will open yourself up to lower forces, who can indeed give you an experience that is far beyond your ordinary state of consciousness, but it is not a true spiritual experience because it does not make you the open door for your Presence or ascended beings. Over the centuries, many people have attempted to take heaven by force and have opened themselves up to lower forces, thinking they had had a genuine spiritual experience. That is why fasting should not be attempted by people who are not balanced and who do not have both personal protection and spiritual discernment (discernment of spirits). Do you see that fasting can very easily become an ego game? The ego wants to do something extreme, because it either wants to set itself apart from others, or it even thinks this will earn it points in the eyes of God. So, in conclusion, the way to fast is to take your attention away from whatever draws it outwards. You need to empty your mind so you can be an open door for the Presence. The only way to do this is to approach fasting the same way as you approach everything else on the path: through always striving for balance. This is simply the only way for you to pass the initiation of encountering the tempter, as you will do whenever you rise to a higher level of consciousness, and as you saw that I was tempted by the devil after my however many days in the wilderness. You also need to see that it is not constructive to take what I am saying here as a reason to withdraw from society and isolate yourself. It is valid to withdraw for a time in order to establish your inner connection to your Presence. Yet once you begin to have this connection, you can now get involved in society without losing it. And in the Golden Age, we need people who can be involved with society while being the open doors for ideas from the ascended realm. In today's age, I would say that the most important way to fast is NOT by abstaining from food. The best way to fast is to eat enough to keep your body a non-issue and then keep your mind away from all of the "information pollution" with which modern people are bombarded. It is not the physical body that is the greatest hindrance for modern people; it is the fact that your minds are overstimulated by the information that comes at you from so many sources. So the best way to fast is to turn off this stream of external information. And then turn off the internal bombardment, caused by the mind creating problems and then trying to convince you that you have to solve them. It is all a matter of monitoring where your attention goes. The kingdom of God is within you, so you will not enter it as long as your attention is constantly focused outside the point of stillness within you. So try fasting from "information food" for a while. The good news is that abstaining from keeping up with what your friends are doing on Facebook won't kill you—even after 40 days.

From: http://www.ascendedmasteranswers.com/spiritual-path/spiritual-practices/847-breatharians-not-eating-food "While it is possible to live without physical food and only taking in spiritual energy – whether you call it prana or the Holy Spirit – it is not something that the ascended masters recommend because it is simply too extreme of a practice for the vast majority of people. This does not mean that we are saying that there cannot be people who will have a strong inner urge to live this way and we, of course, have no desire to interfere with the free will and the inner guidance of such people. Yet we will not generally recommend this practice and we recommend that people are very, very careful before adopting it. It would be disastrous – and mark my strong word! – if you adopted this practice out of playing an ego game while you think – as so many people do – that the more extreme the practice, the more efficient it must be—or the more points it must earn you in the records of Heaven. You do not earn points by being extreme and you only need to look at the life of the Buddha to see that he lived in a very extreme manner for six years before realizing that the key to liberation was the Middle Way."

I'm feeling much better now. What helped was focusing on my heart in every moment of life. The love I feel has no source, it appears out of nothing obvious, but feels motherly. And wonderfully I don't need to be in meditation to feel it. This is because myself as consciousness isn't dependant upon removal of some forms in place of others, such as going to a temple. It's only that we are attached to some forms more than others, such as a parent, or friend, which can make surrendering "harder" than when in meditation or without "distractions". So we can all meditate all day in this way, it's a blessing God gave us. During this time I realised what our freewill was. We are the no self, the consciousness that permeates all of existence, and our free will is that we can stay as the no self, choose the higher self, or choose to be limited to the mind and it's subconscious conditioning. That is free will, to take action from either one of these places depending on what we identify with. This is what Matt Kahn meant by surrendering our free will to love, he was meaning to use our free will to always choose the hearts desires, which are for the greatest good, rather than the mind, emotional, or physical bodies desires. When identified with the physical body for example we want food, sleep, and sex; the emotional body ultimately wants happiness; and the mind wants experiences; the soul wants unity, and this unity fulfils all other desires So, spirituality, or living life, is really just as simple as remaining in the heart as the higher self because this is the experience all human beings are searching for; a complete experience of the higher self. When we leave this body and go to heaven, we will remember not what we did, but how kind we were to all of life, how much love we freely gave to what arose, the higher self can also be called unconditional love for this reason. In my personal life, I'm starting to eat again because my body isn't ready for solely urine just now. It became imbalanced, the urine turned white as well meaning that the body had used all of the nutrients in it for it's functions. I'm glad I gave it a go just for the detoxification. I'm now experimenting with a superfood diet of spirulina, hemp/flaxseed, cocao, honey, and some organic coconut ice cream (as a treat on some nights). Ramana Maharshi said that a man eating flesh can become enlightened (but his mind will be more wild), and that one who is enlightened need not be concerned what he eats because he already knows himself as God. He did say that one who is spiritual will naturally become more vegetarian, as they become more sensitive to how food effects their body. It knocked my value of diet off it's high horse; and as he eloquently said, fast your mind of thoughts, but not your body of food, when you are still moving it around. I bought a beautiful houseplant today called Peace Lilly, it adds a nice tranquil vibe to the room. I'm just about to insulate my door to make it quieter in my room, because when astral projecting, or channeling which I want to learn; it's preferable to have a silent, and tranquil room for me. I sometimes meditate with my door open when I'm already all warm, and snuggly; and the sound is fine, I like the vibration behind the words of people. I will keep practicing that focus on my spiritual heart, I trust that it's love will manifest a reality of love in time. I feel love so thankfully in each moment, what takes me out now and then is a fear of the future. The questions arises: "Don't you need to think logically to live a fulfilling life?", "Aren't you wasting your time focusing on the heart when you could focus on getting your masters degree and making your family happy?". But then I realise that I am feeling love! What more could I want than that? All of the enlightened masters say that if you feel love then you are doing everything right. And if the source of love is in the heart, then the simplicity is focusing on it. It's retraining the subconscious mind, to shift its default point of awareness from the head, to the heart; once that happens the journey becomes effortless, because the hearts love will keep you in it. That's like the tipping point May we all reach here in the most gentle, soft and kind way.
