  1. Yet another excerpt from my journal. I feel this question is a important one to consider, so we can use the internet from our hearts, rather than our egos as many spiritual beginners may fall into. Sending blessings to everyone here, love you guys Is there really a benefit to be on the internet anymore? At the start of my journey, and up until a few weeks ago It was essential in getting me to dedicate to my practices. Pluto (a forum member) made me believe in myself, and to truly do the inner work I had for 3 months put off. There are teachers too who have inspired me on the deepest levels, and without them, I would be at University, become an Engineering Scientist so I could 'fit in' to society and not 'waste my potential' (as I am very intellectual, and could ace it if I went). And now, because of the miracle of the internet, where I watched enlightened masters, all kinds of self-help material, and more in my bedroom I was taught how to find truth in a world of suffering. The internet is the one place where the cabal/powers that be do not have full control over, so that Truth can actually be given to the masses, rather than hidden by a sea of brainwashing that ultimately is designed to contradict the truth so that people will react negatively against it when they hear of it. For example, whence telling my Grandfather about how the artificial light being emitted from the TV at 60hz was programming his subconscious mind to a lower frequency he dismissed it, I'm now known to him as an extremist and someone who is "not normal". That was the universe telling me, Solace, help yourself first in order to help others; give knowledge freely to those who ask but always work on yourself to be an example rather than a prophet. Anyway, back to the internet. I have learnt so many astonishing things that have changed the way I live my entire life. But the thing is, the internet is but a medium for the Truth, The Truth makes it amazing, however, without such a quality it would merely be another distraction from the Truth. And you can find Truth inside that is much more profound. This is because you can conceptually understand Truth by reading it, but there are many more levels of comprehension, and after the first year or two of dabbling in practices and gathering all of this information on the internet to realign your belief system with reality, it becomes apparent that you no longer need the internet, for you have all of the information you need to experience Truth on an existential level, on a being level. Let's explore this some more. I can read on the internet that lucid dreaming is real versus actually lucid dreaming at night. One is conceptual, one is existential. Both are essential, unless you accidently lucid dream and backwards engineer how you did it! Meditation too; I can read about all of the different states of meditation or I can actually experience the different states by swapping the hours I spend on the internet for practice. And this is my main point. For the newcomer 98% of what he/she will read on the internet is complete BS, and without any guidance, he/she could easily cause more suffering in their lives. Only 2% will be beneficial. In addition, everyone on the internet thinks that their method to enlightenment on the internet is the "most effective" as it worked for them, but how do you really know how deep of a master they are? Even people like Mooji, Alan Watts, Rupert Spira; you have to put a lot of trust in them that what they say is the Truth. So in effect, the internet is a journey that all modern enlightenment seekers will embark upon. It could lead you down decades of dead ends if for once you believe in a teacher, instead of believing in your heart. It can last a few months too; you play for as long as you want. But the main lesson the internet provides, and the Truth, is to finally listen to your heart, instead of what any teacher tells you. Your heart is your eternal compass, and it will not lead you astray, most people however are out of touch with feeling their hearts, and instead, use their minds to "rationally" and "logically" come to conclusions based on the "facts" that that individual has subscribed to. My advice is to have no subscriptions, and never believe what anyone says here! This is because only you know what is true for you, others will never ever know what is true for you. Some practices are more universal than others, such as meditation (or "the releasing of thoughts as I like to put it") but some stuff I've tried that has promised so much has been downright ineffective, such as positive thinking. That is a lesson we will all have to learn: that we are all unique, we are all so special, and have different strengths, which means you may be more suited for one technique over another. Of course the most important thing is to practice a technique, and not use this as an excuse to not practice anything, and the more well known and ancient techniques are a good place to start. This is why the best teachers, if there is such a thing, are the ones who tell you to feel into your heart and see if this resonates with you. Does this meditation spark a sense of excitement in my heart, or am I in a deep state of fear? Fear meaning, don't follow this path right now. You can also have fear in your gut region which is a lower kind of fear, and it's coming from a conflict between what your social conditioning believes and the practice at hand. That fear can be ignored. Coming onto the internet with this mind set, that I am here to find a teacher that I resonate with the most in my heart (with no intentions to believe him/her but simply to listen to my hearts reaction to their words) will lead you in the right direction. And again, once you have followed the teachers you resonate with for a few months or years, and are finding long term benefits after months of practice, it is time to move on and use the extra time you would use on the internet to gain "more wisdom" to practice. I remember when I was talking to Gabe Salomon, at the end I said to him, "I resonate so much with what you are saying about love; how loving my heart is the fastest way to enlightenment. I feel like all of my questions are answered so I will make sure to not search for more wisdom as to lead me further into confusion!". The ego is afraid of 'missing out' on all of these insights into getting better at dating, or finding a "better" technique and once we come to a certain level of clarity, it seeks to destroy it to confirm the belief that it is "missing out" on something. And after the talk with Gabe I made the mistake of going back on the internet, and I became very confused until I stuck with two teachers I liked, and finally resolved the conflict between their teachings so that I could finally detach myself from searching for more information from that point of view. Now I look at information on the web for enjoyment (or is it secretly escapism? I will explain below), I'm no longer consciously trying to find a missing puzzle piece, I use it solely for motivation now when I can find the right content. But even then it leads me back to the question: What does the internet give me right now every time I'm on it? And if I'm really honest, when I feel into my heart, most of the time I'm still very subtly (subconsciously) wanting to collect insights. It's a slight addiction to knowledge that I have. But is it really an addiction to knowledge? Is there something deeper that that lies unresolved and unacknowledged each time I "Gather information". I started to experiment with this and I've found that each time I place the centre of awareness in my heart rather than my head like yours is, it creates a impulse to eat food, or go on here. So it is not an addiction to knowledge. It is an avoidance of emotions. As I have said, we came to this planet to clear our karma/cellular memories/emotions by feeling our emotions. Observe most of what you do in your daily life is an avoidance of feeling your heart. Most of your thoughts distract you from your heart. What happens when I open my laptop? My awareness goes straight to my head (aside from watching Matt Kahn, or writing this!) which is not a coincidence. Why do we eat 3-5 times a day when we only need to eat once? Emotions. Our social conditionings main objective is to keep us lost in our thoughts, or the trivial matters of everyday life (which is also a thought), so we are away from feeling. As I hinted, some content online can bring you closer to your heart like a good song, or a good teacher. And so I suggest that any spiritual seeker thus listens to their heart on the web. Feel the emotions of discontent inside you when you mindlessly browse articles, they are there. And search for love in it's replacement, that you feel after watching something truly inspiring until you no longer need the internet at all to keep evolving, for the internet only takes you so far until the wonders of embodying the information you've learnt become more important. As a spiritual teacher (Leo, paraphrasing) said, "Read enough books until they convince you enough to practice, then you no longer need books". All the knowledge you need is found in the practice, not in the text.
  2. Use the internet to learn more about your deepest passions in existence, and help other people. Since I do not know my passion, other than love, and since I need help before I can help others; why am I here then other than to be loved by another?

  4. i feel so much compassion and love for every human. Most are living in a illusion; their happiness is an illusion, and so too is their sadness. Their goals come from their lower self and so will only create a false sense of joy; and any action they take is futile because it is not coming from love ❤️ Sometimes I feel like I should suffer with my collective family so I can help them see what they are causing; this is ego. It is infinitely better to be a reflection of what they could be if they embraced themselves. I emailed 5 spiritual teachers for guidance and no one replied. Every opportunity where I can place my pain on another person has been a dead end. And so it’s all pointing towards me. I’m the creator of my reality. It is August and so it’s time for a new challenge. This is designed to help me surrender. The only other choice is fear. The love I feel in meditation makes me feel complete. It is my true guide. That feeling of love that comes from myself is my last place of solace. I am like a caterpillar in a cocoon. After I have rested in love for a undefined period of time I can become a butterfly, and radiate that love in all directions I walk in this world. Ive learnt so much. The most important lesson is that you cannot trust in our thoughts, or emotions or lower self. You can trust in the heart, and this state of awareness, the unchanging peace and love. These lessons have given me one path. And that which I must take, or I’ll become an copy of the people around me. Words are cannot convince me to do this, they are hollow most of the time.   6. @ChimpBrain Use your creative power to change the belief: “My body is tense”, and change it something uplifting and inspiring such as: “Yes! I have an infinitely relaxed, agile and flexible body.” Feel it as if right now you truly do have a relaxed, agile and flexible body; and maintain this knowing now and forever. Reality must reflect back to you what you beleive for you are a cocreator and on some level you created a tense body by not believing in yourself, and your infinite power. Know this, and feel this flexibility in your body, and do the same physical steps as someone who is flexible and agile would be doing daily
  7. Your beleifs create your emotions, they create your circumstances, they create everything. Change your beleifs by anchoring a higher vibration all of the time. The mind will have many reasons for choosing suffering. The mind believes “I am unworthy of love”. “Enlightenment is too difficult”. “Society won’t let me be happy”. My romantic partner is the cause of my suffering.” “My parents caused all my problems.” Etc. All of these thoughts, and others, continue to create emotions of suffering inside our bodies and minds. As though we are hypnotized, we continue to listen to these thoughts and feel these emotions. We stay identified with what we hear and feel. We stay convinced that we are this story, this false self. We continue to suffer and feel we’ll never find a way out. There is a solution. There is a very direct spiritual method that will free you from your ego and all of it’s beliefs, stories and emotions. This method bypasses all need to analyze the mind’s content. This method is the most direct way to experience emotional freedom, a silent mind, and a blissful Heart. Watch this video to be guided in this method of spiritual awakening. Trust in the Heart’s energy. Your direct experience of the Spiritual Heart will show you that it is trustworthy.   8. Start with breathing practices. Breathe in love for 5 seconds, hold for 1 second, and breathe out all your negativity for 5 seconds, hold for one second and repeat. Do this for at least 15 minutes a day The breathe will help you so much in remaining as the awareness when thoughts arise! Remember you can’t stop thoughts with more thoughts, you can only redirect your focus; such as focusing on the breathe in the practice above friend. Also I love to stop throughout the day in my deepest moments of negativity and just say an affirmation to my heart (not too the thoughts in my head) like, “I am love. Everything is love. I am peace. All is peaceful.” I say whatever feels natural. I hope this helps you as well Ingit. When negativity arises it is the perfect moment to give more love to yourself. The more you focus on love; or your awareness the more such subconscious beleifs can be purified and healed at record speed that creat such thoughts.
  9. When I lay down on my back I feel a great energy at the base of my spine. At night for the past few months I had to sleep in my side, because when I’m on my back the energy makes me want to wriggle around and do a few star jumps even. Yesterday night I tried to face this energy! I lay down and stayed still for 15 minutes. It was agony, the energy came up my spine in waves, and made my whole body vibrate. Focusing on my heart, made these energetic waves more intense. But I found out that if I completely relaxed my body, and fully surrendered into the moment; the energy started to flow effortlessly through me and I started to feel deeply relaxed, expanded, and alive for the first time. As soon as I got lost in a thought the energy started to be blocked in my spine, as well as when intense my body. This is such a remarkable discovery! Imagine if I was always in a good posture as I am lying on the floor, and with all of my muscles relaxed. It gave me a taste of what is to come from trusting the heart. The heart increases the energy that flows through me, and also relaxes me: the two main ingredients of experiencing unconditional love. Tonight I will experiment sleeping on my back for the first time in months. Namaste.

In my eyes you are the wholeness and perfection of the grace and divinity of the oneness and love of the joy and bliss of the sunshine and rainbows and of the beauty, peace, and bright bright radiance that only an entire universe dedicated to love could begin to describe. I am saying this, because it's true. You are worthy to be loved so much more than the people in your life give you. In every moment you deserve more love, and support not less.   12. I would highly recommend Acupuncture to release tension. Have an appointment with your local GP, and he may refer you to a acupuncturist for free treatment depending on where you live. Also, hatha yoga is specifically designed to release the stress, knots and tension in the body to allow chi/prana to flow effortlessly through you. Something you could do right now while learning or instead of yoga would be to start doing stretching too. You are completely right, it is stress which caused your muscle tension, so I have just listed how to deal with the physical symptoms, but as you know the root cause is stress. The practice to remove stress is to start developing trust in the present moment, and that the universe has got your back. So whenever you start Worrying, Anticipating a undesirable future, or Regretting past actions (WAR) stop and focus on your breathe. Notice how nothing you are imagining is actually present in the room you are in. Breathe, take a break my friend. Your mind is too wild to do proper meditation.   13. Conditional Love We are so used to conditional love in this world. People at a flick of the switch can hurt us, and become angry. We are afraid of being neglected or hurt if we ourselves open our hearts to this moment, and to the people around us. I understand, I am going through this with you. When you focus on your heart, anything not aligned with unconditional love sticks out like a sore thumb Whether in our emotions, thoughts, or through peoples words; conditional love stands out, and really does have a sting. But I assure you, that if you have the courage to remain in your heart in your greatest moments of discomfort, pain, or suffering; the sting will be less intense and soon reality will reflect back the love that you have remained in. When I walk next to people I feel a need to talk to them to end the awkward silence. I go into my thoughts. We don't have to anymore. Since when has being in your mind resulted in consistency deep, intimate, and gratifying conversations with people you have met? For me, none. When I was a child I had this ability where I could surrender into my heart, and allow myself to speak without trying to speak. It lead to the most loving conversations I've ever had. I said words that a lot of educated adults didn't know, and that surprised myself every time. What came out was completely spontaneous and effortless, and perfect. There was no awkwardness, and the conversation turned into a state of flow. And when I was 15 I somehow lost this ability. I became focused on pleasing people, and saying what they wanted to hear. I became needy with people (my happiness was determined by their responses), and lost much of my creativity. I don't know what happened for this to occur other than the need to be accepted, yet somehow all of my trust in my heart, and abilities disappeared. This is why I write this now. I'm relearning how to speak from my heart, create from my heart, and live from my heart. This intuitive ability is starting to come back again, as I stop focusing so much on my thoughts and just be hear in this moment. As I relearn to seek fulfilment from my heart, and not the circumstances that I have no control over; I am allowing myself to loosen control over myself, to release all of my people-pleasing filters, and surrender into the hearts bliss which I felt strongly 4 years ago. It all leads back to the beginning of what I said. The conditional love that is seen everywhere hurt me so much that I started to put on a mask that other people wanted; but counterintuitively I lost all the intimacy I felt when with people and I became as hard as a rock emotionally. It's all changing now, and thank God I remembered about this love 2 years ago when I started this journey when I was furtherest away from love. I hope this memory helps you remember the time when you were guided by your heart more than your logical mind. Remember the love. Be the love now, don't turn into a stone cold rock! Think too about all these years you've spent in your mind: have they really brought you a great amount of love? Maybe it's time to move back into your heart, and trust it even if it's awkward, even if it means you lose your job, because that's where we all belong. Thank you for reading.

I can only tell you to go beyond the mind and experience yourself as the oneness and love; which uses such “particles” to create all of reality.

I started by not eating meat late last year; to eating a cooked vege diet; then to a raw vege/fruit diet; after that I started eating gradually less; got into urine therapy; started having one meal a day; and now will only eat a few pieces of watery fruit because I feel a deeper connection to my heart that way. This unintentionally detoxed my system, and I feel amazing. And maybe there is still some very deep toxins but it’s only a matter of time; they can’t stay in a body that is filled with love and the healthiest foods on the planet As always, make sure to detox your body out of love for your body. It is a organic temple given to you by Mother Earth for a temporary period of time. Wish you well detoxing; have lots of fun making these shifts and give yourself credit everyday for eating well.

Btw, you are a spirit in a human body; other “entities” are spirits who currently do not have bodies and they reside from the astral and causal dimensions (based in the materialistic universe), all the way to the spiritual realms. They are real. They exist and are probably looking at you right now. Are beleifs are so powerful here; if we don’t beleive in them we will not see them. Since your intentions were to be guided, and then you had that experience, then trust that that was your spirit guides. They will answer your calls, have faith in your power to do that. Namaste.
  18. I needed to be reminded of this. I have moved totally away from cooked food; and love above all watery fruit such as kiwi fruit, and mandarins, oranges and lemons When I have dinner with family weekly I eat cooked food that I would prefer not to have, I feel heavy and sleepy ? So the next step for me is to honour what I know is best for me. Its the same with the heart ♥️ I stay in my head sometimes to “stay in reality”, so I can speak to people normally. But I realize that my own growth is so much more blissful than attempting to please others. And counterinutively this helps the collective consciousness more, and the beautiful people who I live with.
  19. @Feel Good I go for a half hour walk each day, and do light yoga/stretches which helps increase my energy levels. I find that the amount of food you eat is directly proportional to how much sleep you need which everyone can do. There are many factors probably; I eat super clean and very little, do not have sex, and I practice being in a relaxed state. It also depends on how much emotional processing is needed; as much is done in dreams This all comes as a “bonus” from the core practice of unconditional love.
  20. This is getting uncanny. Every video this guy makes he keeps saying the same thing; be in the heart, and your state of awareness. I will do this to the best of my ability from now on. I will do it for the benefit of the world, for the people on here, for my family, for my old friends who I drifted away from as I became more of myself and most importantly, for myself so that I can create a life full go love, bliss, and happiness. Now is the time for change. This journal shall hold me accountable, and inspire those who want to know what is possible by simply resting in the heart. @lightfruit Thanks my friend.   21. I enjoyed it. The 4 agreements describe the qualities of your soul; meaning you can only practice them authentically from your heart where your soul is found.
  22. If there is any suffering, or any emotional discomfort; one is not in the heart. If there is any addictions, one is not in the heart. If there are any questions or doubts, one is not in the heart. If your mind isn’t quiet or near such, one is not in the heart. If you are stressed or frustrated, you are not in your heart. If you feel anything other than love, you are not in the heart. If you feel love you are in the heart. If one one moment you are not in the heart, and you don’t know yourself as love, you will identify with thoughts, and suffer. And you don’t deserve it, no one does. We can I create this all with this simple practice. And if it’s a little challenging please see the first link above. We’ll get there. Every effort towards love is given back infinitely, for the higher selfs love that you are is infinite. It dosent do to know this conceptually. Perhaps the only thing to know is that when I suffer it can only mean I’m not in the heart. And any resistance to being in the heart via thoughts could only be the ego being healed and purified; for ones mind should naturally be silent when one knows his or herself as love. In the heart it becomes so obvious that thoughts are not ours, especially when you know your mind should be silent; every thought then becomes a gift for helping you see that you are not a thought.
  23. I am reborn. I had a hair cut, a cleansing shower, and lovely deep massage ? To honour this transformation, I choose to focus on the love in my heart as much as possible; and do one thing everyday that I enjoy like smiling at myself in the mirror. I choose all of reality over some fragments of it. I surrender to my heart, softly, and gently a little bit more than yesterday. I want to see where this love takes me. I don’t mind fear anymore, when it arises I embrace it with my entire self. It is such a beautiful feeling when you surrender. And when I surrender, all of these emotions reminiscently disappear; and all I’m left with is bliss, and sometimes this vast emptiness that I enjoy spending time in. I am not fighting against anything. I am embracing everything with unconditional love. That’s my purpose here. I love you all so so much. May the light fill your eyes today. This is the start of a more refined, and blissful lifestyle from the seed to the flowers. From the heart all the way to creation. And only one thing need be done, that of surrender.
  24. I’ve been drinking all of my urine for 4 months now Aftwr many blood tests, including my most recent; everything is at perfect levels ? So I am happy to confirm that it is safe to drink if there were any doubts left. The reason why i am not overloaded with urea is because the body converts it to the useful amino acid glucoamine when reingested; or will release any excesses through the colon. This is the same process with any excess nutrients. The blood does not absorb anything more than it needs, that’s why we can all eat more than we require, and thus all have colons for this purpose. I have changed a lot from 4 months ago. I realized that any healing modality including urine therapy, or yoga is just a helpful tool we can use to attain enlightenment and connect with the boundless love within our hearts but which are not necessary at all. One could eat a meat only diet, and make love many times each day, and still awaken if he focused on love Yet for myself, not just for the nutritional quality but also for the high amounts of life force/love/prana/chi in my urine and the joy of savouring what my body worked hard to produce I still drink it happily and willingly to this day. And the benefit is will only keep increasing, because as I become more loving, this vibration of love will be present in the urine (see how water is changed by blessings!) and this will create a synergistic, self sustaining system. There are many more things I could say, but I don’t want to over-aggrandize urine. The most important thing is to focus on the self, which is our state of awareness, and the pure love in our hearts; and I encourage everyone to do a practice that help you maintain that focus. For most people, becoming a vegetarian; and eating less would be amazing in itself, and set you up for deeper meditation ?‍♀️ Thabk you all for having an open mind, and reading this thread.
