  1. she seems to contradict herself when she says that she's experienced the world as hyper physical and then as pure nothingness. Perhaps that experience of "hyper physical" is what Leo is referring to when he says "infinity" but on a grander scale. It could also be she just needs to try some psychedelics. I personally seem to get or am familiar with nearly everything Leo has mentioned.
  2. I think Elliot Hulse is awesome and I really don't understand the hate he gets. Like he's just a dude doing his own thing and the information he gives out (for free) is valid and useful. infinite waters doesn't work for me, but do you dawg
  3. Have you tried seeking therapy man? If you are going to a university they will have counseling services available which should be covered by your tuition. Be careful assuming what others are assuming. Given the stuff your posting, I sense a bit of pessimism in your language and one could easily be projecting the self-image we have of ourselves and assume people have the same image. If you find this doesn't apply, forget I said it. You actually don't need anyone to accept you, you need to deeply accept yourself first. I invite you to try something as radical as magic mushrooms as it deeply helped me with self-acceptance, self-love, and self-trust. When you trust and love yourself and are consistently honest with others, you will see human have the capacity to be trusted, lovable, and honest, and you will do what you have done for yourself, but for others.
  4. Grow together. Relationships take work.
  5. I agree! Could there are most likely enzymes in compounds found in animal foods that cannot be found in plant foods that help with the digestion? The bacteria comes from the soil and I am not denying soil bacterias can produce b12, but again, B12 is also produced by bacterias in the gut of cows. I have read that humans have bacterias that produce b12 in the colon, but it cannot absorbed unless you were to eat your own poop, I believe.
  6. Here are alternative perspectives: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/aug/25/veganism-intensively-farmed-meat-dairy-soya-maize here is a quotes from the article: some more articles/videos on this subject: https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/farm-ranch/livestock-can-save-us/ https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/farm-ranch/sustainable-meat-no-myth/ In short, grazing animals are actually good for soil, grass, and as a result our environment. The only thing we should do about Grasshouse emission gas is move to renewable sources of energy like solar energy, find a way to convert methane and/or carbon dioxide in either a natural way or through technological means. In addition to having more sustainable agricultural practices. Grazing animals have been around earth the entire time, farting, eating, burping, and drinking water. and now it's a problem? Lastly, there's no evidence that high quality unprocessed red meat is bad for you. In fact it's extremely nutritious and more energy dense than any vegetable.
  7. strike a balance.
  8. Supplements are tricky. If one needs to take them, do it. However, I do not think they are an adequate substitute for food, and most health professionals agree with that (see the links below). My issue with supplements is that they are synthetically produced, don't contain other enzymes and compounds found in natural foods, could be sourced from low quality foods, and most are not FDA approved. https://www.heart.org/en/healthy-living/healthy-eating/eat-smart/nutrition-basics/vitamin-supplements-hype-or-help-for-healthy-eating https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/dietary-supplements-do-they-help-or-hurt https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/harmful-effects-of-supplements-can-send-you-to-the-emergency-department-201510158434 Animals like cows and sheep also make b12 through their own gut bacteria, and can absorb their own b12 from their gut. https://nutritionstudies.org/12-questions-answered-regarding-vitamin-b12/
  9. https://www.westonaprice.org my go to resource on nutrition. I'd be wary of any diet that has you taking supplements, including whey protein. In my opinion, an optimal diet will have a variety of foods and will not require supplementation.
  10. I'm curious as well, did Leo say he was reducing the frequency of his videos? What's wrong with looking forward to Leo's content?
  11. because you don't actually want to end it. you want to be in love and joyful. You are not seeing the whole picture my friend. I pose to you that if life is meaningless than why does it feel meaningful? Why do you feel? Why do you suffer? If life is pointless than why is it here and the way it is? From the ego, there is other people and you can love another. May I suggest not questioning whether it has meaning or not. The meaning is to simply be, deeply within yourself, comfortable in your skin. You can't define the meaning, its beyond words, but it's there.
  12. Could be... nutritional deficiencies can cause sleeping problems and fatigue too.
  13. I get this too, usually it sort of fades as you let go of that feeling and you transition into a much more accepting place. Just keep at it and push through as best as you can, little by little.
  14. His title says that he is always tired. In my experience, sleeping 12 hours one time isn't going to make you very tired. I'd also say, no one naturally sleeps for 12 hours everyday unless something is up. I naturally wake up from 8:30 - 9 hours of sleep, that's the perfect amount for me. It could very well be that his sleeping schedule is inconsistent, but he says he is always tired. And I am not sure, I'd make a guess that a lot of strict vegans are actually tired, they just deny it and use sugar to keep themselves lifted. Hard to say for sure though.
  15. cut out the sugar and you will feel less cravings, feel more in control of your food.
  16. well how do you plan to show people "subtle truths" and the "potential of creation"? You could also be a biologist or archeologist? I half understand what you mean, but I am not sure how you will find a job doing that which is why I am asking how you plan to show this? It still sounds like you want to be a teacher who talks about spiritual aspects of nature which is a spiritual teacher. I think biology would be more grounded, something you could get a degree in.
  17. Using only the information you posted, I would say this is the culprit.
  18. Yes. Eat what your ancestors ate.
  19. Use both psychedelics and psychotherapy. not all therapist are anti-psychedelics.
  20. You can find evidence on both sides. Nazism was a socialist party and Nazis are considered far-right & fascists. communism was blue because it was an ideology that punishes individuals who question it. It's about devotion to the party/government, no questions asked, and complete obedience. Just think of stage blue religious people.
  21. No I would not consider him a cult leader. His music is great by the way.
  22. I personally like the guy, but I mostly watch his earlier videos on exercise and life stuff, every once in a while I'll watch a newer one.
