  1. @EntheogenTruthSeeker The problem with your friends description of Jesus is that he talking about Jesus as if he is separate from you. Looking down at your, ready to send you to hell. Psychedelics are biblical and Christian too. Note the references of Manna, canibus, and weird experience of angels by Old Testament prophets. In addition, look up psychedelic gospels on google. Jesus is you. Jesus is the bridge to your own self-realization, and if you go to Hell, you are sending yourself to Hell because you engaged in Lies and Separation, so now you face the wrath of Truth that is yourself. I think Leo's disregard of the Bible is a little bit disingenuous. Yes, everyone will eventually have to overcome the limitation that beliefs have and experience being God. But I will read words in the Bible for inspiration and to expand my thinking around spirituality, just like I watch actualized.org videos. Meister Eckhart, St. John of the Cross, St. Francis of Assisi, Origen, author of the Cloud of Unknowing. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Christian_mystics Alive recently and right now: Richard Rohr, Thomas Keating, and St. Padre Pio.
  2. I have experienced "Christian Heaven" on psychedelics, and its real. It's non-dual Love. and it is not different than the infinite love that Leo is talking about. I could be wrong, but I'd say most of the forum does not have a deep understanding of Christianity at all. being in Christ is just being in unity with God which is non-duality. Plenty of verses in the Bible point to non-duality, consciousness, and Being God when ego is destroyed. "Be still, and know that I am God" - Psalm 46:10 for example.
  3. Love this video and valve model for understanding death and reality. It's brilliant!
  4. lol here we go again. I actually think vegans lack holism, a heart centric perspective, and priority. There is nothing hearty about letting human beings suffer and degrade due to nutritional deficiency and to survive, one has to prioritize. That's having heart for being alive and human. Literally, I look at these vegan kids on YouTube and I feel sad seeing them To be holistic, you gotta see that you are an animal that has a specie history of eating other animals, just like, every other animal. Vegans disown their own nature and ancestry. So it is not very holistic to me. I know my dog has a great time sharing some chicken with me. Thats how its improved my relationship with animals. I still believe and wish for ethical farming to re-define the way humans interact with farm animals.
  5. To me Ego is a creation of God, but not God itself or rather God is greater than all of its appearances while simultaneously being individuals.
  6. Nonviolent Communication: The language of life by Marshall Rosenburg.
  7. Love God, yourself, and others with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
  8. practice semen retention.
  9. My perspective is that drinking urine or semen is completely unnecessary to live a good life. I am not sure what proponents of drinking one's own urine is trying to achieve If our goal is to live with higher conscious, feeling more peace and happiness. Reasonable speaking, it appears that better results are had by eating better, exercising, reducing toxic chemicals from your environment (pollution, plastics, and more). In addition, if you study the popular blue zones, zones of people who live long, none of them practice these fringe ideas.
  10. Exercise daily - 60 minute walks minimum Eat Whole Foods. and I think you may be underestimating how bad and damaging your diet is. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/blue-zones#TOC_TITLE_HDR_4
  11. I like to microdose on the weekends 1x/week with Psilo, but don't forget the need for a daily meditation habit (45-60 mins)

  15. Yes because you can watch a boat cross the horizon and slowly go down versus getting further and further. Then use your reasoning abilities to know that the earth is not flat.
  16. Lol, honestly this content is trash. Maybe helpful to stimulate contemplation in the beginning stages, but you'd be better off journaling your own thoughts.
  17. There is a lot that can be expressed about that dynamic and even how to approach it. Fundamentally though, I really try to just express myself genuinely and childlike. I see it as more of a personal issue, the tendency to one up someone. It seems like a need for social validation for one's experiences. Yet, wouldn't we better off if we just validated ourselves? or even better yet let go of needing to be validated at all.
  18. In a public setting, I do not bring it up at all even if the topic comes up in some fashion, I'll play dumb. I am of the opinion that it is a very bad idea to make your psychedelic use public, there is just way too much negative stigma associated with it. I am also young and in my 20s and I don't want employers to get the idea that I'm some hippie drug user. I think if I were to have an established career, reputation, and I was older like 40s-60s, I would be very open about them though. In personal relationships, I am very open about them.
  19. What helped me was journaling & answering these questions: 1. What action do I need to take that I've been putting off? 2. Why haven't I taken action? In the past, what pain have I linked to taking action? 3. Write all the pleasure I've had in the past by indulging in this negative pattern. 4. what it will cost me if I don't change now. - How does that make me feel? 5. Write down all the pleasure I will receive by taking action right now In addition for visualization, imagine yourself being thinner, having thinner wrists, smaller belly, smaller clothes; doing activities and living life like that for 10 minutes. Visualize yourself saying "No" to overeating, visualize having a small plate and then walking away. Visualize putting small portions on your plate, visualize eating healthy food, etc.
  20. Maybe you feel like you are not doing enough? Are you in a city with a strong music scene? are you collaborating with other artists? Do you perform? I think engaging in these activities will increase your chances for success.
  21. Maybe you are exploring the wrong field? Why not do a writing major or art major and then teach it while pursuing your life purpose. I actually learned a lot of good content and skills in college. It was rough and demanding at times, at least for me, but helps with maturity.
  22. It is all in your mind. I have felt, seen, and heard 'entities', but they are deeply and ultimately, anthropomorphic images projected by powerful emotions such as fear bubbling from your inner world. They're still real, but their source is ultimately you! You'd be better off praying the Rosary than paying $700s. Money won't ever save anyone in my experience.
  23. Unless you're eating fish daily, Vitamin D packed mushrooms, and/or drinking raw milk, it's a good idea to supplement Vitamin D. You can get daily natural occurring Vitamin D from Cod Liver Oil which is what I do along with a basic Vitamin D supplement. Just to emphasize other's message. Vitamin D is super super important. I would always get low energy and depressed during the winter and it cleared 90% just by supplementing vitamin D daily.
