All this means is to start taking care of where you source your food. Lots of available information on the internet.

I am not a womanizer, but I have been in a romantic relationship for 10 years and I am engaged, so I'd like to think I know how to keep a girl around. I would just say something like "Hey I hope you've been enjoying your life. I had a really good time with you doing x, y, z that day. Want to get together and do something fun this weekend?" If you do this, make sure you have some idea of what to do that is fun, incase she says like what haha. Some examples are like "Let's go bowling" or "Let's check out this mall" or "take a walk around the park, and smoke some weed." Whatever is interesting for you and her. Be descriptive (1-2 sentences) about what you like: like "I enjoyed talking to you." Or "I love how we bounced ideas off each other about ___" Be straight forward about what you want too. "I really like you." "I'd like to get to know you better." "Let's go to the city and check out this museum" and dude, don't get lost in her beauty, what about your beauty? Stay in your body and breathe from your balls. If you don't see yourself as a prize, as valuable company, then your best self won't show up. Be wholesome and genuine. Actively listen, connect to her feelings. Talk about how things make you feel and smile.

I agree. Need more gentlemen here. And the amount of cynicism here about dating and relationships is sad lol.

To me Psychology. I disagree with the previous posts lol. Psychology is a broad subject field with multiple disciplines and then if you go into the clinical section of psychology, it gets broader within that discipline. It really depends on how you want to help yourself/others. I think a mix of biology, psychology, philosophy, behaviorism, and spirituality are necessary.

Maybe you are needing a healthier motivation for these activities? Channel love to training, love the challenge, love the push of overcoming your weaknesses.

Am I incorrect in saying you likely believe that Omega 3 can be satisfied with ALA in walnuts, flax/chia seeds. Our bodies convert it into DHA & EPA Vitamin A is satisfied via carrots, sweet potatoes and more, our body takes beta-carotene and converts it into vitamin A? B12 - just take a supplement. Iodine - eat seaweed, or supplemental salt. Non-heme iron - our body adjusts to it? Not sure where you stand on other amino acids like taurine, creatine, and more, but that our body creates sufficient amount?

here you go bro: I got both moderna shots, and I am fine. The only side effect is I got small rashes on like one part of my body weeks after the shot, both times. However, it went away and I haven't experienced it. I got the shots once it was readily available cause I am missing a spleen, so I am technically immune-comprised.

@impulse9 I do disagree. Think about what you are saying... The "healthiest" diet requires supplementation??? And a fruit salad is just a bunch of sugar, fiber, and vitamin C. So what you feel is a sugar high, not health. Plants have anti-nutrients that make it difficult to absorb nutrients properly - Plants don't contain real Vitamin A (retinol). non-heme iron is more difficult to absorb than heme iron. No B12. Very hard to get appropriate Omega 3 levels and iodine. Missing amino acids like taurine, creatine, and more. Fiber contributes to IBS and gut issues - not uncommon for people to complain of gas & bloating on vegan diets. So from a physiological perspective, it makes no sense to adopt a 100% plant based diet. From a moral perspective, it makes no sense because you would be harming your own body by denying it nutrient dense foods like eggs and fish. reading this, I can only think that you have been sheltered because that activity is actually normal to a lot of people. I went to a farm as a child with family to get fresh meat, the slaughter house was on the land, and my parents took the animals home and hung them in the garage.

Think about it though. Most people on this forum talk about sex like its no big deal, and its normal or even good to just go out and have a one night stand. There's no sense of respect or reverence for the activity. So of course people have very confused ideas about how to set boundaries around it and guys will act like its not a big deal because it's just sex right? Most of these consent issues would go away if people actually treated sex with the respect it deserves. Having sex is a vulnerable and intimate experience, so of course if you do it with a person you don't 100% trust, you will get traumatized. It's like tripping without taking care of set and setting.

Way too limiting for a lifestyle. When we play videogames, we pretty much limit our senses to several buttons on a controller and scripted events.

Fox News is trash, that's why. If you actually sit down and look at different news outlet, it becomes clear how Fox News dishonestly represents issues. On Fox News you will hear people talk about issues like they care about, when they really don't, lots of smokescreen to push an agenda.

I feel like you are overthinking it. 1. Eat a nutritious healthful diet. (Veganism is not healthy long-term) 2. Spend time with your body - stretch, take walks, breath deeply, exercise (consciously), meditate, do nothing but sit with yourself. Don't do activities that take you out of your body like watching TV. Release whatever you need through letting your body be. 3. Take psychedelics and learn from them how to be relaxed. All that other stuff is extra in my opinion.

Maybe a city in Germany or USA.

The Untethered Soul or The Power of Now -
As a man, you are taking a risk when you go the club and have sex intoxicated. The reality is a girl can consent and still regret it the next day, and accuse you of rape. I personally would avoid that lifestyle. I have a traditional perspective and I think a man should get to know a woman first. Both parties should be able to get along and enjoy themselves way before sex even comes into the relationship. The consent will be clearer once you actually know your partner because you will know their signals, learn their boundaries, and her body will open up and she will pull you in.

I practice praying. To me, it is like praying to your higher self. My reality, is I get attached to the material world and when I pray, I humble myself, put away the pride, and it much easier to surrender, give into silence, detach, and fall into Truth of my real self. -
Vegetables of all kinds, but some more frequently than others - typically lettuce, onions, and tomato with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Fruits - I love blackberries, oranges, and strawberries. Meat/fish - Chicken, red meat, sardines, salmon, and on rare occasion organ meats. Dairy - whole fat yogurt, milk (usually in coffee), butter and cheese. Eggs Mushrooms seeds/nuts I try to go to for organic plants and pasture raised animals/ wild caught and I still treat myself every once in a while with pizza, cheeseburger, and wings if I'm out with friends. My favorite dishes are usually vegetables with fish/meat and chicken soup or vegetable soup.

At first I found selecting values very challenging as well because it was overwhelming to decide, so I kind of put it to the side and let it mull in my mind. Every once in a while, I thought about it, while reading self-help material and improving other aspects of my life. I felt like this was necessary for me as I can be an indecisive person and life changes/challenges make me afraid. After about 1-2 months, I felt ready and revisited the exercises about 1 week ago and I had a much easier time deciding my authentic values. Even doing the exercises before deciding values was easier and felt more authentic. It's necessary to be a good, self-accepting, and open headspace. If you are doubting yourself or are having any fear, then inauthentic ideas and values can slip in.

Why do you want do it? Are you doing enough self-care? Eating nutritious food, getting sleep, and getting some exercise?

In my experience, a breathing routine (like Wim Hoff), stretching for 30-40 minutes with deep breathing, and/or exercising. I pretty much get high daily from exercise whether it's from weight lifting, jogging, or walking.

Yep, I agree. On top of Leo's teachings and psychedelics; I turn to Jesus and the Bible as a traditional source of spirituality. They all align, in my opinion. 1. Seeing things holistically. 2. Self discipline 3. Forgiveness 4. Setting boundaries/developing a healthy ego. 5. Overcoming the lower self 6. How to create a functioning relationship/society with yourself and others. 7. How to Love. Are some. And I can point you to biblical verses if you need it. -
It's not completely made up. You have to also consider hormones and life experience. Men and Women have genuine exclusive features and experiences such as periods, boners, child birthing, physical prowess. I mean just look at this forum, there is a clear distinction in how the men and women act.

Assuming that something a person ate did cause these things then yes it would lower their consciousness especially over time, as they would not be nourishing their body appropriately. In my mind though, meat does not do these things, so I wondering how you came to know that eating meat specifically causes these things? For example, I can point to Leo, Joe Rogan, the Petersons, and many more who report physical and mental health benefits of going on meat only diet - literally the benefits you report without a meat based diet is what they report on their meat based diet. Why is that?
