  1. @carlowillo Wow, very well thought out. I think you're right on point. How many hours a day do you spend on working on your channel?
  2. The reality is, social media giants are simply the best way to spread your message. If youtube is saturated, that's because it works. So it makes no sense for you to come along and NOT use youtube, because any alternatives are most likely ineffective. Your question, then, should become "how can I cut through the noise of the youtube marketplace by having a unique position?" rather than "where else can I go?"
  3. Name one "piece of knowledge" you think you know Let's test it together.
  4. 1) Have you thought of how monetization might work in your field? I also worry that your upload rate might be too slow since your videos actually have effort in them. Apparently, it's recommended that you get out a video per week to gather an active audience. I'm sure you've thought of this stuff, are you willing to share? 2) Yeah I just watched it. So professional looking yet so ignorant, it's actually brilliantly bad!
  5. Aw, is it a lack of audience that's deterred you? Are you pursuing something different and new now or are you back at square 1?
  6. What the heck lol. The reality is there is no blame anywhere. If you really understand this, and you have any hint of compassion, you would do that which is least harmful to others. "whatever happens to them, they deserve it" is a nasty mindset. It's very easily corrupted. A more conscious mindset is "whatever happens happens." "Deserve" is a very egoic term in general.
  7. Brilliant. The first half showing the ridiculousness of materialism is especially strong. However, I think in the last half you jumped too quick on nonduality. You should get a channel banner!
  8. Yes, you're a big fish aren't ya I've been following you for awhile now!
  9. You clearly haven't studied online marketing... I don't mean this as an insult, by the way. I'm just stating what I see A successful marketing strategy NEVER aims to "change people's minds," especially when just starting out. If you have a cool idea you want to make money off of, one of the most ineffective things you could do is to spend your energy trying to "convert" people who don't believe in your message. You always target people who are already on board. "But all of society is stage Blue/Orange!!" No. You don't know that. Believe me, Truth seekers actually exist This is the miracle of online marketing; 20 years ago, this marketing model would have been impossible. You would have to either appease the crowd, or attempt to change people. Thanks to the internet, though, you can pump out content for people who are already actively seeking out your expertise. Leo caught on to this very early!
  10. Key word: "Feel" Notice, Leo said you have to "feel" cooler than her. Not ACT cooler than her. If you try to act cool you will come of as uncool. If you manage to FEEL cool, however, the way you act really doesn't matter anymore so long as you're being yourself. You have to remember, women are MUCH more keen at feeling out a person's "vibe." This is all beneath the surface. You could be saying "Yeah, life's great!" with your words while subtly conveying (by your energy) that you have absolutely no grip on life. Men are generally blind in this regard
  11. They're not losing interest because you said you're alone... they're losing interest because you're boring As long as you're truly interesting, what you say is almost negligible. As long as you don't say incredibly offensive things you can get away with literally saying ANYTHING. If it's true that they are getting bored (first of all we don't even know if that's a correct diagnosis) then your priority should be HOW CAN I BE INTERESTING. Screw wings. They're just a crutch in most situations, unless they're actually your best bro in which case your chemistry makes it worth it.
  12. Very impressive self awareness
  13. Bite the bullet, work a shit job (full time) RIGHT NOW. Figure out your life purpose ASAP and make that your side hustle. Find a free or cheap place to live (parents basement, friends couch; swallow your pride for now) and grind it out every single day. If you plan to NOT work a 9 to 5 in the future, your only realistic option is entrepreneurship. Problem is, most entrepreneurial endeavors don't give immediate returns when you first start. Brands grow over time, which means you can't expect it to be your main source of income starting out. Sometime in the future, though, you can commit to your brand full time and scale/outsource as needed. Realistically, though, that's not possible for you right now. It's just you and yourself. So make it a side hustle. Get to work now, job hunt and find your purpose.
  14. Leo's niche definitely has competition. Lots of spiritual/self-help gurus out there. Leo simply POSITIONED himself differently such that he appeals more to a secular, depth-seeking audience.
  15. I like the emphasis on sprinting >:)
  16. Yep, I addressed this in a second post Bottom line is study nutrition and eat real food!
  17. You're never gonna quit sugar if the alternative is gross, bitter health food Can you give the specifics of what you eat when you try to drop sugar? One of the best ways to change your diet is to find healthy alternatives that actually taste good! This way, you're looking forward to eating your sugar alternative and there's nothing for you to fight.
  18. I suspect that's a response to me? I think it's worth mentioning that I love eating salmon and chia seeds, both high in omega 3's. So supplements are redundant (if not detrimental) for me, since I seek a good balance of nutrients through REAL food That's really what I mean by "fundamentals." If you put the right things in your body to begin with, you really have no business with supplements. There are exceptions, of course, such as specific (prescribed) deficiencies you must address, or otherwise if you have a low budget and are settling for sub-optimal food. Even then, in the former scenario you would still ideally fix your deficiencies through real food, and in the latter scenario your real concern should be making more money so that you can afford real food. Save those 50 bucks to eventually start your business instead of buying omega 3 pills. Of course, that's just my perspective
  19. So is every other human being ever, lol. We all want more for less. Going by your list, Real Estate, Companies, Stocks/Bonds and Royalties are all complex systems. Anyone who succeeds in these fields have done consistent, grueling work with or without "capital" (money). Even in the fields of Education and Connections, which seem less complex at first glance, it takes years to develop success. The real problem here is time, not money. And honestly, if you're willing to commit the time, there are ways to get around money barriers when first starting out thanks to the internet. So really, the smart thing to do would be to focus on "assets" that really mean something to you. I don't see any realistic shortcuts here.
  20. All of that is mostly bullshit unless you have a highly specified issue that can be resolved by one of these methods. For example, my friend is overweight and recently he started fasting. It's working very well for him, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone of average weight. I've tried almost every superfood on the shelf and most of it is a scam. Maca, Fish oil, and Reishi mushroom used to be my go-to, but I've gone off of them and actually I'm feeling better. So really, wasted money. Come to this conclusion yourself, however. I suspect this is a highly subjective matter. Currently the only "superfood" I use is cacao powder for my smoothies, but I actually do that for the delicious chocolate taste I also take daily cold showers but I wouldn't consider it a "health hack." Same thing with nofap. I do these things to avoid the alternatives, which is spending 30 minutes under a hot water and daydreaming/wanking off to porn. So it's not that cold showers and nofap give me any "positive" result, but rather I'm just choosing not to partake in the very clear "negative" effects of warm showers and porn. I know I didn't really answer your question, but hopefully I've provided a different perspective. Don't look for "health hacks," just look for consistent, sustainable results. Eat well, exercise, socialize, study yourself. Always find ways to grow. Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals! If anything, DOUBLE DOWN on your fundamentals. Now, if you want to ask me what I think are critical health fundamentals, I would gladly talk
  21. Regarding diet: Minimize the amount of wheat products you put in your mouth, especially bread and pasta. Rice and gluten-free oatmeal are wonderful replacements. Drop sodas and fruit juices if you drink those. Water is so much better. Tea is fine, but expensive and pretentious. Eat at least one plate of veggies every day. Ideally you would eat more than a plate but this is a good place to start. The darker the greens, the more nutritious. This means that kale, spinach, arugula, etc. are much better than iceberg/romaine lettuce. Throw in cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. to make the meal more appealing. Learn to LOVE this stuff. You'll never get healthy if you always chase pleasure when you eat. Spinach is a good place to start because it's the least bitter of the dark greens. Look at the back of your food products, and throw out anything that has "high fructose corn syrup" in it. That stuff is cancer. Always check for it, because food industries sneak it into a lot of things such as ketchup and ranch dressing. If you go out to eat at a restaurant, always assume the ketchup has "high fructose corn syrup" in it. Lastly, eliminate alcohol. If you care about health you have no business touching it. Obviously there are a lot more things that go into this, and Leo has a full video of it here: I just outlined the ones that I think are the most important. There are more rules to follow such as "lean meats over red meats" or "no dairy," but if you try to change too much at once you will backslide and hate yourself. So for now, really nail down the ones I've highlighted. Regarding fitness: This one is tough. I don't think I can give you any good advice here without knowing 1) your goals and 2) your current shape because if I give you the wrong advice, you can end up with undesirable results or even worse you can injure yourself. One thing I can say confidently is that I believe anyone can benefit from doing cardio a few times a week. This means bike or jog for around 10-20 minutes either every other day or every day. The frequency and duration is up to you. If you'd like me to go into detail on this please reply with your goals and your current shape I hope this helps!
