You don't need it to dissolve. You just need to get it into the syringe and into your ass. Don't waste time heating it up. Sometimes vinegar is helpful for dissolving some substances. I usually use a bit of vinegar to dissolve freebase as it doesn't mix well with water. DPT does not dissolve pretty much at all. Just suspend it in water and plug.
