  1. No You're in a state right now, dreaming. When you truly awaken, you'll know. What you guys are talking about is not it. Not sure how else to say it to you. Buddhism is not it. I'm not gonna bend over backward to try to convince you. If you disagree, so be it. Enjoy your dream.
  2. If you say so. Your mind is a powerful thing. Be careful how you use it.
  3. Time and space are imagined by consciousness. Consciousness is not subject to either. If you realize that all past and all future are imaginary, then you literally cannot die because you are too conscious to take the future seriously, since you're conscious that it's just a figment of your mind. Notice that the only way death can enter your experience is as some hypothetical future you're imagining. And then you're double-imagining that this hypothetical future will one day really arrive. You are not just imagining, you're meta-imagining. You are imagining that you're not imagining.
  4. Good, keep exploring consciousness deeper.
  5. You have to do things which genuinely align with your top values and make you feel good about yourself, not out of obligation to others. If you are not happy in your marriage, sucking that up is not correct. Only do things for others if you enjoy it. Not because you have to. If you don't enjoy marriage, stop doing it. Or find a way to do it where you enjoy it. Be careful with the trap of self-sacrificing. That's a pathological form of spirituality/love.
  6. Buddhists are not teaching God-Realization, sorry. You've been duped by them.
  7. No
  8. There will be a heavy emphasis on psychedelics but also a heavy emphasis on deconstructing all anchor points of the mind. Psychedelics alone are not enough. You must use them with proper understanding. Which is what the course will teach. Nobody teaches it. You're just assuming that. There is a qunatum leap between those guys and serious awakening. They are not even in the same ballpark. They cannot even imagine what awakening is. Sorry but someone has to say it. They have had some degree of awakening, but not the degrees I am talking about. I allow dualistic activity. But I also clearly see who isn't fully awake. It's quite obvious to me by how they talk. It's a much deeper issue than that. No he won't.
  9. That is not correct. Neo-advaitans and Buddhists have legit no-self realizations. However that is not the same as God-Realization and infinite consciousness.
  10. Course will come first. Book will takes 5+ years to complete.
  11. Well, you have to realize that you're dreaming that.
  12. Well, that's where my new awakening course will come into play. It will be a deconstruction of absolutely everything, including science, Buddhism, Advaita, and nonduality. Working on that.
  13. If you're conscious enough, physical death simply never happens.
  14. Obviously no one is gonna allow you to put drugs in food. This is an absurd idea.
  15. That is the problem with corruption and probably half the countries in the world are stuck because of it. It's very hard to fix corruption. Even if the US didn't exploit Iraq the corruption would still stifle the development of everything there. Russia has the same problem. Hell, even cleaning up the legalized corruption in Washington is extremely challenging.
  16. Actually awakening is neither of those things.
  17. Veganism is not going to work for every one. If it works for you, great. But if it doesn't, then go for ethically sourced meat. The idea that everyone functions well on veganism is just factually false. Genetics are an important factor.
  18. Gotta be careful not to misuse it.
  19. Yes, this stance is necessary if you want to profoundly awaken. Sorry, that's how it is. If a guy as smart and developed as Vervaeke can fall into that trap, how much moreso will you? Do I not have a duty to warn against that?
  20. Did I not say it was "Good stuff"? I wouldn't have shared it and called it "good" if it wasn't beneficial and worthy of your time to watch. I don't share bullshit. I didn't share it merely to criticize it. But the criticisms were necessary because if I didn't make them then you would have assumed I endorsed everything Verkaeke said and that that was all there is to awakening.
  21. Girls are extremely flaky even if they like you. You can never rely on them in the early dating stages to ever reply or show up. Which is why you get 10 numbers instead of 1 and you stop caring about any one girl until she shows up for a date. The problem with your dating strategy is that it will leave you too needy. You can't attract a single girl reliably. Also the problem is how you're setting up your date. You need to question her in person what her schedule is like and what days and times she's available. Then text her well ahead of time and get her to commit to a specific time and date. "Let's get sushi tomorrow" is a bad text because it's too short-notice and too vague about time. Since you see her regularly in-person, you should use this advantage to iron out the date details in-person and get her to commit. But give her enough lead time. Don't try to set up a date for next-day because she probably already has plans. A girl will not be invested in you until she sleeps with you.
  22. He's very developed for sure. But that's exactly why it's such a trap. You can get stuck in that high development and never realize Absolute Truth. The better the model the bigger the problem, as they say. All these integral Tier 2 intellectuals are very impressive humans. But none of them are awaken. And that's why I call it out. So you don't become like them. The highest human development != Awakening
  23. No one Senator or Congressperson has much power individually. Their effect is mostly to shift the Overton window leftward. In this they do a good job. Why are you expecting miracles from lone congresspeople? If you want serious progressive reforms then we'd have to elect 100 of them. Whining that they are doing nothing just undercuts the few of them there are. People expect silly things from politicians and then end up disappointing themselves. That's just not how government works.
