@onacloudynight You are developing wrong ideas about women and sex. You are getting too attached to outcome. When you genuinely attract a girl, she will make it easy for you to sleep with her. She will come to you. Be careful making this about sex. Enjoy the process of going out and growing your social skills. You still don't understand how to communicate with girls. That's the core issue. Just grabbing some numbers is not enough. Stop thinking about sex and stop chasing girls. Rather, focus on developing genuine socialization skills.

All criticism is a relative matter. At the Absolute level, reality is Perfect. At the human level, criticism has a survival function. Criticism can be used to make relative improvements to things. For example, critizing Trump can help prevent him from getting re-elected and screwing up the government with his narcissism. When I criticize a thing, it's usually for a pragmatic outcome, like slapping a kid who is about to stick his hand on a hot stove. -
That's likely the problem. LSD requires more recovery time since it has tolerance. Sometimes LSD trips just go sideways for apparently no good reason. Depends on your mood and so forth.

Everything is real, however you have to be extremely careful about what everything is. Santa is as real as your arm. However, Santa is real AS Santa, not as your arm. Santa's reality is not that of a guy who lives on the North Pole, his reality is that of a fictional character. Santa is a real fictional character. The mistake is to go looking for him on the North Pole of planet Earth. Physicality is an imagined thing and many real objects lack this aspect. You can think of Santa as real but not physical. -

Not really possible without psychedelics. You need to change your state of consciousness to understand death. Merely thinking about it will not get you anywhere close. Death is too sneaky to think your way out of. -

Of course. Everything you see is Absolute Truth. -

You're not appreciating how radical this is. "After" is imaginary. What happens if you stop imagining all alternatives to NOW and THIS? -

Good work. One day you will realize that all criticism of reality is delusion. See my video: All Criticism Is Untennable -

Dead is imaginary. You are trapped in your own mind for all of eternity right now. And it's great! Enjoy the show. The issue here is that you are imagining future scenarios based on fear. If you could die you wouldn't have a self who would care about any experience. Death would be the end of fear and suffering. So even if you could exist as an endless black void, it would not be a bad thing as you presently hold it to be. Without a sense of time, an endless black void can last a trillion years but feel like 3 seconds. -
Business exerts a strong corrupting influence on art. As do the tastes of the mouth-breathing masses. So a big chunk of making good art is figuring out how to survive. Art & survival, that's the trick.

Dude, slavery existed in all the ancient world. So what?

@digitalkaine Mixing art and business is a classic challenge. Business corrupts art. One solution is to just create a side business which is not artistic and use it to fund your art. That's what I did. This is an opportunity for you to buckle down and get serious about business. Being a poor, starving artist is no way to live life. The solution to capitalism is to start your own biz.

I must admit that I do have a bias on this topic, which is making art as accessible as possible so that not just the exceptionally skilled can experience the joy of creating beautiful things. Art is the joy of creating beautiful things for one's own amusement.

Do not call women that here.

Signal to noise ratio for him is great and not the issue. There is a deeper issue at work. If you're gonna read McGilchirst, start with The Matter With Things.

Maybe put in a bit more effort into your questions.

Where do your buildings come from?

Apparently you've never heard of photography or photoshop.

The epitome of cringe.

It is a common myth that Egyptians used slaves to build their stuff.

Connect with the joy of learning and studying reality. Otherwise you'll be a dumb human and your life will not go so well.
