  1. Like I said above, take care of your body. You guys make it sound like I am anti-exercise. I used to squat so much weight my thighs would not fit in my jeans. Moderate exercise is ideal.
  2. @samijiben You should keep your body fit and healthy. But that's not the same as becoming a gym rat or David Goggins. Those are actually egotistical activities. Actualized.org does not focus on exercise and nutrition so much not because it isn't important but because that information is easily accessible elsewhere online. You don't need Leo to teach you how to exercise your ass. My work is focused on epistemology, metaphysics, and psychology. You are expected to study many other sources. If I am your own source, you're doing it wrong.
  3. Nobody is for total equality. That's as dumb as being for total freedom. The trick is striking just the perfect balance between all the extremes. Health requires exquisite, intelligent balance & harmony.
  4. It helps a lot to visualize yourself speaking correctly, as you want to sound.
  5. Don't be lazy. Develop your own lists. No one is going to hand you a list of money-making opportunities. You might as well ask us to just line your pockets with money.
  6. The most advanced truths I talk about so far beyond anything you could get from a book that your suggestion is laughable. Books can only take you so far. After that you must jump.
  7. In practice your pursuit of extreme physical whatever will become a distraction to diving deep into consciousness. Physical health is important. And I have spent a lot of time at the gym pushing heavy ass weights in the past. But it did nothing for my spirituality, so don't kid yourself. If your theory was true then all those gym rats would be woke and spiritual as fuck, and they simply aren't. The most conscious people in history were not roided up Joe Rogan meatheads.
  8. Understanding has infinite depth. Welcome to Absolute Infinity, where every tiny thing you pick up is an infinity unto itself
  9. If I want to discover more facets I won't do it via a book, I must do it directly.
  10. The beauty of Absolute Truth is that you need nobody to validate it for you. If you seek validation, you're not awake. God is Infinity. This is not a "view" or "condition" or "position" or other such silly thing. God is Infinity. Period. The end. This is not "Leo's take". This is what anything is, Absolutely. The Buddha is something you are imagining. That is exactly what Frank was quoted as saying above. Go read the quote.
  11. It's certainly hurting your lungs.
  12. You just don't understand what Buddha taught. Buddha taught the Absolute Self. God is not a belief and it is not a projection. That is nonsense and obviously coming from the mouth of one who has never realized what God is. God is infinite imagination. Yes, anything you imagine is God. Including all of Buddhism and your notions of enlightenment and liberation and so on. I am tired of explaining this over and over again to you guys and Frank. I will explain it no longer. Either you get it or you don't. GOD IS NOT A CONTENT OF PSYCHEDELICS. People who say this are fools and not even worth talking to.
  13. You can go elsehwere for that stuff. Don't drag your garbage into the temple.
  14. @Vzdoh Easy way to break up biofilm is a supplement called Interfase by Klaire Labs. It works great. You should be taking it with your antibiotics. 3x per day, 30 mins before antibiotics and away from meals.
  15. You will certainly slim down from prolonged fasting, and I don't mean just fat. You are not going to be able to maintain big muscles. This is why steroids are used by bodybuilders in their cut phases just before competition. It's hard to cut fat and keep huge muscles at the same time. With that said, unless you're a bodybuilder you shouldn't worry about being lean. Optimize for health and performance, not macho appreance.
  16. So what? Who cares? Just get her an STD test. Problem solved.
  17. Garbage Improve the quality of your posts or you are getting kicked from here.
  18. It's BS in the same way that Newtonian mechanics is BS.
  19. It's all a matter of degree. What you have to understand about all these teachers who take the "don't work for it" approach is that they were extremely lucky to awaken. It would be like me telling someone career advice of: don't work hard, when I was born to billionaire parents. If not working worked then everyone would be awake. Yet no one is. Listening to a bunch of soft Neo-Advaita talk will not awaken almost anyone, just like how watching videos of billionaires swimming in pools of money will not make you rich.
  20. Nothing good will come of this thread.
  21. There's not really a model for it. The facets can be revealed in any order. It varies enormously from person to person.
  22. @The0Self What you call contemporary nonduality is what I consider Neo-advaita. They all basically tell you there's nothing to do. Which pretty much guarantees you will never realize God.
