Stretching yourself to get into lotus does not mean your knees will be saved. Those are distinct issues. Knees are not designed for lotus. People do it out of conformity -- like most things. You don't want to screw up your knees into old age.

Yes. This reveals the core problem with New Age spirituality: it still involves a lot of illusion because survival is not being deconstructed, instead a spiritual-flavored self is constructed. The self will avoid deconstruction by any means imaginable. And Aubrey is very imaginative. Maya is ingenious! This is why genuine spirituality requires such rigor, because the self will exploit any wiggle room to escape and run amok. That's why monks are traditionally so strict. But strict isn't fun and glamorous. And Aubrey wants fun and glamorous.

I figured out that the reason they were pushing this idea of "Radical Monogamy" is because Aubrey and Vylana have sold a course in the past about how to do divine union and monogamy. So they need to rationalize that they are still doing monogamy, otherwise that course and all the people who bought it will feel like a fraud. Aubrey put himself into a corner when he publicly told everyone that he rejected polyamory for monogamy when he married Vylana. And now he needs to reverse course but he needs it seems like his craving for sex didn't really cause him to reverse course. Hence "Radical Monogamy" and hence Marc Gafni there to coach him through the mental gymnastics of that reversal. This is a beaitful example of the insane craftiness of self-deception.

Yeah, it's hard to find. You gotta do some deep searching. Owen Cook's HotSeat is one paid example but there are many others. Honest Signalz Youtube Channel is very good, if it still exists. PickupAlpha.com used to have awesome in-field but he might have taken them down. Not sure. A lot of in-field gets taken down due to legal issues and controversy. But it is worth its weight in gold.

It would be worth it if it worked. The problem is it's not likely to work. They would need to care about truth and want to change.

Warning: lotus is bad for knee health. It will eventually ruin your knees. I recommend just using a chair.
