I understand your theory, but what I'm saying is more than that. I think DMT simply affects me differently from the get-go. Most psychedelics affect me differently than normies. Of course there's no way I can know this for sure because I did take 5-MeO before DMT. But my hunch is that it's more than just the 5-MeO at work. DMT actually produces more powerful awakening in me than 5-MeO. Although 5-MeO-MALT is so fucking powerful I cannot put words to it. -

What you're missing is that in this case it IS God's Will for its mother to die. There is a higher will which overrides your finite mind's will. It's really simple: Whatever happens is God's Will by tautology. So if your mother gets cancer, that is God's Will. And if she dies from it, that is God's Will. And if she happens to survive it, that is God's Will. Whatever you do, you cannot shake free from God's Will. Because God's Will is Absolute Truth/Reality. The reason God can't save its mother (not always the case) is because the highest Love is to let her die. You have to notice how your personal biases skew your view of the situation. You are assuming that her living is the higher option. But this is not a safe assumption, this is your bias. -

Silly. If you posit something outside your consciousness, you have thereby created an "other" and broken your own Oneness. There can only be ONE thing. Call that thing whatever you want, but as soon as you create a distinction or "zone" or "part" within it, you're in duality and you've lost ONENESS. -
Then you shouldn't be asking me questions.

How is this different from the phone company being able to read all your texts or your ISP being able to read all your emails? Obviously whatever is stored in the cloud can be read by those who store it.

I did a lot of 5-MeO prior. DMT does not have much visuals for me. It is very different for me than how most people describe it. -
Finding the right house takes time.

If you are getting headaches something is going wrong. I don't ever get headaches. A few psychedelics have a bit of a hangover the next day, but most do not.

Yeah, well, you're basically wasting time contemplating sober. Your sober contemplations will never be enough to get you the understanding you seek. -

The visual field becomes crisper, more fluid, and absolute. But there are no significant colorful visuals. -

Yes, good. But are you conscious that you're God? -

Leaving the body is completely unnecessary. The body is Infinity/God. -

Here's a fun way of learning Spiral Dynamics: try to play-act the role of any given stage, like a good actor. And really feel that stage's worldview. Example: How would stage Blue see gay people? Imagine it! Adopt the Blue perspective on homosexuality as if it was your own. So.... "Homosexuality is against God's will as written in the Bible. It is deviant behavior which will condemn a soul to hell unless it repents and asks for forgiveness. Therefore to legalize gay marriage is for our society to sanction sin and evil. If God sees too many of us descend into sin and the rest of us cave in to this depravity and debauchery without speaking out for righteousness, then our whole society will be forsaken by God. Therefore it is everyone's duty to call out sinfulness whenever it is seen and to fight against it. So we must either help these sinners get on the righteous path to God, or if they refuse, we must cast them out of our society so they don't corrupt our children and rip apart the fabric of our righteous society. Just because a few men on the Supreme Court think gay marriage is Constitutional does not matter because ultimately it's still a sin. The US Constitution is secondary to the will of God. A sin which is 'Constitutional' is still a sin and we should not support it because being righteous is more important than following some human-made law which changes with the wind. For these reasons we should obviously also not allow gay people to adopt kids, teach kids in schools, or kiss in public." You see the idea. Now give it a shot. The exercise only works if you really are able to look at the world through another set of eyes besides your own. So, I invite you guys to try it out. Post your results here. You can do this for a range of topics, not just homosexuality. And you can do it from all the Spiral stages: Red, Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow, Turquoise Here are some topics to jog your mind: Homosexuality Transgender people Gender is a social construct Trump Obama Global warming Abortion Gun control Capitalism Socialism Racism Sex education War Pickup Cancel culture God New Age teachings Relativism Post-modernism Jordan Peterson Sam Harris Atheism And many more If you decide to give it a shot, be creative with your post and tell us which color and which topic you are writing about. If you're doing this, the key here is to steel-man rather than strawman whichever stage you select. Make the stage seem rational, plausible, truthful, and good -- because each stages sees itself that way. And most importantly, as you type out your reply, notice how it feels to speak and think from within that particular worldview. Feel how your mind is forced to shift from your native way of seeing the world. Notice the relativity of all worldviews.

@Ineedanswers I consider 40 hrs/wk to be the ideal to aim for. Rather than working harder, work smarter. JP works a lot, but he still has no clue of the fundamentals of how mind works. You have to be careful not to get caught up in the weeds. The weeds are endless. You can work endlessly and get nowhere if you aren't really wise about it. How come I work way less than JP yet understand mind and reality way better? Because I work smarter. - - - - - No one on their deathbed ever said: "Oh God! I wish I worked longer hours." Never forget that in the end your work means nothing. People who work long hours are willfully ignorant of this simple existential fact.
-
It's not wrong per se. It's just limited.
-
I would not conflate developing oneself with such silly stage Orange metrics. It's not about how many hours, it's much more about what you're doing and how deeply you're doing it. Patrick has not even begun truly developing himself, he's just chasing stage Orange ideas of success. He has turned business and capitalism into his religion.

It's hard to say because I didn't really keep clear track of it. My work and my personal life bleed together a lot. A lot of the work I do isn't like official work, but technically it is integral to my work. I used to work a lot more than I do today. But also, I prefer to work smart rather than hard. So I end up generating way more results than normal for the hours I work. Most people work hard but dumb, so they end up with little to show for it. Working smart is way more important than working hard. Most of the work you do you shouldn't even be doing.

Owning a house is great, if you can afford it. But consider whether you want to settle down in one area or you want to move around to gain more life experience. Houses also tend to come with quite a few yearly expenses, taxes, fees, and maintenance costs.
