I have not eaten sugar for months at a time. Literally zero sugar and zero carbs even. Not even a piece of fruit. Just protein and fat. What I can tell you from this experience is that my sugar cravings did not go away. They are still strong. It's like craving sex. It does not just go away if you don't have sex. I would love to eat some sugar right now. Of course you should avoid sugar additive as much as possible.

Deep suffering is the greatest teacher. One day you will lose something you took for granted and then you'll start to wake up. Spiritual work makes you more grateful. Gratitude is byproduct of consciousness. One of the things that has made me much more grateful is psychedelics. But yeah, it's a constant battle because the ego-mind cannot really use gratitude. The ego-mind quickly acclimates to whatever you acquire and starts looking for the next great thing or start looking for problems. The ego-mind is never satisfied no matter how much it gets its way. It always wants more, more, more. The point of spirituality is to start undoing that habitual activity of the ego-mind. When you wake up deep enough, you will be grateful and happy just for existing! You will be sitting on the toilet and just notice to yourself, "OMG, I can't believe how great it is that I just exist on this toilet. It's amazing!" You start to appreciate things just for existing. You might look at your dinner fork and just be amazed as how beautiful it is.

Using prostitutes will not improve your skills at sex or with attracting girls. Prostitution damages girls more than pickup, that's for sure. You seriously haven't thought about how damaging prostitution is to the prostitutes. It fucks them up for life.

You can be woke and still handle the little things like style, dress, hygiene, social skills, etc. Get your material life together so it's tight. For example, have a nice house/crib to invite a girl back to. Don't be living like a sloppy bum.

To me this is an absurd choice. Obviously both. You can't have good sex without deep intimacy. I don't need to pick one. For me they come as a package. I don't like empty mechanical sex or one night stands. If I'm attracted to a girl I want to sleep with her more than once. I never understood why guys like ONS. It can be fun, but seeing her again is double the fun.

To know where the person actually sits you must get them to talk about their core values. That tells you their stage, assuming they are honest. Do some people and organizations put on a fake veneer of Green values while actually operating from Orange values? Sure. People love to believe they are more developed and woke than they actually are.

It's a self-regulating endeavor. It consumes you and then it consumes itself, as any true deconstruction must do. A self-erasing eraser. -
I think it's more complex than that. Why are you assuming virtue signalers don't genuinely care about other people and animals? Those you call virtue signalers are acting from good intentions and genuinely hold those values. They just may not be very effective at going about making those values functional in the world. A stage Orange person is often not even developed enough to care to virtue signal.

I never said that. I don't really want to go into it.

That doesn't make it any healthier for the prostitutes. And it's not really healthy for the guys either.
-
I didn't have customers. I was my own customer.
-
I don't want to get into that because it is devilry, and the methods I used have long since expired.

Realistically that's what the 21st century will be all about. You will see Green flower over your entire lifetime. You will also see all the ways Green can go wrong. We are living through the Orange-Green transition.

@Hardkill Dude, I can make you a prostitute by putting a gun to your child's head and telling you to suck my dick. Go find some YT videos of prostitutes talking about their miserable lives.

It sure does help when you are using the right tool. Props to him.

Take it easy on him. He is obviously just getting started here. -

Yeah, it's so obvious once you get it, but until you get it you just brush it off as no big deal. And the real mindfuck is that even the phrase "the map is not the territory" is just a map, not the territory -

@Sam Johnson My highest reward is simply seeing you doing the work and getting results. -
Most women will not be happy with that unless there is some massive overriding value in other areas. Like maybe the guy is a celebrity or a millionaire or exceptionally good in bed. Selection of mates is never going to be fair or equal or kind. People will always be choosy and have lots of personal biases towards certain features. Trying to change this is silly. Let people be turned on by whatever turns them on.

I don't know exactly. But it's a thing. YT has cracked down on kid content over the last few years because of how dangerous that can be.

Unlimited information and unlimited disinformation. What's really mind-boggling is when you realize that Google has all the answers but virtually nobody uses it. Instead people search for stupid cat memes and penis enlargement pills.

Most girls doing sex work are gonna be very psychologically damaged. You have to be psychologically unwell to be attracted to that kind of work. People in sex work often have a history of unresolved trauma. Or they simply have no other way of making money so they are forced into it to survive.

If done properly it is not a distraction or an illusion, it is the uncovering and letting go of distractions and illusions. Don't get so clever that you burn your boat before you crossed the river. Discouraging people for doing spiritual work is not helpful to most people. -
@Karmadhi It's gonna depend so much on how much need you have for her. If you really need a girl in your life all your rules and stoicism will fly out the window. And also if it's the right girl. Some girls you just get hooked on unlike others. There are times in my life when I don't think about girls at all. Like they don't even matter. This is easy. But then there are times in my life when I crave it like crazy. This is a bitch. It can be tough sometimes.
