It's easy to explain. Those guys have some natural way of being social. For example, their job allows them to effortlessly socialize with lots of girls. Nearly 2 years of massive suffering has made it pretty easy to stick rigorously to only the foods I can digest. I have recently reintroduced plain white rice and it's working well for me.
