That's not how it plays out in practice. In practice, in underdeveloped countries the big bully the small and individual customers have very little protection or justice. In an underdeveloped country when you go to complain to management that you've been wronged, they will beat you up and throw you out into the street. And you're not gonna do a damn thing about it because if you try, they will kill you next time. I idolize government because I understand what its like to live without one. -
Don't wish for the world to be easier, wish for yourself to be stronger.

Nope, sorry, doesn't fly. JP has said some really dumb things on Twitter. This is not one of them.
-
This is absurd and will only make the left wing look crazy. Classic wokeims shooting itself in the shoot. Yes you can joke about suicide. As long as it is not a response to a suicidal person. Now reasonable leftists like me are backed into a corner to defend JP, who is otherwise cringe. JP did not reference suicide at all. He just told the guy to take a hike. What next? JP tells someone on Twitter to go fuck his mother, and that is taken to be clinical advocay for incest?
-
I know. That's a huge stretch. Obviously he was not responding to a suicidal guy. This was a debate about climate change policy, not mental health. As much as JP makes me cringe, this tweet of his was snarky but not unethical.

Yes You are not yet conscious of what consciousness is. That requires a serious awakening. Contemplate: What is Consciousness? until you get a breakthrough. -

There are many degrees of ethicalness. Nothing is ever perfect in the social domain. The point is to be relatively ethical, not perfectly ethical. -

This is not wrong. Because you are conscious. - - - - You have some partial insight, but you're also missing a lot of further insight. -
Just to summarize: Anyone found on the Discord or starting Discords from this forum will be instantly banned. No discussions and no excuses. I've had it with this backstabbing bullshit.
-
Anyone starting Discords, recruiting to Discords, or participating in an Actualized-related Discord will banned. If you have been sent a recruitment message, and I find that you are part of this Discord group, you will be banned here. If you don't want to be banned, PM me stating that you would rather stay here than use that Discord. If I do not hear from you and I find out that you are participating in this scheme, you will banned. I have a list of names already, so don't think that you will sneak under the radar. The best thing to do is to PM me and announce yourself first. That way we have no problems. But if you make me hunt you down, you will get banned. If you come forward now there will not be any punishments and you can keep using this forum as always.

@Rasheed If your goal is write a psych book them obviously reading and research will be important. But that alone will not be enough. You should start by reading most of the books from my book list. That will give you a solid foundation.

@Byun Sean Watch the videos I posted above in this thread.

At the highest levels God is beyond remembering past lives. God is an infinite ocean where all lives, things, and times melt togther into a single soup of undifferentiation. Think of the universe before the Big Bang. It was just oneness that contained everything. You can say all possible lives are in that soup, but they are all blended together. Sit silently in meditation and do nothing, relax your mind and be happy. Stop consuming garbage media. You also have to face your fears. -
Decide for real this time. You were just kidding around earlier. You have to hit a point of rock hard emotional leverage with yourself. 1) You can't just bull your way out of wage slavery. A more intelligent approach is required. If your plan to escape wage slavery requires you to work impossible hours, that's a bad plan. 2) It is okay to crunch for certain periods of time, but this crunch should not be one of your 100% commitments. You can tell yourself that you will crunch as much as you are able, then you won't feel like a failure when you only code for 6 hours instead of 16. Don't make promises you cannot keep. Your goals have to realistic.

He made all his money by commiting crime! He admits this himself. He started out with $70k from kickboxing, then lost $30k of that gambling, then became a drug dealer, then became a sex trafficker, then became a tax evader, then scammed guys like you into paying for Hustler's University. And that's all there is to his "success". Kid, you are insane if you think he has $300 mil. He has a few mil at most. Even if he did have many millions, it would all be illegal money. How can you be so naive as to believe the self-reported wealth claims of a bragging, narccistic sociopath?
-
Just decide to do it. There is no other way. Don't try to do it in all areas at once. Choose one thing to start with. Your commitment also has to be realistic. 16 hrs of programming every weekend is not realistic so you will fail at that automatically.

I know everyone on this forum who isn't Awake. You give yourselves away with a single utterance. You can BS yourselves and others, but don't think for a minute I don't see through you. I am being nice just for not kicking you out of here for the ignorance you spread. -

But you won't remember it. Think of it this way, you were already tortured in another life before this one. But that has no bearing on this life. The problem is that by mentally imagining all this suffering you create suffering for yourself when you don't have to be suffering now. Suffering will definitely happen to you, the key is to not worry about it much. Enjoy the good times while they last. They won't last forever. Also, stop filling your mind with toxic images which then loop around in endless nightmares. As you purify your mind your nightmares will stop. -

Good! Now your goal is to actualize that beautiful God-consciousness in real life through spiritual practice. So get to work! -
Leo Gura replied to Hanna Luna's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, but the you you are refering to is the ego, not God proper. The ego will not be around to experience every single goddam thing. It will not be actualize for the ego/human self. The part of you that worries about this, that fears this, is the ego. No ego, no problem. Hell seems bad to the ego. Hell is not bad for God proper. Think of it this way, does a coffee table care if you throw it into a lake of lava? Why not? God is like the coffee table. Of course the ego is terrified of Infinity. That's the only thing keeping you human. -
Stop making personal attacks.

You really don't understand how rape works. You have a very naive view of sociopaths. Do some reseach on how sociopaths operate.

Well, at some point we will have robot cops.
-
A stretch to equate "You're free to leave at any point" with advocacy of suicide.

Jordan Peterson's hatred of Justin Trudeau is just comical.
