My best friend from middle school was a serious military nut and joined after high school. He spent 15 years in Afghanistan and Iraq. And he loved it. But he really loved that kind of stuff from a young age. He was very outdoorsy, very into weaponry, very into explosives, very into wrestling, etc. It's like the military was designed for him. He was a very hands-on, kinesthetic person. Joining the military is a very specific thing. For some guys it gets their rocks off. They love that stage Blue discipline, toughness, machoness, loyalty, sense of clear mission, patriotism, etc. If you're that kind of guy then join. Otherwise stay away.

Not the same thing. People use online to avoid real-life socialization.

Socialize a lot more and build out your social circle to the point where you can't even handle any more friends. This is a scarcity vs abundance problem. Build the abundance you want rather than retreating into a solitary corner. As you do that you will stop caring about people who don't resonate with you. There are so many people in the world to socialize with that you don't need even 10% of them to love you. Bottom line: stop brooding about this, move to a city with good socialization options, and go socialize a lot until you get this problem handled.

You need to find a replacement career for the gambling. And as far as friends and dating goes, start going out and approach girls. You will also make guy friends in the process. This will kill two birds with one stone. Girls will sleep with you regardless of you career. Nothing can be achieved in life without discipline.

It feels like for his whole life JP has been yelling, "Hey you hippies! Get off my lawn! And get a job!" -

A large dose of shrooms is gonna feel like madness. Definitely very different from DMT and 5-MeO. -

Then you have no business being here. Good luck elsewhere.

Yeah, so she's very much on point. Good for her. Now how about you? -

That's good. But even that smacks of a subtle duality. She isn't a thought in the mind of God. She is God. Sorry for being so nitpicky, but erasing every last separation between you and God is the key. She should speak of herself in the first person, as God -

Of course the source is Infinity, and it is such a complete Unity that limitation does not exist there. Limitation only exists within finite dreams, and the finite dreams give contrast to the Infinite, the Unlimited. The finite seeks to be Infinite. The Infinite seeks to be finite. And thus reality moves in a circle with no beginning or end. - - - - - I still sense a lack of God-realization in that NDE description. The writer is still not fully owning oneself as God. But other than that it's pretty damn accurate. -

Birth itself is imaginary. So are all your memories of course. The entire past is imaginary. You have no past really, you are just imagining that in the now. I am saying that right now the Earth is something you are imagining, and you're imaging all those others too for whom there is an Earth. -

Imagination is not bounded by anything but itself. Physics does not bound imagination, rather imagination is imagining physics as part of the dream it is spinning. When you imagine a dog, you limit yourself to not imagining a cat or a mouse. The imagination of finite things is what creates the so-called laws of physics. If you stopped imagining the laws of physics you would think you've gone insane. -

The antidote is to go out and talk to lots of girls. You will become desensitized and stop caring. You don't need to deliberately try to make anyone uncomfortable on purpose. It will happen by accident enough as you go out and approach. And you'll see it's not a big deal. You will also become cool and calibrated such that people enjoy your company more and girls appreciate your approaches. Mostly you make people uncomfortable because you are uncomfortable with people. As you socialize a lot you will become a lot more comfortable and people will become a lot more comfortable with you. A lot of times when I approach a girl these days, she and her friend will say, "Wait a minute, how do I know?" And I will say, "You don't." But it feels to her like I'm her long lost friend because the approach is so smooth. If a girl's friend see's me approach her, she will often assume I am her long lost friend. Finally she will ask her girlfriend, "How do you know this guy?" and she will say, "I don't know him." And the friend is like, "What??!" Lol You just gotta get smooth at this stuff.

Or maybe the enlightenment videos are just a way to hook you into learning about how to make girls squirt - - - - - - @Focus Shift Getting clients in a field like 3D animation all hinges on your portfolio. If you build an awesome portfolio people will want to hire and work with you. And until then no one will. The big money in 3D animation is not in modeling or animating per se, it's in the project management side and the artistic direction side. If you can demonstrate that you have the skills to spearhead and complete exceptionally artistic 3D animation projects, from start to finish -- that's where you can earn some big bucks. A vanilla 3D modeller is not going to earn a lot. You either need project management skills, art direction skills, specialized technical skills, or a unique artistic style. To gain paid well in digital art you need to develop yourself as a unique and standout artist, with a specialized style. Check out how digital artists feature themselves on ArtStation: https://www.artstation.com Freelancing can be hard to start off with. You might be better off developing a portfolio and applying to studios as a full-time 3D artist or animator. This would allow you to develop skill, experience, and build up a savings. After a few years of that you could transition to freelance. You could also work on improving your portfolio and technical skills while working for the studio. A studio environment will force you to rapidly develop your skills. Try to find a good studio that will invest in your growth and push your abilities to the cutting edge.
