Of course there are reasonable limits. You have to consider the long-term cost of giving Ukraine to Putin. Not necessarily. We can assist without crossing that line. Russia would be hurt the most in a hot war with the US. So that's unlikely. They can barely handle Ukraine. I doubt that will help their cause. Depends how you define intelligence. Narrowly or broadly? Narrow intelligence is how most people think of it, in which case you can be intelligent and still engage in very unhealthy habits. But there is a higher intelligence.
