Oh! I just figured out how to solve this problem. The AI's survival simply needs to be tied to humanity's survival, such that if it kills humanity it kills itself. You could basically create an automatic nuclear launch system which nukes the whole planet from orbit if it detects that all humans are dead. This is actually not so hard to create with today's technology.

I would even defend the right to imitate living artists, let alone dead ones. As far as I'm concerned, if you're dead you lose all rights to your work. It should become public domain. You can be a child at any age. In fact, most adults are children. So this says nothing. Yes, I have to be careful about people using my work to justify whatever fantasies they might have. The problem with existential threats is that if you don't take them seriously early, then it becomes too late. An AI arms race seems quite dangerous. Once it starts it will be very difficult to stop.

It's not so simple. I am not denying that trans is a real thing. However, there are legit concerns about youngsters getting confused and altering their bodies in harmful and irrevesible ways with hormones and surgery. Do not pretend like that isn't happening. It's only a question of quantity.

Artists immitate and copy each other's styles all the time. This is core to how artists learn art. Artists blend styles in their minds. When I sit down to design a game, I might say: I want a game that is a blend of Zelda, Dark Souls, and Mario. All creativity works this way.
