They don't care about truth, they tell you whatever sells their services. They themselves don't understand that they are self-deceived. Because it would invalidate their business. It's pointless to theorize about this. Just go test it. Look at Owen from RSD. He does zero online game. Why? Because it's obvious to him that he will never get a hot girl through online given his looks. But in-person he can do well with his charisma. If your goal is to find yourself the one dream girlfriend, online game is gonna be your worst option because that's the lowest quality girl you can get. If your goal is just to sleep with a bunch of random girls, online is perfect for that.

I have done in-depth scientific A/B split testing of various online profiles. I've created fake profiles for men and women to test. So I know for a fact it doesn't work for me. You got different looks, so it might work for you. By all means try it and see if it works for you. But if you think anything but looks matters online, you're kidding yourself. You can easily test this by creating fake profiles.

That doesn't happen. These are a handful of freak of nature cases at best. No toddler is getting hormones or surgery. Maybe they change their name from John to Sally and wear a dress.

My dating experience is of course skewed. But not with respect to dating girls in major cities in the US. I've gamed in other cities. It's not much different. Of course it is. Most girls you sleep with can become your lifelong partner if you want. It's just a matter of chemistry and connection. You won't have it with all the girls you sleep with. They might have an open relationship, I'm not sure. Yes, but I take that into account. My views will not apply to people who do very traditional marriage type of stuff like in India. But as long as you're talking about casual dating and hook-up culture, my views apply to that. Standards are indeed subjective but most guys have objectively low standards. I've confirmed this through extensive experience. I've only ever met one guy with higher standards than mine. My standards are insanely high. Girls don't sleep with guys based on what kind of boyfriend he would be. All they react to is emotional stimulation. She is never doing any kind of long-term logical calculation before sleeping with you.

If they have zero regret then what is the problem? Who are you to tell a person what's bad for them? As a doctor you have to listen to how your patient is feeling, not what you think is theoretically good for them.

Studies show that regret rate among those who go through transition is under 5%. Let's assume it's 10% to be conservative. That's still quite low. Every major medical procedure has some regret rate. How does your worldview accommodate that fact?

The foundation of game is desiging that abundant lifestyle more than it is any lines or mechanical techniques. The best thing you can do for your game is move to the right city, and even the right part of the right city. If you aren't moving, you aren't really gaming. There is no game without relocation.

It is only effective if you got the looks and you are willing to sleep with below average girls. You will never get a stunner from online game unless you look like Brad Pitt, and even then I doubt it. The competiton for those girls is too steep online. Every lazy fool is blasting her inbox. The guys I know use online game to sleep with low quality girls to get free easy sex, but none of that is gf material. It's just cheap sex. If you want quality you will have to work for it.

Good looks and extreme extroversion. Sociopathy will work everywhere you travel. There is nothing special about Vegas in this regard. Vegas has people from all over the world.

The issue is that people do not want real solutions, they just like to argue and play games.

There needs to be a rigorous psych evaluation and controls to weed out kids who are just culturally confused before they are allowed to get hormones or surgery. The filtering process needs to be perfected.

If you are just hallucinating, as you say, then shooting yourself wouldn't make you sure of anything. Being sure requires being alive.
