I am not sure what the legalities are. Linking to a website is not technically illegal. Nor is discussion of websites or chemicals. What people do with such information is not my responsibility.

Added a 3rd sub-forum called "Intellectual Stuff: Philosophy, Science, Technology" It's an experimental sub-forum. We'll see if people make good use of it or not.
-
Okay, I've made some updates to the sub-forums. Added 2 new sub-forums (Psychedelics & Pop-Culture). Renamed some of the old sub-forums to make their titles clearer and more accurate. https://www.actualized.org/forum/forum/1-main-discussions/ Note: the Pop-Culture sub-forum may be removed in the future if it becomes too distracting or annoying.
-
Do not ask about where or how to purchase drugs. No links to online pharmacies or chemical shops.
-
I am leaning towards creating a sub-forum for psychedelics and a sub-forum for off-topic cultural stuff. Worse case scenario we just erase the off-topic sub-forum if it gets too distracting.

Antibiotics are way over-prescribed and harmful/dangerous. I ain't no doctor. But doctors can also be dangerous morons. Obviously decide for yourself how to handle your health.
-
Of course there needs to be broader concern for the planet and mankind as a whole. My point is that mankind will handle itself and it will develop only at the pace it is ready for. You're not going to rush the process along with fancy Game B theory. "Burning concern" could backfire so I'd be careful about that.

Of course there is need for environmental initiatives. I'm all for stuff like that. We need more of that. It is a thing, but also we have no choice but to solve it, so we will solve it. I have no doubt we will solve it. Of course plenty of people will suffer as we solve it so the sooner we solve it the fewer people will suffer. But also, we can't kid ourselves into thinking we can solve it too soon. It will take 50-100 years to solve. Something like that. I don't disagree. There is much to learn from him. I gave a list in my Conscious Politics Part 4 video of all the practical policy solutions we need. So working towards those. Most important is getting money out of politics and other such structural reforms. I think Game A can solve more global problems than is assumed. When a global problem threatens the survival of many actors, they will be forced to work together even if they otherwise hate each other and don't want to. I doubt the accuracy of validity of that estimate. Such estimates about oiling running out have been very wrong in the past. New ways of extracting oil can be developed. Plastics can be recycled. New materials can and will be developed. Plastics are not exactly the healthiest materials. In the future we will probably reduce our reliance on plastics a lot. The world will start to care when it has no other option. So I'm not worried about that. There are many cooperative dynamics too. That view will quickly die off. It's already happening.

Pretty sure meth is physically addictive.

Prescription antibiotics are awful. Avoid at all costs unless it's a last resort. Always try natural antibiotics first.

That is correct. Spiral Dynamics is not a spiritually advanced model. When it comes to spirituality and awakening you just gotta drop Spiral Dynamics. Otherwise you will create more confusion than clarity. -

Who ever said otherwise? -
Lol, that's everywhere.

You are seriously confusing Turquoise and Spiral Dynamics with mysticism and nonduality. That's not how the model works. -

No It's not that it doesn't matter, it's that you should think real hard before justifying your arbitrary moral laws. If you realized that your moral laws are arbitrary and biased you would stop being so attached to them. Roe v Wade struck a reasonable and healthy balance for how to handle abortions. Now that balance has been up-ended on dogmatic moralistic grounds. -
Not good enough

Definitely BS His advice is not bad for getting laid, but you're still gonna have to do 1000s of approaches to get good at it. There is no magic pill for getting good with girls. It requires years of training.

I meant green in terms of trees and vegetation. Although the culture of Austin is very stage Green.

Way too idealistic. No we aren't and by the time we run out of oil we will have better energy sources. Energy on this planet is practically infinite. Meh, they can be cleaned and resorted. A bit, but it can be resorted. That's easy to solve. The Earth basically has infinite water.

Most people simply have no clue about public policy or governance. They don't know and don't care. They are bated into political activism by the culture wars, ideology, and tribalism. If you ask most people who the Vice President is, they won't be able to tell you. It's just a fundamental level of ignorance and disinterest. These are the people who swing elections. They are profoundly uninformed and easily manipulated into voting in foolish ways. All of politics revolves around manipulating these people.

No, it's because people are too ignorant to understand the sources of corruption. MAGA people think that corruptions comes from Hollywood, pedophiles, socialists, and globalist Jews. Understanding the true source of corruption requires wisdom and intelligence. The whole point is that corruption obscures its own source. When you make a deal with the devil, you think the devil is the good guy.

@Benton Great! -
Austin is not dry. It rains there a decent amount. It's pretty green there. One of the biggest downsides is that it's the middle of Texas. You're in the middle of cowboy redneck country.
-
It's called tinnitus. Fairly common on this forum. Meditation, spiritual work, and psychedelics can certainly cause it.

@Carl-Richard Try Allicin, it's a natural antibiotic made from garlic extract. People say it can help with ear infections, and really, any kind of bacterial infections.
