It's a bad idea because you'll just gain it back and it will look worse because you will have lost valuable fat cells forever. Instead I suggest you get serious about optimizing your diet. Stop eating grains and refined carbs and I guarantee you'll lose the weight and keep it off forever. The reason you have belly fat is because you're eating refined carbs and other junk food. It's not a lack of exercise, it's the bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc that you eat.

You can always turn an indirect/social approach into a direct one by dropping in a simple line like, "Oh my god, I just noticed, you're so adorable." Like this: You: "Hey, I thought I'd meet you." Her: "Oh, Hi. I'm Sarah." You: "OMG, I just noticed, you're so adorable. I'm Leo." You can drop such lines anywhere in the conversation to turn it from a social one into a sexually charged one.

Make your date as small investment as possible. A coffee, a drink, or an ice cream. Then pay for it. You'll be losing $5-$10 and the girl will appreciate it. Don't do fancy dinner first dates. The only time you should pay for a woman is if she's heavily emotionally invested in you and extremely compliant. If she's acting flakey and not hooked on you, don't pay for anything. And even if she is hooked on you, you should set the frame that you're not her sugar daddy and she will have to pay for stuff too. When a woman truly likes you she will be eager to buy you things to lock in your approval and love -- because she values it so much more than money.

You basically have no idea what spirituality is until you do your first full dose of psychedelic. It's like discovering another universe. So if you're interested in spirituality and philosophy, it's a crucial move. If you're more interested in chasing sex, money, and success, then it will be distraction from that.

Weed can be crazy potent on some people. On others it does nothing.

There is an alternative. You're not actually experiencing the profound fruits of this work, you're just theorizing. It's like you are starving and I tell you to plant one mango seed. Meanwhile I'm sitting there eating a bucket of delicious mangos that I gathered from my massive mango tree. You are starving hungry and tell him, "But Leo, I planted this dumb mango like you said and all I got was this stupid little sapling. Who cares?"

I have been rejected by thousands of women. Doesn't matter. The problem is that you have way too little exposure to women and rejection. Go out, talk to 1000 women and get rejected 100s of times and then you still stop caring. If you're talking to 1 or 2 women in your whole life and getting rejected, you will obsess over it because you're in such scarcity. There are millions of hot women in the world. So getting rejected by even 1000 of them is irrelevant. And also, this idea that every woman is supposed to like you is absurd. If only 5% of women like you, that's more than enough. You are not going to be compatible with most women regardless of how good you are. You can be the perfect human and 50% of women will still reject you, because it's not about you, it's about her needs at the time.

You must exist to doubt your own existence. That's what it boils down to.

That's incorrect because even though God loves you, 99.9999% of people don't know that. Therefore egoic forms of love is all they got and it makes a big difference whether they get it or not. God's Love doesn't contradict or replace egoic love, since God's Love flows through any source, including all the egoic ones.

Yes, as a leader I had to pick some goal to lead others towards. And the goal I picked was Infinite Consciousness. Where are others leading you towards? That's what should really worry you. And I think there is value in the 4 Quad model. In fact, I will teach it in an upcoming video. But I will make sure that it's taught in such a way that it doesn't paradigm lock your mind in the way it has within the Integral community. Just because you intellectually know that some model is just a model and not the territory, that doesn't mean it hasn't paradigm locked your mind. In fact, I should make a video just about the traps and self-deceptions of the Integral community.

Yes, God cares about you more than you have the consciousness to understand. But caring about the whole universe is not as easy as you think, therefore God cannot guarantee for you all the goodies your ego wants. Remember, God has to love Hitler as much as he loves you. So be careful with childish ideas of Love.

YOU ARE GOD! Your mind creates ALL of reality. Your power is INFINITE. You don't need any avatars or human bullshit. Just. Wake. Fully. Up.

These threads and discussions are very important because they spell out all the advanced traps that keep you guys from full awakening. When I prod at these teachers and intellectuals I am not doing it to be better than them, I am doing it so you can make crucial distictions that will help you reach Infinite Consciousness. Unless you are extremely shrewd, you will get stuck at intermediate realizations. My aim will always be to guide you to the highest possible realization. When you finally reach it, you will understand why I did what I did, and why you resisted it. It's not that I am better than you. I am you. But you don't understand that yet. You are following me for a reason. Something deep in you knows that I will lead you to the highest awakening. You cannot articulate or prove it to yourself, but nonetheless you are drawn to it like a moth to the light in a sea of endless darkness. The awakening I speak of is beyond what any human has ever communicated to you.

You must let the beauty of consciousness penetrate you. If you are not overjoyed with your own consciousness then it's not awakening. The highest consciousness is so delighted in itself it is in endless joy. God needs nothing outside itself to be endlessly happy and satisfied. If you feel incomplete or something is bugging you -- if lack of other is bugging you -- that just means a serious lack of consciousness. So you ain't done with the work. Awakening is the realization of Absolute Perfection. Nothing at all is wrong or missing. A hallmark of full awakening is zero fear. You are too conscious to fear anything.

It will force you to mature. However it will also eat up a massive amount of time and energy. Tradeoffs. Basically you'll have to work harder, but you will also grow more from that.

Careful, existence is not a concept. It's an Absolute. Once you realize that you are not any specific form, but existence itself, then you exist absolutely and become immortal.

Wilber is an impressive guy and sometimes he says very woke things, but I still feel like it isn't the pinnacle because he is overly committed to being integral. I admire and recommend his work though. He's one of the best philosophers of all time. But I am trying to guide you to something beyond all that.

Choosing science over Truth, a grave mistake I hope none of you make. I'm very fond of Schmachtenberger. He's more developed than me in many ways. However, his mind has been thoroughly influenced by the Ken Wilber Integral school and that entire community to the point where he cannot even say that idealism is true over materialism. He is still on the fence about that due to Wilber's 4 quadrant model, which is NOT awakening. You cannot be awake and still believe in 4 quadrants. You have to be extremely careful with all of these Tier 2 people. Their development is so impressive it lulls you into a false sense of what the goal of this work is. The goal is not Tier 2. The goal is God. And God is not Tier 2, not Tier 3, not Turquoise, not Coral, not Integral, not New Age, not nonduality, not Zen, not Buddhism, not any of that. And that doesn't mean there isn't lots of cool stuff to learn from the above. I just have to make sure you guys don't get stuck in that.
