By all means critically consider if my retreats are suitable for you. There is zero pressure to attend a retreat. And I will discourage casual people from attending. The ideal exercise is not gym, it is sport. Badminton is the most fun exercise ever. And it works you like a sweaty mule.

It is about helping you become more conscious of God. The star of the show is the chemical. I am just the delivery guy.

Consciousness can create the minds of dieties. Yeah. There is a domain of consciousness so advanced that it is filled with supernatural shit. Imagine, if you will, that instead of incarnating as a human or a rat, you incarnate as a diety instead.
