He literally said all lives are equal.

The IDF does not do terrorism. But it certainly does a lot of war crimes. When you have carte blanche to do war crimes, terrorism is unnecessary. Terrorism is done by the powerless against the powerful. The powerful do not need terrorism because they have more effective means.

I have no issue with Cenk running for office. But he is so bombastic and obnoxious in how he speaks and criticizes the establishment as being losers when he can't even get 10% of the vote in his own election. It's delusional. -

But why is it the media's job to give people with little name recognition airtime? They are barely mentioned because they are not appealing to most people and the media lives off clicks and views. I would like a more democratic process overall, but in this case there wasn't a good challenger and I don't like how progressives always frame it as neolibs robbing them of victory. There was no progressive chance here. It's not like I love Biden. I'm just realistic about the alternatives. I don't want to waste time on virtue-signaling leftist theatrics. -

That is the perfect analogy, although Trump is more of a scammer than a psychopath. -
I don't use that term anymore. He's pretty conscious and intelligent though. For a human.

Most of it.

One of the reasons dictators like to appear strong and virile is because when a leader appears feeble, like Biden, he is torn apart, like a wounded gazelle by a pack of hyenas. -
It is conservative in the sense that ultra nationalism is conservative, and that policy flows most out of ultra nationalism. A liberal approach would be to share the land without trying to hog it all for yourself. To be okay with having less land.

I am not claiming they would conquer other nations. I am claiming they are building their nation on stolen land. I have no problem understanding the Israeli perspective. It makes sense. But that perspective is narrow, hypocritical, and selfish. It is not in alignment with truth or consciousness, which is my main concern here. If you wanna dominate others to build your nation, go ahead. But I will call it for what it is: domination and selfishness, not righteousness. If Israelil wants to dominate, that's fine. But they will not get away with bullshitting us about what they are doing.

In practice I don't see it. They keep going for more land. They are duplicitous, they say pleasantries but always go for more land. The official policy is: grab land, ask for forgiveness later, once it's too late.
-
Except they keep grabbing more land. So no, it's not ancient history. It continues now. And it's mighty biased of you to claim that we need to not forget 3000 year old history, yet you want to forget the last 70 years of the most relevant history to this conflict. Being abused does not grant anyone license to abuse others. You would never accept that in other contexts. But you overlook it here due to attachment and personal identity.
-
It's the whole deal. Without that there would be peace. This is a land dispute in the end. Both sides want all the land for themselves. So obviously that cannot go peacefully.
-
No thanks. Sure we can. Toxic nationalism is wrong regardless of which race does it. Jews don't get a special victim pass to be assholes. That would be racism.
-
@Inliytened1 You got some attachment on this matter.

I would consider you entered the black hole if gravity is pulling on you so much that your light cannot escape to reach the outside world. That seems like a pretty clear line.

Because no one better exists right now. That's the reality of our situation. Gavin Newsom is the only other serious major Democrat. And of course progressives hate him. Progressives will whine about any canditate who isn't progressive. Because progressives are naive children. -

Because Biden is an incumbant President. Trump is not. There was no primary in 2020 for Repubs for the same reason. Parties of course unify behind their President. Progressives are so delusional they can't even understand this. -

And you can't blame the media for not covering them when they have such low recognition and appeal. It's like, why doesn't CNN cover me? Because no one knows or cares who I am. The news covers those who get them views and clicks. Don't forget that these are essentially popularity contests. It's not a battle of intellects nor moral superiority. -

Primaries are never run on incumbant Presidents. This is nothing new. The party rallies behind the incumbant because a party must be united to win the general. There was no serious challenger! Who was gonna beat both Biden and Trump? No one rose to the occassion except RFK Jr, and he will not beat either of them in the general. Maybe he gets 10-20% tops. What good does this do? Why even waste time thinking about it? The Repubs ran a primary even though it was obviously a giant waste of time and money because Trump was the clear top guy on the right. Why should the Dems do the same dog and pony show? A lively primary can happen in 2028. -
So what you gonna do? Sit around and cry about it? There is only one serious option: Go about living your life with the most effort you can muster. Some people are born paralyzed and crippled. Unfair? You can't even imagine. Yet they accept it and go on to live happy, fulfulling lives. Stop caring how you look and get on with the business of living a good life. You will be dead soon. There's no time for sitting around in self-pitty. If you build a rewarding life it won't matter how you look. You could be living on a beach drinking pina coladas and smoking 5-MeO-DMT.

And Cenk should keep his big mouth shut. He couldn't even get 20% of his own primary. That's how big of a loser he is. It's easy to talk big on YT. It's another thing entirely to win elections. -

Because there was no serious challenger. If a primary were held all that would happen is Biden would win but now there would video footage of progressives attacking Biden which Trump would use against Biden in the general to drive a wedge between liberals and leftists. The only progressive popular enough to bear Biden is Bernie, but even he can't win a primary and he didn't even try to run.
