Your logic is terrible. 1) If solipsism is true, there is no one else to move your body. 2) There is much about your body you cannot move. You cannot move your hair. Does that mean it isn't you? You have extremely limited control of your own body. There is more you can't control than what you can. So this proves nothing.

You see your visual field changing all the time. Now just remove time from that. Allow it to change but within Eternity rather than time. Just strip time from your experience. Pretend like you grew up but never learned what time was.

There is something like absolute meaning, it is Consciousness/Understanding/Love. That's what solves all depression at its root. Depression just isn't a thing if you are deeply conscious.

It's not normal. Hypothyroidism is the most likely cause, but it could be other things. Get a blood test for TSH, Free T3, and Free T4. Also check your Vitamin D3 levels, Iron, B12, etc. If all that is normal, then get a comprehensive hormone levels blood test. I get cold hand and feet a lot. I've found that your diet affects it too.
